Carmen had charged me for Botox and I paid for an additional amount that I never received and she is refusing to refund me. I would not be doing business with this person. I am going to attempt to collect my money when I am in town but being that I have been out of the state, it has been difficult because she is blocked me and not allowing me to pick up the cash that she owes.

Carmen is such an expert in her field! Her tattoo make up skills are incredible! I was very worried about getting a tattoo on my face, but I did the tattooed eyeliner and absolutely loved it! It is perfect! We decided to start thin and I love it so much I’m going to have her add a little more on and make it even thicker. She was quick and proficient and I never felt nervous. Here is a pic! Can’t tell you how much I love it. No more eyeliner for me and I am pretty sure I am going for the lip tattoo next.😊

Carmen has been great to work with and my skin is looking so much better since working with her! She’s been very accommodating with my sensitive skin and never pushes me to do something I think may cause my skin to react. Highly recommend!

For anyone looking for a hydro-facial, or a facial in general, Carmen is 100% your girl. This was my first time getting a facial, and truthfully I was skeptical. But the results speak from themselves. I could see a very distinct difference in my skin when the service was complete. My pores are so clean you can’t even see them, and my skin is so dewy and smooth. I 100% will be coming back. Thanks again Carmen, you’re the best!

Had the pleasure to recently meet Carmen and use her services for a back wax. Unfortunately my back hair 🤮 is something straight out of a neanderthal era and needed to be tamed. I just left Luna Med Spa from my first visit. I have struggled with skin facial imperfections my whole life but even more after chemotherapy. My face hasn’t been feeling healthy, so I knew I needed a service soon. I’ve heard how great Luna Med Spa was so I wanted to check it out. Today I received the medical grade dermaplane facial. I could literally feel the gunk in my skin being lifted off to the heavens of pores, lol. The facial was phenomenal! It was so relaxing and healing! You even get a mini arm, face and neck massage! This was totally worth the price. I will be booking my monthly services with Carmen. I can’t wait to go back.

What a welcoming face. Carmen is very thorough in her initial conversation. She asked me my history of my experience with adult acne. She explained every step of the medical process as she worked on me. Always making sure I was comfortable. I will be back for powder brows next week. And, planning my facials every month.
