The aesthetician is very knowledgeable. I have been getting treatment from her for 9 years. She made my skin looks like glass skin. You will never find any aesthetician as caring and knowledgeable like her.

The owner/Esthetician of this establishment is extremely unprofessional & untrustworthy. I scheduled an appointment for a facial cleanse but instead she gave me a CHEMICAL PEEL, without my permission. As a result, I suffered a chemical burn which left a scar and sensitivity to the sunlight whenever I’m outside post the chemical peel. She was not empathetic at all & refuses to help me pay for the doctor bills I have incurred to get treated for the chemical burn and scar removal. Even though I provided PROOF from the Doctor that I suffered a chemical burn. I am currently getting treated at Blackburn Dermatology. I have reported Luna and her business to the Texas state Department of Licensing and Regulation for her unethical practice on me. I do not advise anyone to come here at all. I am extremely disappointed in my experience.

Diana was very unprofessional. She had to cancel my first appointment and was seriously late for our reschedule. I finally had to give up and go home after waiting in the lobby for a very long time with no real feedback. Would not recommend her services if your looking for mutual respect of your time.

This was my very first IPL and definitely LOVED the entire experience! I know nothing about skin care but as I am getting older I have been doing some research on how to care for my skin. I arrived to my appt. on time and Diana was super welcoming and so nice. She walked me through the whole process and made me aware of everything! She is very knowledgeable and will take care of you! This will definitely be my go to skin needs place.

The experience was perfect from my consultation through my facial. The staff is very knowledgeable, and have years of experience in all their respected fields. I was given very useful information and told about medical skincare options I had that would give me my desired results. Not all spas are created equal, neither are all estheticians. This place is far above many other locations within DFW. Trust your skin and beauty needs with them!

The owner Diana is truly a master at aesthetics she has far more knowledge and talent then anyone I've ever meet. Most places are like fast food restaurants serving as many cheap items as possible. Diana is like a 5 star chef people would travel hundreds of miles to taste their gourmet dishes. So happy I found such an artist have been going there for years and it keeps getting better and better.

Diana is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only did I have had really bad acne scars and embarrassing facial hair from having Polycystic Ovary Syndrome for the past 3 years, I also had a very uneven lip shape due to scar tissue from a car accident several years ago. I was so insecure about my lips I could never imagine wearing lipstick anymore because I did not want to draw attention to my mouth. And in regards to my skin, I could not go a single day without wearing heavy foundation to cover everything up as well as tweezing and plucking almost every day to get rid of the unwanted hair on my chin and jaw. It was absolutely exhausting to always have to reapply my makeup throughout the day just to make sure all my drastically dark scars weren't showing and to make sure I was smiling a certain way at work so you couldn't see how uneven my lips were. After an incredible consultation with Diana (who is so sweet and understanding and easy to talk to!!), she made me extremely confident that she would be able to help completely change my skin and help my uneven lips! And she did JUST THAT! Literally two days After the very FIRST peel when I went back to work on Monday, I kid you not, I had literally 6 people compliment my skin within SECONDS of greeting me! Even a few of the guys that see me around my building were complimenting on my "glow"!! I was shocked!! It was the same after the microneedling and laser hair removal appointments, just compliment after compliment! And the SAME with my lips, the work she did was SO natural that people kept saying that they couldn't pinpoint what was different but I looked so great! (I knew it was because I finally could wear lipstick and not contort my mouth to smile a certain way!) the few people I told of the lip work were veterans with juviderm themselves and were TRULY ASTONISHED that I had just gotten them filled a couple days prior because they said they usually have bruising and bumps and have to wait a week or so before all of that goes away! They couldn't believe she just did mine!! I never got any bruising whatsoever and the results were so extremely beautiful and natural! I have never been the girl that people complimented for her skin and because of Diana I finally got to experience goddess like skin! I have confidence leaving the house with no makeup on and my fiancé loves that I'm enjoying the moment more rather than being worried about my scars showing or a stray hair I might've missed while tweezing! He also loves how much more I love kissing him with my now beautifully even lips instead of worrying that he could feel my scar tissue! Because of her I don't have to worry about people getting too close and noticing my scars or my facial hair! She has given me a quality of life and confidence I wasn't sure was ever possible for me given the circumstances!! Thank you so much Diana!! You're incredible and have truly changed my life!

