This was the absolute WORST hair experience of my life. I am still dealing with the effects 6 months later. I came in for a haircut was convinced to do balayage, my hair was bleached twice (which is terrible practice.) I was assured that this was the best course of treatment. They added low lights which were darker than my root/natural color, then root shadow to fix the problem of doing highlights too high (which I told my colorist 5 times that they highlights were going to be too high.) The root shade to fix it did not match my hair color and now my hair is red and again not matching my initial color. I just got it cut and my hair has not been this short in years to cut away the damage from the bleach. They would not offer a refund, tried to fix it THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME TO FIX IT! scheduled with my then no one showed up. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, WASTED MY TIME AND MOST IMPORTANT RUINED MY HAIR WHICH WAS SO LONG AND WONDERFUL BEFORE I STARTED!

I can’t describe how happy I feel by finding this amazing place !! I’ve never seen my hair so beautiful as I did today !! Perfect color , perfect cut , Joseph went thru all details with me he was patient kind and very professional , Joseph thank you so much for everything you did and also your staffs . I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this place 100% .

Well... I booked an appointment through Groupon. when I got there, it was instant complaining that they didn't know who was taking the appointments when there weren't enough stylists. I had to leave and come back later in the day. My stylist did a great job, that's not my issue. My issue is that I didn't pay or ask for a blow out. He did it without asking and then they charged me for it. Manager/owner woman was rude about it saying that it was my job to say something. Um, why is it the customer's fault? Shouldn't your stylist be aware and ask before proceeding? Whatever, I won't be returning and you should probably go anywhere else. There are a million hair salons, go anywhere else. You know, where kindness and empathy exists.

You know they’ve done a great job when 10 people tell you “great hair”! Donata made me wonderful highlights and lowlights that completely covered my white hair. Super competent (many many years in Italy with lots of continuous learning) and a very nice person. I had a great time!

this is my third time at luna lucci (thanks to classpass) and it's always been such an enjoyable experience and for an affordable price! I always get the wash and cut, and they're always providing really good recommendations for my hair. definitely would recommend checking it out

I was a bit skeptical coming in because the price was cheap, but I left with a great hair cut. The woman did a good job and cut my hair in less than 30 mins. I booked on ClassPass for 18 credits.

From scheduling (last-minute—whoops!) to the head massage during my shampoo to the blowout with a curl that turned out exactly as I’d hoped/asked for, this was a great experience with personable, skilled staff. Highly recommend.

Joseph is an artist! He saw one reference photo and immediately understood what color and look I was going for. He saw that I had damaged and oddly colored hair from my last colorist and took great care to use a lower strength bleach to protect my hair while blending the color into my existing hair. My balayage looks fresh, beautiful and natural. I’m only ever seeing Joseph again for any hair color I need 😊

I had great communication with the salon over email, where I explained and sent a photo of what I wanted my hair like for my wedding. I was very confident that I would have a good experience considering their great communication via email. I had an appt at 9am the stylist didn’t turn up til 9:30 and then they didn’t know how to use the curling tong. I wanted a simple clipped back look and the stylist couldn’t get it to stay in place and blamed my hair for being too heavy. I ended up just having my hair down as I didn’t have any time to salvage it. Luckily she did a great blow dry. Very stressful considering it was a very important and special day for me.

I have walked in, made appointments, used a voucher and have redeemed class pass credits here and have always received the same level of quality service and attention! Every stylist I have been lucky to have are amazing at their craft. My most recent visit was chef's kiss!

I saw the good reviews and decided to try this salon out. I would NOT recommend for a few reasons! 1. The brush, scissors and tools they used were not clean. I wish I spoke up at the beginning. After my haircut was done, I saw the stylist package and put back all the tools she used on me, so it was ready for the next customer without cleaning it though. This was not hygienic and for this reason alone I would not come back. 2. The haircut I received was decent. However, I noticed one section of my hair had a very choppy look to it and when I mentioned this to the stylist, she said she didn't touch that area and that was how my hair was before, which I don't believe. She didn't offer to fix it either. The blow dry was also very rough and pulled much of my hair and she did not use heat protectant. 3. I had called prior to coming in to ask if they were accepting Groupon (just to double check). They had told me, they would be able to price match it and for me not to buy it on the site. Fast forward to when I was paying, they were telling me they could only honor $66 instead of the $46 Groupon was showing. (The difference was due to a Groupon discount which I understand their point-of-view). I told them I would just buy the Groupon as that was the most cost-effective option for me and it was met with some whispering and difficulty. I then had to wait for the voucher to go through and after I paid and was on my way out the door, I was called back and asked to pay $4 for tax. I was told by the manager it was required with Groupon. The manager mentioned it was stated on the voucher so I pulled the voucher up and that detail was no where to be found. I asked more about it and just paid the $4 to get out of there. It just is odd to me that this was not mentioned the whole time I was waiting for the voucher to be redeemed or when discussing the Groupon situation. Overall, this salon may be great for some clients but due to my experience, I would not recommend, especially for those that prefer clean tools used on their hair.

I just had the best experience at Luna Lucci! Another salon cancelled on me at the last minute and the manager at Luna Lucci was able to fit me in! Everyone was so nice and I love how my highlights came out!

THE BEST ! Joseph was my colorist and he is truly an artist when it comes to getting you the perfect color. Remon was very attentive he cut and styled my hair so beautifully. Everyone at this salon is so friendly & kind. So happy I found my new spot for all my hair needs
