Magdalena and Esperanza are wonderful. Never have to wait long and they do a fantastic job with great prices. Happy to have found this salon located so close to work/home.

I brought my 87 year old mother in for a style for family pictures. I made an appointment for a style only. I told the receptionist style only. I told the stylist no haircut style only. She cut my mom's hair. It looked absolutely horrible. Uneven bangs..my mom looks practically bald on one side of her head. Thanks for not listening and ruining my mom's hair.

I'm very disappointed for the service provided today. I took my daughter to get wispy bangs and and a trim. My daughter showed 2 photos of the wispy bangs and somehow the lady messed it up pretty bad. Her bangs look like they were chopped by a toddler. They look nothing like the photos that were showed. This is unacceptable. I expect a 5 star cut for $40 that were paid. My daughter was very upset and refused to return as she fears they will make it worse by trying to fix it. DO BETTER.

Lucy did an amazing job. Lupita is an expert in her field. Her suggestion was on point. Luz (Lucy) did exactly what I wanted. I've been getting my hair done for 20 years, and I didn't think I would find the right salon when I moved to San Antonio, but I did when I found Lupita's. My husband, friends, family, and co-workers all love my makeover. I feel like a new woman. The pricing is affordable, especially for the long, thick hair that I have/ had.

Really worth the price. Very affordable hair cut for $30. Lupita was awesome I just showed her the photo of the kind of cut I want to get and she got it right. Will definitely come back.

Ensure to train your employees. My wife felt that the haircut wasn't done properly, her hair was cut without first been wet. She felt many times her hair been pull and hurting her.

I had platinum blonde strands in the front, I asked if they could just dye my roots the same color and she said yes. I even showed a picture of how it looked before. They ended up burning my scalp with the bleach an hour later and said they couldn’t do that color. My roots were orange and so hideous I had them dye it back to black. 24 hours before my trip. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service.

My hair was bleached when it should have been dyed dark brown. I was shocked and very upset by the damage done. I had to stay late while the girl attempted to fix my hair. I went back the next day because I was so unhappy with my hair. It was bright orange in places. They fixed it for free but my hair was damaged from the bleach. Make sure they understand what you want before letting them touch your hair. Lesson learned for me. I was in tears.

1st time customer, went in and was taken care of quickly. I don't speak enough Spanish to "chat" but enough to communicate what I wanted and my stylist showed out. I was very happy with how she braided my hair, will return.
