Called and a man answered, I asked if this was Luna Hair Salon. He hung up so I called again they answered and then hung up so the number is either not theirs as listen on Google or they need a new receptionist

Didn’t get the haircut I wanted, and my graduation is on Aug 5, 2022. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said ok. Never again will I ever go there smh I should’ve just drove 2 hours to Laredo.

I had a decent experience here. I removed one star because I used Google to book a 4pm appointment and rushed to get there on time, only to have to wait until well after 5 because when I told them I had an appointment, they had no idea what I was talking about. Also, there were 2 ladies there, maybe mid 20's, in and out of the back, who had two kids there, running around, while they did their own hair and I found it a bit chaotic and distracting. When I arrived, there were two ladies cutting two mens' hair and they didn't acknowledge me at all. I sat to wait, and about 10 or 15 minutes later, a male walks in and their faces lit up immediately and they told him to please sign in... I wasn't told to sign in so I was hoping they wouldn't skip me. Thankfully, they didn't. When one of the ladies finished her client's cut, she came over and asked what I would like done, and I told her, and she sat me down and did an EXCELLENT job cutting my hair. She was very nice, very kind and we had a good chat about how things were going and how it was my first time there and she hoped it was going well, I told her yes, everything is fine, I just wished that I hadn't rushed just to have to wait over an hour, she was very sorry for that but really had no idea Google even did that for people. I will definitely be going back, I just won't bother making an appointment through Google, I'll be a walk in if the wait time is basically the same. But everyone, including myself, loves how my hair looks, she did a great job cutting it.

I had my hair done by Rosy 2 times going blonde it was ok not the best color or lines, but thought it would get better. Rosy cancel on me 2 times the first time a night before apt the second time she canceled right before I left for appointment and 3rd time I waited for her for 40 minutes I got tired of waiting and left.

With COVID still going on I definitely don’t like being out and about. But, my hair needed a cut! Found out about this hair salon through google maps it had great reviews! So I had to try it. Walked in & only one person was in their which was definitely great because with the whole 6ft deal going on. One thing you will notice when you walk in is the chairs are far apart from one another so if someone else were to come in they won’t be near you. When the lady was done cutting the other persons hair she cleaned the chair and everything! One thing I did notice on a review here was they said the salon knew no English! Well kind of hard to believe after going because I don’t know any spanish what so ever but I explained that I wanted to cut my long hair a little bit passed my shoulders with layers and the lady spoke English too!!! Love the length!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & especially the stylist Raquel!!! Is great!!! One thing I do gotta let y’all know is they only take cash! But, if your looking for somewhere to get your hair cut during this pandemic I’d say go there due to the inside is very open so you don’t have to be near people, they’re affordable & And they keep the place clean and sterile!!!

Not a good experience today , hairdresser late and then not much time for hair cut & style but just hair cut and not even the stlye cut of the pic i showed her. So I just left and wont go there anymore
