I called in advance to make my mother a hair appointment to surprise her for Mother’s Day, I spoke to a lady there over the phone and we went over details and time and she confirmed the appointment for May 7th at 11am and when my mother arrived for her appointment the place was full and they told my mom they wouldn’t be able to do her hair (even with appointment) and asked her if the would return the next day at 9am which she said was okay! I just got off my phone with my mom and she was extremely upset that the lady yet wasn’t there and she was waiting a little before the time she was suppose to be there to make sure she got her hair done. I believe 30minutes of waiting was more than enough, especially because they knew they couldn’t do her hair on her actual appointment… very unprofessional.

they do good job ! but they give preference to people they already know and the rest of the clients have to wait today was the last time I was there I will not return

Corta bien el cabello pero Lupe es muy grosera no te habla de frente y te dice las cosas mi niño le gusta ir mucho a esta estética es lo malo es el único lugar qué quiere ir pero ella le hace cara y ya es la última vez que lo traigo mejor para que esté agusto

Set in hair for 2 hours Would not wait on us took everyone else that came in after us, but because we are white she wouldn't cut our hair