***DISCRIMINATORY, RACIST, UNETHICAL SPA**** Husband bought me Groupon for my bday in February. Went to their site and had hours of operation and call for an appointment. I called two different times and went to vmail. OMG! Could I be scammed? I then emailed them and email came back undeliverable. I know I saw their hours of operations on their site and being a Monday it showed they would be open. Went to the place to make sure it wasn't a scam. I took a day off and went to the spa and even lined me up a babysitter. When I walked in, there were a group of individuals just staring at me. After an awkward moment, I hand over my gift card printout from Groupon. Lady just looks at me like I'm stupid and said they were closed and only do appointments by scheduling online. Okay, but their site clearly states they were open. I want my $ back at this time and she says, Oh no you have to call Groupon for that. Finally I just say schedule my appointment for a Saturday. She said she would schedule it for me right there and then. Today was that Saturday. Again lined up another babysitter. Took off to the place as she told me show up early. I pull on the door to go in only to know it's locked. Same Lady sees me opens up after a couple of seconds. I walk in and she says, Didn't you get the email last night? Um, I did not. She said my massage therapist is out sick. I asked if there was anyone that could help me? She said no that she was even booked (yet she wasn't doing anything other than holding paper towels when I walked in). She offered another treatment for free if I rescheduled. I was so upset by this that I just said No and just walked away. I came home to look at my email, there was no email that was sent last night. I had an email that came in 1 hour before my appointment that the therapist was going to be out sick and another email 30 minutes after I left the place advising of a free gift. *****NO MORE *** I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU STAY AWAY!!! I'M A HUGE TIPPER!!! BEFORE I GOT THERE I EVEN WENT TO BANK SO I COULD TIP BIG!!! I'VE BEEN GETTING MASSAGES FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND USUALLY BECOME A LOYAL CUSTOMER*****NOT HERE!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR A MASSAGE!!! They discriminate, and cross contaminate while they massage you, and also give you burn marks when they massage you because their lotion is not a quality massage lotion. Diane (the owner) is very rude, and the massage was disturbing while she was whistling and dropping the hot stones on the floor. Also, I went to massage school and you are never suppose to loose contact with your client and she would leave the room and come back. They couldn't even do a good effleurage. Also, I gave her a poor tip and she was trying to get more money out of me. I figured being in a nice place like uptown, she would want to keep her reputation high. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

Diana, owner of Spa D'Luna, has years of experience as an aesthetician and is very passionate about her work as well as the happiness it brings to her clients. I met her while searching for Cosmelan RX skin brightening treatments when visiting Dallas, I now fly in from Houston just to see her. She also offers several non-surgical procedures to smooth and contour the body by treating cellulite and fat; my favorite is her aggressive anti-cellulite program that consists of 10 treatment sessions and combines pain-free laser contouring with Celluishock treatments. If you want to be skinny and pretty I highly recommend you go see her!

I purchased my IPL Photofacial service via Groupon. It was very easy to schedule the appointment and Spa D'Luna is a professional spa with plenty of parking. I met Diana, the owner, and she was very friendly. She asked me several questions regarding my background and skin challenges so she could create a customized treatment plan. She is very knowledgably and explained different options for treatment and maintenance to get the most ongoing benefit from an IPL. During the procedure she continuously makes sure you are comfortable and not in pain. I have had IPLs from other Spas and Diana definitely provided the best one I've ever experienced. She even contacted me a couple of days later to ask how I was healing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIANA for IPL Photofacial and other skin treatments. I'll be back in the Spring for another treatment.
