The place looks nice but one particular suite where I got a Mani and Pedi has poor sanitation and disinfection protocol. The nail tech used the same implements without washing and sanitizing and then disinfecting the implements on another person and then wanted to use it on me. She also used the same hand file on the next client and then wanted to use the same nail file on me... that is against the Florida cosmetology law. Sanitizing, washing and disinfecting implements in a salon IS A MUST! I will not go back.

Clean with many beauty professionals to pick from. The down side is the parking lot is small and the place is not visible from Kendall drive.

Rivet Salon just stole money from my mom! Eduardo the hairstylist sold my mom a shampoo that it was supposedly purple shampoo for blonde hair and when she opened it was regular white shampoo. She went back to get it exchanged for the right shampoo and he told her she bought it somewhere else when he had it in the salon to use for customers. He sold her the wrong shampoo to steal $30 from a 62 years old lady and didn’t even sell her the right shampoo neither try to fix the situation by giving her the one she wanted.

Great place. Empty of parking and many shops to chose from. Close to everything! I enjoyed this. I was at Helen's Beauty. I loved.it Helen is professional and very nice. She did an amazing job with my hair. I highly recommend her.
