Beautiful space and super relaxing! Their hospitality is great. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable. I had Leah, and she was very kind and created a very relaxing atmosphere in our session. Did a great job explaining what she was doing and why and checked on me regularly to make sure I was doing okay.

I recently had a couples massage, and it was unfortunately disappointing. First off, there were homeless people standing outside the door asking us for money. The receptionist was great and attentive but the massage therapists seemed distracted and unprofessional. At one point, he literally just stopped and was staring at the wall making weird faces like he was on something, which was not only alarming but also broke the relaxation mood. The pressure was either so light I could barely tell someone was touching me to so much pressure when he was pushing down that it was quite painful. The overall experience felt awful, leaving us feeling more tense than when we arrived. I wouldn't recommend this place based on our visit. I cannot believe what I was given for the $230 I was charged.

Emily B is unprofessional, unhygienic, and demands a tip. A few months ago, I scheduled an Express Facial 30 minutes/ Back Treatment with Emily B. 1. During the middle of treatment, I realized she was not wearing any gloves. I spoke up about it, but she ignored me anyway. Extremely unsafe and unhygienic. 2. Moreover, she performed the back scrub with a different product, and then went right back to treating my face with her bare hands. 3. Upon checkout her question was, “Do you want to leave me a tip?” Extremely disappointed and do not recommend!

Wow! Such a lovely experience. Everyone was so kind. The facial itself was incredible. I had an awful breakout yesterday, but after an acne facial with Emily, I woke up today and my skin looks 10 times better. Such a relief as I have an event this weekend. Can't wait to see her in a few weeks! Thank you 💓✨

Ryan and nick did amazing! Me and my boyfriend did a couple massage, it was my first massage and I have never felt more comfortable! Nick knew exactly where I needed the most attention. The area was nice and clean and we were welcome immediately. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a good relaxing massage ❤️

Awesome place for a massage and facial! I had a prenatal massage and express facial and they were both AMAZING! Lauren and Jessica were great. It was a little tricky to find at first but I was able to locate it within a few minutes. If your in Denver 100% recommend a visit!

Cora was nothing short of professional and kind. Her attention to detail and helpful guidance on how to better take care of my shoulder issue was so beneficial. The space is gorgeous and I loved that they left character when decorating the old building. 10/10! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

I went to Luna Massage and Wellness and feel so relaxed after :) Going through a rough week and a friend got me a hot stone massage and scrub. I enjoyed my hot stone massage with Danielle, it was a great message and I felt amazing afterwards. My scrub with Emily felt nice my skin is very soft now! Would definitely go again.

My husband and I got spa package for our anniversary and we had a great time! Our facials left our skin feeling very healthy and smooth, my husband really enjoyed his foot facial and I love how my skin feels after the salt scrub! The best part was for sure the massages though. Raynika (hopefully that is how you spell her name) did a fantastic job about giving each of us what we asked for. I wanted a relaxing massage with medium pressure and my husband wanted her to focus on his neck and shoulders that have really been hurting him. I was so relaxed I fell asleep a couple of times and my husband really enjoyed how well she worked out his knots! He is a big guy so it's actually hard for him to find someone who can put in enough pressure. We love that she was able to provide each of what we wanted and will for sure be back for more massages and try out some of the other services!!

Never coming back here. Asked the guy to massage the same spot at least 5 times and he just wasn’t getting it. Eventually he said it wasn’t a safe spot to massage (my upper shoulder / base of neck), and so I had so show him the spot and said I’m literally rubbing the muscle right now, all you need to do is rub that muscle, but still no. I get massages every couple weeks because i have tight shoulders and never experienced something like this. Overall was really disappointing.

Traveling from out of state my sister and I were able to get appointments at Luna within a week of our visit which no other spa could accommodate. Located in downtown Denver Luna Massage has a parking lot located just one door down which is super convenient in the city. I got a facial from Bella that was amazing. Overall a cute little spa nestled in and old renovated building.

Want to start this off by saying the place was lovely. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. It was very clean and the woman at the front was great. I typically get a massage maybe once a month and the place I normally go didn’t have any availability for a few weeks so I decided to try somewhere new. I did not enjoy the massage at all. She asked beforehand if I had any areas I wanted her to focus on and I mentioned knots in my shoulders. She did not spend any time on the knots let alone my shoulders at all. I also felt like she was never using enough oil during the massage so I felt my skin was always being tugged out. After about 5-10 minutes I really was just ready for it to be over. I had high hopes because of the good reviews but feel this was truly the worst massage I’ve ever gotten.

Was very much looking forward to a relaxing afternoon after a stressful work trip. They started my appointment 25 mins late but finished on time. Which means I paid for 25 mins I did not receive. They didn't apologise for running behind or make up for it. My massage was average, not bad but not good. The facial was good, I had a stinging reaction to the product and the women was very good taking it off and making sure I was ok. Her technique is good but it's the first time I have ever left a facial feeling desperate to put on moisturizer. Maybe the products just didn't suit my skin. It was also super awkward because neither of the the therapist were friendly or chatty. The second came in and didn't announce herself, say hello or anything just moved about the room setting up while I had a wash cloth over my eyes. It was just an odd experience. Normally they quietly say hello and ask how you are. Neither of them checked in or asked how I felt. Just overall an odd experience. The building is in a dangerous part of town in an old building. There were constant sirens and the smell of cooking meat was overwhelming. I had to go back to my hotel and wash my hair. Not any fault of the business but just did not make it a relaxing experience. It's an awkward exchange to prepay then be asked for a tip especially when it's not a great experience. She didn't ask how it was just said great you we have a card machine for your tip. No water or tea was offered and no normal human response except the original front desk women was friendly and welcoming if she had been there are the end I would have probably tipped and explained. I said I wouldn't be leaving a tip and she clearly felt I was a bad person instead of saying oh no what happened or what could we have done better or I'm sorry. I feel no guilt about the lack of tip and will never go back.
