This was my first time in this Salon. When I went inside there were 6-7 employees sitting and talking in the back as they were just opened. I was the first customer and whole salon was empty but I felt like they assigned me the worst person who dint know wht he was doing at all. I was just getting frustrated and was ready to leave. I will never come back to this salon and this experience was 1 out of 10 for me. Sorry.

Prices are a bit high. But ther service was great. I wasn't a fan of the chunky water treatment, but everything else was spot on.

This was my first time at Lush but it will not be my last. Vickie did a hybrid manicure called TAP which is better for your nails and Monica did my pedicure. Both did a fantastic job! Definitely found my new nail home

Heather was perfection! The shop is clean, efficient, and so comfortable. Heather listened to what I wanted and made some suggestions and I am so so happy with the results. The color is lighter pink than the photo shows but the technique is flawless. Book with confidence!

Jenny was my Nail Tech, and she was amazing. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. They got us (me and my boyfriend) in and out. Mani and pedis. Will definitely be going back.

I follow Helen wherever she goes!!! Her services are superb and Mae does my pedicures and let’s just say, I don’t want them to stop! The salon is always professional clean, prompt and very thorough! I am always greeted with a smile! The music selection is very thoughtful, very considerate, very demure! I absolutely recommend them ❤️

I never walked out of a place bawling my eyes out, after leaving Lush Nails Spa in Ashley Park i was so overwhelmed and worked up because of how rude the owner was being. I walked in around 11 asking for a simple pearl nail, he said they can do it. not only did she leave my cuticle beds super red and nipped almost all of them they refused to do what i wanted. When it was time to apply the nail polish the lady doing my nails was going to apply a nude, i said no that is not what i wanted, it is suppose to be an off white with a chrome coat on top (that is how a lady there did it last time and i loved it) she went back and grabbed a sparkling white saying they do not do that. i then expressed how another lady did it at the same location, and now the owner comes belittling me and just waving what i wanted and saying “it is impossible to reach that design nowhere else would be able to do it” “just get white” so i walked out with only the acrylic nails on and i drove to glamorous nails and spa where the customer service is way better with better prices and they were able to achieve the “impossible” NAILS WERE DONE AT GLAMOROUS

My mom and I enjoy our regular visits to Lush. The owners are nice and accommodating with appointments. May and Vicky do an amazing job and make the experience what it is! Would recommend.

I usually love this place but the lady who did my nails yesterday was rude and kept roughly adjusting my hands. I come here every two weeks for my services but I will not be back. Also, when it was time to check out, i was trying to use my phone to pull up my card and the lady who did my nails got aggravated and walked off before I paid. I tip very well, but for the first time yesterday I didn’t tip. They’ve lost a customer.

Not impressed at all. We will not he back. The nail technician was upset because when she went to take my gel polish off with tool it burnt my toe. She was shoving my foot very aggressively. She had to take extra time to get the gel off. Won't ever come back. I am done..i even asked her was she ok, having a bad day. She was obviously po...my friend with me was like wow ..

Bryan provided my spa pedicure service today. He was kind & the foot massage was nice! 😌🧘🏾‍♀️✨️ He also took his time to make sure my polish looked good👌🏾👌🏾 If I'm in the area again, I would go back to this nail salon.

First time at this establishment and will not return. I think perhaps the tech was inexperienced, and did a manicure for me, which was not a professional one. I do a better job myself. I was charged $20.00 plus I added a $4.00 tip.but yet My Debit card was charged 25.75. I called and spoke with the front desk and he proceeded to tell me that they charge 1.75 for a credit card fee. I told him I used a Debit card and the fee should not apply. He said it applys to both, credit and debit cards.NOT RIGHT!!!

My nail tech that had an attitude the last visit popped up to do my manicure. I decided to give her another try, but again she disappointed me. I wanted my nails soaked off she pushed them off with a nail, I asked her to stop, she brought a cold soak off bowl and still pushed them off with a nail. Didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut before started chopping them. I refused to let her put on SNS and let her just put plain polish. Her attitude and customer service was poor. 2nd strike. She acts as if she’s doing the customer a favor. However, my pedicure was done well by another smiling lady. With great customer service and the best foot massage!!!!

Every time I go to Lush for a manicure, pedicure, and to do gel or S&S nails, I have the BEST experience. The staff is extremely friendly and I’m always happy with the end result. The owners interact with me and always make me feel welcome. Come join the club and you’ll LOVE your experience! Vicky is my favorite and has never let me down. I highly recommend!

They performed a very good service and did a wonderful polish job. I was disappointed for the convenience charge to use my debit/credit card. Had I known I would have brought cash or took it out of your employee’s tip. Find a cheaper card processor instead of charging me.

I came in to this salon on 06/04/24. I wanted a toe color change and new acrylic gel set. Everything was great until the acrylic gel set. The lady had put the tips on and cut them down to length. She started to file them into almond shape that I asked for. After she filed the second nail, she showed me and asked if I liked it. I liked the length before she started filing, but once she filed the two nails, she went in on the length and I just wasn’t happy with it. I wanted them longer for the shape to look correct. So I responded to her, “no, can you make them longer.” She then got very angry and screamed “NO”. Then said, “IF YOU WANTED THEM LONGER WHY DID YOU TELL ME TO CUT THEM SHORT”. I said I am sorry that is my bad. She then got up, slammed a bowl with acetone on the table for me to soak my nails in and got up and left and never came back. She proceeded to walk back and forth from the back room giving me disgusting looks???!! She sent a new lady to finish my nails and never came back. Just wanted to stare me down with her new client. All of the employees in the salon was staring at me and coming up to look at my nails in the bowl. I have always came here and never had an experience like this. I felt honestly humiliated and belittled for being honest when she asked if I liked them. Why ask me how I feel about them if your not willing to change it. I come to this salon and pay money to leave with something I am happy with. I did not ask her to change it after the acrylic was on, I asked her when she JUST put the tips on. The glue on my nails had not even set yet. It was not much to ask, as I thouroughly understand the process nails take. I have asked this before at a nail salon when I wasn’t happy with the shape/style and they had no issue fixing it for me. She SCREAMED those words at me and made me very small as a person for absolutely no reason. This is not how you treat paying customers, and I will never come here again after how I have been treated. Which is extremely sad because I have come here for years. The owner and all employees in the salon heard and saw what happend and it was very disappointing for the owner to have nothing to say about her disgusting behavior towards a client. He himself even came up to the bowl to look at my nails and talk about me instead of correcting his employee who just had screamed and harassed me for no reason. I will never recommend this salon to anyone due to the amount of disrespect I felt. The lady decided to take it personally I guess when I wanted my nails fixed. If I am paying money for a service, I WILL speak up if I don’t like how it looks. There should be NOTHING wrong with this, considering I was there 3 hours before closing time. There was no reason for this reaction. I will be posting this review on all platforms, due to lack of responsibility and accountability on the owner and the lady herself. Something honestly should be done in account for the disrespect I faced as a paying customer. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. If you’re having a bad day, stay home and don’t go to work. Because a stranger should not have to suffer the consequences of being in your presecene if you’re going to lash out at anybody and everyone for a simple aspect you face in your job. 100% not the way to treat somebody who is supposed to be PAYING and TIPPING you.

We were immediately seated in pedicure chairs and our services started promptly. The techs did a great job with our pedicures and hot stone massages.
