I rented a suite in Lunar Salon and I had a great time and experience there it was clean and my clients loved it I definitely recommend this place for stylists that want to build their business.

For anyone else that may consider leasing here, I highly suggest requesting the 'Move In' checklist and Lease prior to paying the security deposit. All information initially stated during the tour was very vague, as if on a "Need to know" basis to get you locked in. Following the tour, it seemed as if any specific information you'd need to consider would be given contingent upon payment of the security deposit, that you won't know is "Non Refundable" until after you read the lease that's sent following paying it. Of course you could always ask questions, which is why I suggested asking for lease terms and the 'Move in' checklist prior to payment. Learn from my mistake. Per the terms of Move In: -They conveniently collect weekly rent via ACH, -The Non Refundable security deposit is $350, -They also require your 1st week's rent prior to move in, - Proof of Insurance, specifically $500,000 for Professional Liability, $500,000 for General Liability, $100,000 for Rental damage & $1,000 for Stolen Equipment, -Also required is your State License if applicable, a Mini Salon License, your ACH info & copies of your State ID. Another thing to consider, is that while the establishment is very nice, conveniently located and the suites are furnished, you do have to provide your own shampoo chair if you're a stylist. During the tour, all that was stated verbatim was that a security deposit, insurance with "whomever you choose", licenses, ACH information and state ID was required. Also after the deposit is paid, the room would be "Made Ready" for leasing. Being that Quiana was who responded to my initial inquiry, I do wish that she was the one to give me the tour. Perhaps the "specifics" would've been discussed upfront & not contingently upon payment. She became my main point of contact after I had already paid the deposit & proceeded to ask if I had any questions. Being that I had already lost my deposit, I reluctantly applied for the mini salon license and submitted some of the docs that were required, but chose ultimately not to follow through with leasing.

The men’s restroom was so disgusting. Pee all over the ground it had a horrible smell it looks it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time

Lillian at Perfect Curls is a jewel to work with! We booked with her Saturday for Tuesday morning, and she did a phenomenal twist style for my daughter's homecoming dance Saturday. Lillian was welcoming and even allowed me to work while I accompanied my daughter for her appointment. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional hair stylist!
