Lupita is a rip off my wife went to do her hair and mess up her high light for she could go back and charge her more for her high light she should get reported to tdlr make sure everybody has a license she just want to make money will not go back to her

My cousin went in to the salon earlier today to get her highlights. I don’t know how the consultation went, but this is unacceptable. She came up to me and showed her hair. Not only it came out brassy. but as I sectioned her hair, you can see she applied an excessive amount of bleach in the foils and it bled through her hair. which caused the line of demarcation. Is it fixable? Yes. She returned to get her refund or to have it redone properly. Instead, they threw a toner on and had the nerve to say “oh you should be happy it’s fixed.” The worst part, THE OWNER did her hair. She did not have compassion whatsoever and was being so rude to rush her out of her chair to begin with.That’s how you know you’re not going to get a great service. I never want to be the one to leave bad reviews or bash someone for making mistakes. We’re all human, it happens. It’s the fact that there was no accountability taken. I hope this review helps her handle situations like this better.

No me gusta para nada, les pides un corte y solo te cortan las puntas del cabello y en 5 minutos te lo hacen no se esmeran en nada, pienso que solo trabajan por el dinero, muy mal lugar no lo recomiendo!

This has nothing to do with the salon. I found this ladies phone outside the parking lot the Sally’s beauty store. I decided to leave phone turned on so I can wait for someone to call to give her back her phone. Mind me I’ve lost my phone before and man did I cry! I know how it feels. Someone finally called I answered and the lady I spoke too was super sweet telling me thank you. She said the owner of the phone has a beauty salon on military. Sooo I said ok let me go take it to her. After I hung up I realized that i forgot the name of the salon I gave my personal number to the lady that called to send me address but never did. So I started calling random salons on military til I got to the right person. She was so rude and not even a thank you. This lady sent one of her workers to get the phone. And gave me attitude. Idk if she thought I took it but I regret giving it back to her I should’ve just thrown it in the trash. Because of this person there is no good People in this world. I really hope she sees this so she can realize that she did wrong. I felt good to go out of my way to take it to her and not even a thank you … wow it shows what kind of person she is.

On the other side of this salon is a nail.salon it's called Angie's nails let me tell you my nails came out amazing and for a decent price to I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back for sure.

Horrible service. The owner Lupita is rude, doesn’t know how to cut or dye hair. Thought it was just a bad day but several other reviews confirm this. No professionalism whatsoever - ladies are talking over you and walking around gossiping while doing your hair Plus it’s gotten more expensive for mediocre results

Make sure when they are cutting or styling your hair the Personnel is not watching TV are talking to other customers while they're doing your hair it might not be the lengths you expect it. My personal hairdresser David was off on that day but his awesome has been my hairdresser for over 30 years and you’re sure to get excellent customer service.

My mom went today and they messed up her hair it looks like trash and her hair is falling out they felt the hair dye in for over 2 hours DONT NOT RECOMMENDED.
