My 6 week old had an appt with Dr. Ella Fisher today and it was so magical to witness him just absolutely melting with her touch. He fell asleep multiple times during her treatment and looked so blissed out. She is really knowledgeable about infants and has a super sweet bedside manner. Highly recommend!!

I’ve just had my third massage with Luna Wellness and I am incredibly grateful to have come across their services. Janelle (the owner) is incredibly welcoming and kind. I first sought services for the prenatal services and had an excellent massage with Jamie. It was like she was reading my body’s mind and was also not afraid to put pressure to my muscles which was immensely needed at 32 weeks pregnant. She is also a certified midwife which was apparent with her knowledge of areas that needed special attention. Since giving birth I have had 2 massages and Janelle was unbelievable. She created space for my preferences and it lead to one of the best massages I’ve had. The pressure and attention to detail showed she has the magical powers of knowledge, skill, and intuition of what my body was needing. Scheduling is a breeze online and the subscription service is genuinely a steal. There is discounted service for the subscription and they let me use it with my first massage, it has been incredibly helpful in forcing me to take time for myself. The setting is peaceful, warm, and caring. There is parking in the gravel lot right next door so I don’t have to stress. Again — so happy to have found this resource and wonderful team of people. Thank you!

This is such an amazing spa! It is Black-woman owned. Every massage I get is luxurious and the staff is so kind. The space is thoughtfully curated and smells wonderful! They also accept insurance!

It was my first massage in over a decade, and Jaime was amazing! I was treated kindly and with so much respect. I received a Prenatal Massage. Jaime also explained a few things at the end of the appointment so I would be prepared. 13/10 experience! I will be back.

My experience at Luna was lovely. I didn't really want to come to Portland for a massage, but I'm so glad I did. I rushed in frazzled and was welcomed with calming warmth. The whole environment was clean, uncluttered and calming...a warm, professional environment. As for my massage, I could not recommend Hannah Fazendin more highly!!!! She struck the perfect balance of gentleness and firmness in every touch and her sweet spirit made me feel as if she truly cared about my wellness. Thank you Hannah! Your ability to sense and meet the physical needs of MY body was like magic. Your sensitivity to unspoken emotions is like a healing balm to the soul. You are amazing!

I have enjoyed my treatments at this center. Great energy and a nice variety of services. Awesome wellness center. My favorite is the chiropractor and the acupuncture services. Have been going consistently for over 6 months. Please give it a try, you won't regret it. 🤍

Shady business practices, ignorant white fragility exhibited by practitioner…I was an incredibly loyal client of Luna Wellness for several years but unfortunately, after the last couple of incidents, I will absolutely never return nor will I ever recommend this company to any of my friends, colleagues or BIPOC counterparts in the community…I recently had to cancel a chiropractic appointment that I had scheduled due to the fact that I woke up early in the morning feeling incredibly ill. While I would have loved to come in and receive treatment by Dr. Megan (who truly is exceptional), I did not want to be selfish by risking the health of both practitioners and clients (mainly pregnant women) alike. Thus, I cancelled at 5 AM, almost 12 hours prior to my appointment that evening. Out of respect I notified the clinic first thing when I knew I was unwell. The receptionist told me that that was totally okay, and that was that - please note that not only have I never cancelled, and I have *always* been punctual and respectful of providers’ time…I was disgusted to see that that same evening, I was hit with a major fee for canceling. Upon confronting the receptionist, she stated that it was the policy and that they even did me a favor by applying a PoC discount to the charge - so performative and in poor taste. I also find it incredibly shady that I was not notified first thing in the morning that I would be charged when I had told her that I was canceling. I guarantee that they were hoping to get away with it without me noticing. I have given so much money to this company throughout the years, and they have also reaped the benefits of thousands of dollars from my insurance company due to a car accident that I had recently had…. this was the first incident after benefits were withheld and truly goes to show how Luna treats their clients once they know they have little to gain from them financially. This incident was incredibly disheartening and hurtful as a loyal customer of several years who has sent many people their way and has also protected their organization after a prior incident…A white massage therapist, Jeanine, only weeks prior had made ignorant comments to me during a massage regarding women in domestically abusive relationships, stating that she has difficulty empathizing with them as they choose to remain in those circumstances. I literally could not believe the ignorant and abhorrent statements being made. She then proceeded to make disgusting statements by making generalizations about the Middle East (where I am from)… When I confronted her about these harmful comments during such a tragic time, she not only denied stating them (so gaslighting- I know what I heard; it was so upsetting I ran out that day), she legitimately dug her heels in by acting like a fragile white woman who knows more than an Arab herself. I like to think that we all make mistakes and it’s all about how we come back from them – however, Luna never made the effort to call me after the charge and make things right with a loyal customer of many years, nor did Luna ever hold that practitioner accountable as the promised “meeting” that was to be had never occurred. Truly upsetting but grateful to know who these people truly are … out of respect for the previous owners, David & Becky, please note that none of these incidents occurred under their management.

