Amazing spa with some great healing therapy options. We loved the peaceful salt cave, it opened up my sinus passages. The infrared sauna experience was hot and cleansing. We floated for 60 mins at the end. The experience is hard to describe. Floating in the dark felt magical and transformative. We left feeling recharged and so calm from the entire experience. The staff are kind and helpful. The spa is very clean. Cant wait to go back.

Today was my 3rd time visiting Luna Float Spa and it was amazing! I have floated in a pod, sat in the sauna and relaxed in the salt caves. Wow…I can’t wait until my next visit…I’m so relaxed!!!

Place is cool, unfortunately, when we were there the woman working, decided to wear boots with heels. When head underwater is all you can hear. Couldn’t focus whatsoever.

Attended for a one hour float with my significant other. The private room is nice for getting prepped but I wish there was a little more shelf space for clothes and shoes to ensure they stay dry after you get out of the pod. The pod itself was huge and we fit very comfortably. I enjoyed the music at the beginning and end, and with the earplugs and no lights, I could barely hear my own breathing or heartbeat, let alone my partner's. One hour was a little long-feeling for a first session, so if you are trying it, a half-hour would probably suffice. We didn't try the sauna or salt cave yet. The waiting area was quiet and comfy with moving water displays and calming sounds playing softly, and the atmosphere encouraged keeping your voice down to meld with that, rather than shatter it. 4.6 for me, and I expect I'll be back.

It had been 2 years because of the way the pretty lady treated me. I was next to positive I had a prepaid soak...you said I didn't and started RAMBLING dates at me...I interrupted and said "I thought" I DIDN'T QUESTION YOU. The sweet kid that walked me to my tank said "you have a 60 minute prepaid you book 90 minutes are you ok with the 10 upcharge...I said of course. Of couse we pay 10 dollars to upgrade to 90 minutes!! These are the deals that make us look away from the the white splashes of whatever it was pn the blue couch cover. When I came out just to clarify I got a "LIKE I SAID" "Who told you that" AND SHE walks out asking if the male "needs" her!!! I am asking about my money You guys are rude. The place is gross with all the tubs and wires...the water is cold...the floor is soaking wet before a dip but dry when I get out! The dry wall and paint is crumbling. The mirrors are always gross like they haven't wiped them. The shower head has like 3 streams of water. I just always left the lights off as to not see how gross it is.

The salt float bath was kinda cool and definitely unique/relaxing. Wasn't a huge fan of the salt cave as I don't know how much good it does but I'm no scientist. Think if I come back, I'll try the sauna and ice bath.

Every anniversary my husband and I book a spa day experience somewhere. My husband and I booked a half moon day spa package. It started off kind of odd. We arrived yesterday 15 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork. The person in the front talked on the phone with two different people before acknowledging us at all. We awkwardly were waiting in the front. They didn't ask us for paperwork or anything. Then we were placed in a soaking room and told afterwards someone would come to get us after for the sauna. We got into the tank and did the soak. It was a different experience. Not something I would ever do again. We kept getting salt water in our eyes and it was miserable at best. Afterwards we waited with the door open and came out and were rudely told the sauna wasn't ready to wait either in the front sitting area or back in the float room. The front waiting area was full. So we proceed to wait another 30 minutes with the room door open for the sauna to be ready. Someone else came by and took us to the sauna and we told her how long we had been waiting and she claimed she didn't know where we were. It felt disorganized and like they didn't actually know who was there. After the sauna we again were in the waiting area for someone to acknowledge us. The women at the front asked us if we were done with everything. We said no we still have the salt cave and massages. Someone else took us down to the salt cave which was a weird awkward walk around the building and down stairs. The whole experience and vibe was off. It felt like a business created for money laundering. I was disappointed that we even paid for the experience because we didn't even get an experience. Just a lot of rude employees and discomfort. We felt like we were inconveniencing the people working there. In the salt cave we waited until 4:15 pm. There was nobody in the area outside the door. We ended up just walking out and leaving because we couldn't figure out how to get back in and were already 15 minutes late for the massages. We never received the massages and I feel like they owe us a refund for that. The lack of organization and kindness from the employees left a bad taste in our mouths. When we got there we should have been given a tour and told to make our way through the experience on our own if they weren't going to keep track of us or our "spa day." Honestly it was the biggest ripoff for $360.

I made an appointment to unwind after a long week at a work conference. The girl on the phone confirmed the appointment with the incorrect time, corrected it after I said something. I go there for my appointment this evening, that I made yesterday, no one is there, no answer on multiple phone calls. I left a message and received multiple emails wanting me to confirm my appointment for Friday. I don’t live in this state and won’t be here. The incompetence in making the appointment should have been an indicator not to drive across town for this session that didn’t happen. So disappointed, especially after seeing reviews.

We absolutely love the Luna Spa and their staff! My favorite is the Float Therapy and salt cave but we love the couples massage. If you are interested in self care, this is the best place to regenerate! Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went with my daughter and niece and it was wonderful 💕 we truly enjoyed ourselves. Great place for relaxing and clearing your mind will visit again.

