This is a sells pitch from the second you enter this place. I was told there’s a special going on facial treatment 1.5 hrs long. If I was on that table 30 min id be shocked. The rest of the time is spent trying to sell you more and more treatments. It’s a sells trap. Nothing I’ve experienced b4. Even after the “1.5 hour treatment “ 🙄 I was taken back and now there were 2 trying to convince me I need to spend $5,000 today for the “best” price possible. I went for a face treatment . I got a sells pitch. Wast of time and money. $190 later “including tip” I was out. This type of deception is disgraceful and atrocious. Needless to say I’m NEVER going to this business again.

LOVED IT! This was my first time doing any kind of facial treatment and was a little nervous. Linda made me feel at ease, walking me through the process and making sure I was comfortable. The RF treatment felt similar to a warm stone massage, and the results were amazing- my skin looked firmer, lifted, and refreshed. Already booked my next RF session and nano needling with Linda. I can’t wait to be back. Highly recommend Linda and this spa for anyone seeking to improve their skin and indulge in some self-care.

Emily did a fantastic job. Just with one session I was able to see my face a little more bright and some dark spots I had, now they’re much clear. Definitely I recommend this place. I can’t wait for my next session. Great customer service!!!

Emily the esthetician was amazing, so caring and thoughtful of my skin needs. She was the best part of my visit. BUT THEN after a salesman pushes & manipulate you into purchasing packages for services you haven't even received. They overcharge you and tax you for services that are not taxable in Texas.

First time doing any type of skin treatment like this. Emily educated me on the Radio Frequency and Cold Plasma benefits. I am currently on my second session of the Radio Frequency facial and love the whole process. Emily was very thorough from the beginning and answered all my questions. I can see the improvements in my pores, smile lines and overall more even complexion. Don’t hesitate if you are curious! This location has a great staff that is welcoming and will make you feel comfortable and educate and answer all questions you may have.

I had my 1st treatment and it went well. Coming into September I had a financial change which needed me to cancel my subscription that they charged my card for which was $375. I canceled it on September 13 because my next appointment was on September 22. I have been calling since the 13th to speak with somebody so that I can get my card refunded for services that were not rendered. I got to talk to one person out of the 13 calls I made and she told me that she’s not allowed to give the refund but she could set me up with a different appointment or different products. I replied no I need the money because I plan on traveling as a travel nurse. Nobody will talk to me not one manager not even from another location. Nobody has called me back to help me with this or try to settle this. So be careful when you do your subscriptions because they don’t tell you that there are no refunds. I’m very upset that for 2 weeks now I haven’t spoken to anyone above these employees. THEY TOOK ME FOR $375 for service not rendered and refuse to refund my car. Please be careful with this company-they never emailed me a receipt and did not tell me they do not refund. SELFISH CROOKS.
