Actually Mary Woods - not Steve. Visited Lush for the first time a couple of days ago. Had a brow tint and wax and lip wax. Kristyn did a GREAT job!!! Continued to check with me throughout the process to make sure I would get just what I wanted. She was very sweet and the salon is lovely.

So far I've seen Taylor for microneedling and Devan for my lashes and omgosh they both did such great work. I totally recommend going and scheduling an appointment to see them!!

Erin was professional, easy to work with and gains your trust immediately! I did a brow tint and eye lash perm. I'm going to have her tattoo my eye brows next month. She's the best!

I get my lashes done by Devan and there absolutely fantastic I'm very impressed with how long they stay on and how full they are I would highly recommend her! I got the best facial from Taylor she's very knowledgeable. My skin felt amazing after I highly recommend Taylor !

I had classic lashes extensions and brow wax by Kaitlyn. I would definitely recommend her. Professional, kind and friendly. Couldn't be happier!! They look natural and full without the fake lash look!

Kaitlyn and Erin are extremely cautious with covid concerns. Does fabulous job on brows and lashes. It is a relaxing and immaculate spa-like environment! Would not go anywhere else! Very professional!

Best place for eyelashes and eyebrows. Be prepared to pay a pretty shiny penny!! But it's totally worth the price. With precision and technique the sculpt and Arch your eyebrows to perfection. I personally had my eyelashes done and I will be back!! The space is beautiful as the pictures shown like a spa day for your face. If your looking to get gorgeous for a trip or wedding etc this is the place!

So first let me say how awesome my lashes look and feel (when Jenna does them) She's the only reason I go back there. Twice I was booked with Kaitlyn, and both times she was so rough, and my eyes actually hurt after. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, she's the owner, so I gave her another chance. Not only is she rough, but I had so much glue in my lashes, it was clumped together and I could feel it. I'm still having clumps fall out two weeks later! Thank God for Jenna and her magic with my lashes. As far as going to Kaitlyn, beware!

First let me say that the salon is super clean and the woman that did my lashes was very sweet. But I have had a horrible experience with my lash lift and tint that I got done two days ago. When I left the lashes here still wet so they were clumped together and I still had glue around them. I thought they looked good but as the time went on and they dried they looked fried and went straight up! My lashes are flat against my eye lid and all cross crossed. I contacted the owner who had the stylist who did my lashes call me. She called me and said it might have been the humidity (I wasn’t outside afterwards) and to let water hit them. I let water run over them in the shower for 15 minutes and then sat with wet eye pads on my eyes for about a half hours.... nothing. My lashes go straight up or are all fried and crisscrossed. I look crazy! I contacted the owner via Facebook messenger since she’s not there on this Saturday and she had the girls at the desk give a heated eye lash curler to try to fix the problem. No one at the salon/lounge knew how to use the curler and to be honest it seems like a gimmick. It requires batteries so I have to go to store to buy them. I spent $105 plus tip and have horrible lashes!!! I would not recommend the lash lift and tint. I hate to write negative reviews but I also know that the positive reviews I read was what got me into Lush. I haven’t had the lash extensions and can’t speak on them but the lash lift definitely was a no go for me!

My daughters been having her lashes done here for the last four or five months. She was seeing the same girl except for the last time. The last time she saw a new girl. When she came out her lashes looked nice but in the last week the majority of them on her right Eye have fallen out. When I called to explain that I would like them To fix her eyelashes because it’s only been a week and that I would like them to make the one eye as full as the other they told me I would have to pay an additional $40. Mind you I had just paid 60 for a fill a week before. I was very disappointed. The manager never spoke to me personally but went through the receptionist. I was communicating with the receptionist the entire time. Plus I waited patiently for the calls back which were three before they could decide what they wanted to do. This is not a cheap place and I expected to be treated better than this. I was very disappointed. I will not be coming back with my daughter. I will find someplace new as I was hoping to start getting mine done as well

I was an out of town visitor and they were very accommodating in doing my eyelash fill. Melissa was so sweet and she did a FABULOUS job with my lash fill, I was a very happy customer and if I lived here, Melissa would could add me to her "regular client " list! 😁 My lashes are fluffy and perfect!

I have been going to Kaitlyn for over 8 years and I can't imagine my life without lashes!! It is the most amazing feeling waking up and not having to put on any make-up!
