I'm still glowing from my incredible experience with Lauren! From the warm welcome to the serene ambiance of her stunning space, every detail was perfection. Literally the best facial I have ever received in my entire life. I’ve spent times at MedSpas, and some “chain” locations and this was nothing like them. It was a personalized experience, Lauren was so sweet and so kind - but yet she is so knowledgeable at the same time that I feel like I can trust her with my skin x10 over. She sent me home with some personalized items to try. I cannot thank her enough for her time. I’ll be back and I 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Best facial of my life. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. I have sensitive skin with rosacea, and was pretty nervous in the lead up. Lauren took incredible care and made me feel so at ease. She is SO good at this!! You’re in great hands!

Hands down the best facial and service I ever had! She’s so knowledgeable and personable. Takes her time to not only give you amazing results but completely pampers you the whole time! I went on thinking I was just getting a facial bit this was an experience. And she helps create an at-home product lineup math samples if you’re interested. Wil be telling all my friends and this is my new favorite :)

Lauren did such an amazing job! It was my first facial ever, and she made it such an enjoyable experience. My skin is stunningly smooth and bright. She also sent me home with a personalized skin regimen, which is great! A very cozy little shop. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again :)

This place is AMAZING! Lauren completely rejuvenated my skin and got it back to glowing after it was destroyed by antibiotics. She also takes all allergies and health conditions very seriously. I have celiacs disease and she made sure that the ingredients in all the products she used on me were safe and I felt at ease during the entire time! Cannot recommend this place enough!!

I’ve been getting facials for years at many different places and this place is HANDS DOWN the best! I have never had this experience ever! I just loved everything about the service. She took her time and was so gentle with my face. She tailored my facial specifically for my skin type and my skin concerns. She answered all my questions and concerns! She was so polite and professional. I literally have NO COMPLAINTS! I plan to do this every month! This is a great gift to give to someone or even an awesome opportunity to pamper yourself and do something for you! Again, I highly recommend getting all your facial needs from here!! She did an immaculate job! My face feels like a newborn baby. So soft to the touch even days after. I’m not letting anyone EVER touch my face again! I’ve never seen such instant results from getting a facial in the past from other people! She is the TRUTH! 100/10

Booked facials for a Mother’s Day gift and we both can’t wait to come back! Lauren went above and beyond making us comfortable with snacks, drinks, and our choice of music. I booked with Lauren for the dermeluxx with dermaplaning…she explained the process and how every product works. The facial was relaxing with her gentle touch. After the service my skin was GLOWING. I have never had a facial in my life before, until I let Lauren work her magic on my face. I was scared at first because I have sensitive skin and wasnt sure how i would react to the products, but they were amazing!! She really takes her time and makes each client feel so important and pampered. Throughout the experience, she would ask how the products felt on my face and asked if I was comfortable. Every step throughout this process was amazing! Although this was my very first facial, it surely will not be the last facial that Lauren does on me! :) My skin looks and feels amazing!!!

Lauren was wonderful! She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. She spent time talking to me about my skin care routine, medications and past treatments. Before Covid I was receiving monthly facials at another place. She tailored my facial to my skin and it was the best facial I have experienced. There was absolutely no sensitivity resulting from the facial. In fact, my face and skin have never felt so soft and moist. The entire experience was extremely pleasant, relaxing and rejuvenating. Even her table was comfortable and she was extremely concerned for my comfort. When she was finished we chatted as she allowed me to take my time getting up. Before leaving, I made another appointment with Lauren. I would highly recommend her services to anyone!!

I'll be the first to admit that I don't know much about skin so when I came across Lush Rich Skin and saw the tagline saying something about turning my skin to gold. I had to check it out. While I unfortunately did not have my skin turned into a precious metal, it looked pretty damn close. Lauren was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She worked on my face with some devices I hadn't seen before that left my face glowing and then told me some things I could change in my daily routine to cut down on breakouts. At the end; she recommended a daily cleanser that would be good for my skin type and sent me on my merry way. I would strongly recommend coming here for your skin, beauty, and facial needs. Your face will truly be as good as gold.

Where do I begin to explain the benefits I’ve experienced from having my skin cared for by Lauren at Lush Rich Skin!?! As someone who has had Rosacea for 30+ years, I never got the redness under control until I started getting facial treatments from Lauren. I’ve gone to several other Aestheticians and Dermatologists in my lifetime but none compared to her. She’s thorough and really goes over and above during each session to make sure she cares for every corner and blemish on your face so you leave glowing! You can tell she cares about helping her clients achieve the best looking (and feeling) skin ever! She’s also made skincare product recommendations for me that have been life changing for me. Hands down she’s the best Aesthetician in Jacksonville!