Just did the salt cave. The salt cave experience was alright and relaxing. The customer service experience sucked though. We were greeted with a bad attitude. The lady at the desk made us feel stupid because we were trying to show her a confirmation on our phone that didnt show her what she needed to know. This was a birthday present, so it was paid for, and we had no idea what we were getting in to. The walk over to the salt cave was super awkward. The person in charge didn't make us feel like we were welcome at all. She had absolutely no input about the experience. Overall, we wont be going back just because the weird customer service experience. So if this is your first time, I recommend keeping the small talk to a minimum and make sure you know your stuff before asking questions. If it wasnt already paid for, we would have left because of that attitude.

Booked a spa day for my husband's Bday. It was our first time trying to float tanks, and I'm not too sure how we feel about them haha for one, we forgot to turn off the lights in the room until towards the end, which is totally on us, so don't forget to do that or it definitely takes away from the experience. We got the Double pod, which we both fit in at the same time, except we kept floating into each other, which also took away from the experience. It also got pretty humid and hot the last 15 minutes with the pod lid completely closed, so next time I'd probably leave it cracked a bit . I'm up to try the float tank again, but in my own tank. My husband said it wasn't for him. We definitely felt relaxed afterward, as if we'd taken a nice nap even though we were both awake the whole time. The salt cave was etheral, and sauna and cold plunges were nice as well, by far the coldest cold plunge my husband's ever tried out. He couldn't stay in for more than a couple of minutes. We had short massages at the end, and while he enjoyed his, mine was very disappointing. Since it was only a half-hour massage, the masseuses said they'd focus on our problem areas only, which for me was my neck and shoulders, which I circled on my paperwork. She very lightly massaged/rubbed my legs and between my shoulder blades. Not once did she massage my neck or the base of my head, which is where all my pain and tension are at from being on a computer all day. I had to ask her to up the pressure about 10 minutes in because it felt like she was barely touching me as if she was afraid to apply pressure and hurt me. Was pretty bummed about paying for a professional massage when my husband gives me better neck massages than that for free. But I'm glad he enjoyed his.

I loved all the changes here. It was relaxing. I did a red light therapy, salt cave and a float. All so amazing. I was not happy the first visit over a year ago. I got an offer to try again. It seems they stepped up the cleaning. Customer service is top notch. Kind caring receptionist. I'm so happy I went back. They added Great modalities and enlightenment to my soul. Thank you Luna 🙏💃

My boyfriend treated me to a spa day at Luna Spa. I started with an hour salt bath followed by a 30 minute sauna session, a one hour massage and 45 minutes in the salt cave. The facility is clean but the trash in the sofa room was spilling over when I sat down to watch the salt bath video. Everywhere else was very clean. It’s difficult to rate this place only because the young man who greeted me wasn’t very welcoming or hospitable. I was put off by him. He hurriedly walked ahead of me and didn’t answer my questions. The schedule that was emailed was different than what I did. I was confused and the young man acted like I inconvenienced when I mentioned the schedule that was emailed. He wasn’t very welcoming or helpful. Jules my masseuse was great! I give her 4.5 stars. She is a petite young lady with shockingly strong, gentle hands. She was pleasant to make small talk with and focused on my problem areas. I feel really good! My experience was just ok because of the young man who guided me. And I use the term guide very loosely. I would recommend Jules for a massage and plan on scheduling with her in several months or sooner.

Talk about relaxation!!! The float is going to be a regular occurrence in my self care routine. Being able to float effortlessly and allow your body and mind to drift off and reset was amazing. Definitely coming back for that. Even after a few days my body felt relaxed.

This place was great. I was just visiting and was lucky to get in at short notice and I had a very good strong massage. They offered me water before and after the massage and the massage room was quiet and clean. I would go again.

Omg!! The clod plunge is insanely amazing!! Infrared sauna for 30 minutes and then the cold plunge. What a great combo. It's so great for ya.

The masseuse did not read my application at all. She was not ready for me, I said I felt uncomfortable facing down because I am breastfeeding and when it was time for the massage I had to mention it again. I requested Hot Stones and I didn't get them until almost the end, and that's because I had to mention it again or else I wouldn't have gotten those either. She was very nice but she did not prepare for the massage. Unfortunately, Floating was not for me, I didn't realize it really bothers me to use ear plugs for long periods of time.

Very interesting experience I will say. The float tank, uv sauna, and salt cave. They did have to reschedule a massage but that's ok with me as I have a reason to put in more stuff for next time. I recommend this place if you really want to relax and get away from everything.

Went on a couples outing and had a good time. Never did anything like this before. I'm 6-6 300 pounds and fit in the floatation tub just fine. Went to sleep in the salt cave, and burned up in the sauna 😳..lol It's worth trying atleast once. Really enjoyed the floatation tank.