I had a prenatal massage with Mary and it was absolutely amazing! Loved every second of it, Mary is very skilled, very welcoming, kind, comforting professional. She paid attention to all areas of concern, draping was professionally done, appropriate, I would love to come back to have more massages with her.

I'm 29+1 weeks pregnant and had an incredible prenatal massage with Mary! She was super attentive to my pain concerns and created such a therapeutic, healing, and individualized experience. Truly one of the best massages I've had, pregnant or not - would highly recommend this space for anyone in need of holistic prenatal care.

I've been seeing Megan for chiropractic care for the past several months of my pregnancy. I appreciate how thorough she is and how personalized her treatment plan is. At a previous chiropractor I felt like a number as opposed to a patient. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for chiropractic care prenatally!

Luna was wonderful! I love a space that is dedicated to pregnant and postpartum people and supporting the whole of body and person transformation that happens. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and wonderful and Hannah was an incredible practitioner. She was so supportive throughout the craniosacral experience and relieved some longterm pain in one session.

Luna Wellness Spa is an absolute gem. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my experience was tailored to my needs and preferences. My massage therapist was highly skilled and intuitive, and I was very comforted by the fact that the massage therapist was specially trained and experienced with prenatal massage. Overall, Luna Wellness Spa exceeded all of my expectations and I can't wait to return for some of their other offerings. I have not found another wellness center like Luna that emphasizes a woman-focused approach to care the way they do, making them a genuine unicorn in the women's healthcare space. I would recommend them to anyone!

Abby is truly a gift. I went for pelvic floor therapy and she moved so slowly, calmly, and is intentional and thoughtful throughout the entire session. She’s truly a safe space and I couldn’t recommend seeing her more.

I go to Luna for the beautiful energy, ambiance, delightful people, and expertise. For several weeks, Megan has been my chiropractor. Her treatment has lifted me from bodily despair every time I go! Back in December, I developed a pinched nerve on my right side after a particularly rough move and nothing I was doing at home (like stretching, massage gun) was helping. My sleep was disrupted and i would wake up with terrible numbness. I chose Luna because I admired their philosophy and focus on women. It was the right choice. Megan truly cares about her patients. Our first appointment/intake for 1 hour was super helpful and comforting. She took the time to listen, ask questions, do diagnostic tests and exams before our session. I remember feeling so sad that morning. After the first 10 minutes, I felt such a burden lift. Megan sent me home with exercises to do and even followed up by email. The extra care was such a sweet surprise and has kept me a loyal client since. Highly recommend!

I just had my first experience with acupuncture at Luna with Sabrina. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and was seeking non-invasive relief from pregnancy related discomfort as well as support for labor progression. I had the most wonderful experience. During the appointment, I felt comfortable, relaxed, and safe. After the appointment, I felt a balance in my energy and very comfortable. I look forward to my next visit whether still prenatal or postpartum. Luna has so many offerings and it’s so nice to have them all under one roof. This is a very supportive place for new mothers.

I just love Luna Wellness! I have been seeing Becky and Megan for the past several months and they are miracle workers. I went in with chronic pain in my hip and tingling in my feet. I can say that after just a few months of visits with the both of them, they have relieved these symptoms. I am no longer experiencing pain and the feeling in my feet has returned. I continue to see both of these docs as I want to continue on the right path for my health and believe these are the people that are helping with that. My most recent appointment was with Abby and she is amazing. Her craniosacral therapy was very subtle and I felt great after. I highly recommend giving Luna a try.

Luna has been such an amazing part of my pregnancy and postpartum journey. Anytime I was dealing with physical pain I could come here for relief and leave feeling so much better.They give me the education/exercises to help myself as well. Also May Nash is a great massage therapist, I always feel safe and comfortable with them.

Truly a great prenatal massage. I had to do side lying because of how far along I am, but Morgan still did an amazing job, and I didn’t feel like I missed out at all. They do have an insert for pregnant bellies if you want to try that out! A really relaxing and loving place overall, highly recommend.
