Just got a pedicure last night and my feet look awful. From the goopy nail polish, uneven toe nails to the unclean edges, they do not look good at all. She even sliced my toe on my right foot. I was brought here by my young daughter as a special treat because she is now working and wanted to pay for me for a change. I did not complain because I did not want to embarrass my daughter. It was not one small spot that needed to be fixed, the whole thing needed to be fixed and so I just assumed at this point that is the best job that the technician can do. Will not be returning, only leaving a one star so that I can leave this review.

A lot of miscommunication where the did a basic pedicure and when it came my nails a lot of miscommunication and ended up accepting that my nails are done like I went to place where they don't know what they are doing. I will give them another try cause they do have the business and friendly but yes they need better colors for nails and better understanding on the customer needs

Place is really nice, but the eyebrow lady was so rude, had an attitude the whole time and wanted to do my eyebrows how she wanted, not how I wanted 😒. Don’t go there for eyebrow appointment.

Not coming back. Front desk man possibly owner told me 30 min wait. He already tended to the 2 women that came in after me. Came for a pedicure. I asked for an update at 34 min into the wait he told me it’s gonna be another 30 min we are “really busy.” I explained I can’t because I only have an hour. Didn’t seem to care. Sorry don’t buy it busy man. I walked out. Post hurricane Milton day 5 had an hour because left baby with help to tend to some painful spot on my foot.

I got my nails done about a week ago with Jenny. I paid and tipped 20% because she was super nice, but the shaping was not good and it only lasted about a week of people constantly telling me that my nails did not look good before I went to take them off. Now, also keep in mind. I am not the type to complain. If my nails don’t look good, I just simply won’t return. I chose to soak them off at home and the acrylic got super gooey and sticky once I kept them out of the acrylic soak for one minute, they hardened back up which means the salon uses acrylic with MMA in it. MMA is illegal because of how harmful it is and how bad it could cause allergic reactions, eats away at your nail bed, and can make the tips of your fingers go numb. It’s cheaper than other options, which makes sense why salons still use it. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt like I had to in this case because I have never experienced this while soaking my acrylic nails off before.

I got a manicure with Jenny and one of my nails was broken. I asked her if she was going to do something with it before applying nail polish and she says it was going to be fine. I had to come a second time for her to fix it. She applied something on my nail, and two days later the nail was broken again. I had to go to a different salon to fix it. A week later , I made an appointment to get a pedicure for myself and my two daughters. It was a horrible experience, the pedicures were rushed, we didn’t get any massage, the nails were uneven and the polish was clumpy. I’m not coming back to this place.

Todays visit I give two stars only because the nail technician Fiona over used the drill to file and remove dip nail and 4 times she went too deep causing a burning sensation in my nail. Technician needs to slow the speed of the drill when using it on thin fragile nails. Towards the end of the nail service I thought the nails looked okay since it was the first time I did the cat eye design.Next time I will ask for soaking only to remove the dip , my nails are super thin. I always get my nails done about every third week and never has a technician grind so much the nail bed where it hurt. :-((

I would like to give a 5 star but not yet. The few times I went there, I had to wait but that happes from time to time. I am very pleased with the service and especially pleased with my tech, Ly. I will certainly recommend this particular business. Keep up the good works. And for those that’s looking for a nail spa, Lush Nails is the place

I absolutely love my nails and the professionalism of the employees. When I arrived it didn’t take long for someone to greet me and ask me what service I needed done. Everyone was friendly and polite. The nail studio was clean and very pleasing to the eye. I came for a brow wax and a pink on pink gel manicure. Jenny did my nails and was very fast, detailed, and efficient. I’ve been to places where i’ve been nicked and cut by some of the tools being used. Not here! all of their tools are clean and they take there time making sure they don’t cut your cuticles and things like that. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Gloppy bumpy gel that lifted at day 3. Cuticles painted but not sides of the nails. So much dust and hair from the cotton swabs and filing and she literally just painted over it when i asked her if i could wash my hands. The emory boards should be new for every customer and they like many nail shops in new tampa have dust beushes full of acrylic debris they are just passing on from person to person. LAZY and dont use separate dip containers for customers and thats how u spread infection. This makes 3 bad experiences and is more than enough for me. They can't shape nails or apply acrylic properly. Then when you ask them to correct it there's outward and obvious irritation. Very rude. Infact the manager had to apologize for the treatment. The manager is the ONLY good tech there and she is clearly overrun.

I love this nail salon! I always get my nails done by Ly and she does a fantastic job every time! All the employees here are super talented and the prices are reasonable. I will be coming here for a long time.

I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. I had been going to Lush Nails for over a year and always used Jenny as my nail tech. Two weeks ago with a scheduled mani pedi appointment I waited over 40 minutes after the pedicure to get started with my mani. There was no communication and I paid for pedicure and walked out. I let them know the wait time was totally unsatisfactory customer service.

I’m so glad I tried Lush Nails and I will definitely be back. Ly did a wonderful job with my dip manicure and took extra time to help me find the perfect color I was looking for. I also like the relaxing jazz music they play. Great nail salon!

Lush nails definitely took care of me. The service I had was dip, which I have had before. However this time it started chipping after a week. I came back and they redid it with no problems 😊

This is my second time here at Lush Nail Studio, and I am very satisfied with the service and will continue to come back. I'm so happy that I found this place nearby. The establishment is clean and well maintained, and the staff is very kind and polite. I try to come when I know it's not as busy and I get serviced right away. I would definitely recommend coming here.
