Upon arriving to the salon I was a bit late because I had my baby with me and once I walked in the girls made me feel so welcomed and not embarrassed that I was a little late. I got my hair done by Taylor and was super nervous because I have only gotten my hair done by one other person for years, but Taylor EXCEEDED my expectations and did exactly what I wanted! I am so happy with my hair and am thrilled to be in Taylor’s chair again!!!

I had an AMAZING experience with Brandy! I came in with hair I had colored and bleached myself. She brought my hat back to a much more natural color and my extensions blend perfectly! I cannot tell you how much of a confidence boost this whole process has been! Everyone was so sweet and welcoming! My hair is so healthy and beautiful! Thank you for helping me feel so much better about myself! ❤️

Melanie did an AMAZING job on my hair. The space is beautiful and everyone was so kind and friendly. And as a beauty student Melanie was so education on every step she was doing to my hair so I could learn! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back!

Hair bleached to white, hair stylist urgently washed my hair out when she noticed, then colored it and charged me extra without letting me know of the charges after. Styling it helped hide all the damage and I didn’t notice till my next shower. Price included a hair cut but she just did a quick trim as she ran out of time and had another client. Owner refuses to take responsibility and offer refund. Just offered a redo but that’s not going to bring my hair back, and a basket of more chemicals to put into hair. Tip options were 20%, 40% and 60%. Really greedy place. Was planning to come back to get it “fixed” and offer them another chance but am moving, pregnant, and cannot have anymore exposure to chemicals.

2024 Update: I can't say enough good things about this salon & the women who work here. 1st it's beautiful. Getting your hair done is a treat and being here in this thoughtfully designed salon adds to the experience. I have had blowouts from nearly all of the stylists and everyone is fantastic. My daughter has started to get a balayage once a year as a back to school treat. She's gone to Taylor twice now and it's fantastic. Even after a year it looks beautiful and natural (but just adds the extra wow). Brandy's not only great at her job, but she's very accommodating to her clients. 10 out of 10. ________________________________________ I've been going to Brandy for a little over a year now, before Lush opened. Today I went in to get my hair done and it was even better than before! They fit me in for a wax while my color was setting and then everyone fixed me up. They even have a makeup artist who happened to be available and threw on some bronzer to help me get ready to get out the door. All of the customers that were getting services while I was were really excited. I rebooked another wax because she did a GREAT job and I booked eyelash extensions because the other customer's looked so great. LUSH is awesome and full of really talented stylists. And, I used to go to J. Gregory. Nothing wrong with that salon, but I like my service here better, the location is better (because I live in Monument), and the prices are much more reasonable. Over all, can't beat it!

I recently moved to the area, and I had my hair done last June in Virginia. I looked up reviews and couldn’t be more impressed with their services, especially Brittne today. Not only did she do an amazing job with my hair, but she is also an overall amazing person. She made me feel welcome and is a great listener. She transformed my look, and I’m thrilled with the outcome—my husband kept commenting on how great my hair looks! Brittne is such an outgoing person and shared lots of great information for me and my family to explore. I will definitely be returning to have my hair done with her. The salon was clean, which I really appreciate.

At 66 I always want to look and be at my best which is one of the reasons I have been going to Brandi, owner of Lush: A Beauty Lounge! Brandi and I have been together for over 16 years. I have fine hair and never worry about having NBR Hair extensions, perfect color, high quality products and a good cut because this salon is the best! Did I mention no damage!!!!! Every person who works here is so trained and truly cares about what you want and the final results. Be beautiful- there is a transformation that you can have to feel and look your best! Be pampered as you walk in the door. This salon does it all and continue to educate and look for the best way for you to achieve what you want. I thought I would share a picture from Halloween this year- I Hope you love my hair as much as I do!

Love love love this salon!! From the moment you walk in the door you are treated with 5 star service. I had just had my baby and found myself in need of some fresh hair color and cut and I found my new hair stylist Anna. She took her time to make sure my vision was heard and explained everything along the way. I’m so excited for my next appointment with her so she can bring some more magic to my hair. This is my hair home because I always feel like part of the family. Everyone is so nice and being a mom where I never get alone time this place is my escape. I think the girls know it too from mimosas to snacks or even a longer blow out I get my alone time and I feel like a whole new woman when I leave. They are the best.

I went into Lush feeling a little out of place. I had just moved to Colorado and this was the first salon I had decided to try. I had seen a few stylists online, but had decided to give Karissa a try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from her that instantly made me feel welcome. Karissa took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, and then she worked her magic - exceeding any and all expectations I had. Not only did Karissa deliver on the hairstyle I envisioned, but her ability to make her clients feel like they have known her for years truly impressed me. Throughout the process, I felt comfortable and relaxed - thanks to her incredibly warm demeanor. It’s evident that Karissa is not only just a talented stylist (which is hard to come by IN GENERAL) but she also genuinely cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I think one of the biggest things apart from how talented Karissa is at her job, is her innate ability to provide a safe space for ALL of her clients, regardless of color, sexual identity, disability, etc. I would feel 1,000% confident recommending Karissa to anyone and everyone looking for a new stylist. She not only makes you LOOK like a million bucks, but makes ya feel it too.

I have been going to Anna at Lush for 3 years now. The girl is a rockstar and knows her color, as well as what looks good and what is in! I walk out feeling glam every single time! As far as the salon is concerned, Lush is literally the most gorgeous, clean, and friendly place ever! These stylists are by far the best in Colorado. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been to many salons, in many different states and I have never been to a salon like this one. Every single person in this salon is friendly, professional, and very talented. Taylor Hernandez has been doing my hair for several months now and I have never left unsatisfied. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s extremely talented and always does her best work. Over the years I’ve had the privilege to have her assistants work on my hair as well, and have then watched them turn into stylists alongside Brandy through her dedication and passion to their education & ensuring they are all just as amazing at their art, and can truly say I would trust any one of them with my hair. Love Lush! My journey with them started after I had a great deal of damage from other extentions. The team was patient and very kind as they changed them to NBR extensions. I have been connected to Lush for about 3 years now. Every single time I get to go to Lush the team is very welcoming an positive. The new salon is beautiful and makes you feel like you are having a pampering experience everytime. Really wonderful! My hairstylist Abby does an awesome job! And there are SO many great stylists so you can really find your match. It was a great experience the first time I came in and had continued to be! Always wonderful results! I was worried about what the dry weather and pollution from the fires around would do to my hair. But my fears are gone - I am so lucky to have found Lush in the Springs because now my hair is ten times better than it was when I moved here! It’s really great to find a hairstylist and a salon that you can trust to really work with you on your hair goals!
