I have been going to Lusso for 3-4 months and I am so happy I found this place. The staff are amazing. Dan always does such an amazing job with my nails. I get so many compliments from people including teens ( and as a middle school teacher that says A LOT) 😃. He is excellent with nail art! The staff all are very skilled at a diverse range of nails styles and designs. They are also reasonably priced. I have never been disappointed with their work. They are very friendly and warm. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much Lusso for my nails.

Lusso Nails is by far the best nail salon in Columbus! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and highly skilled! I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done. They are consistently amazing 😍

Maggie was amazing! I am very particular about my nails and I’ve been to quite a few shops since moving here from Vegas and she took her time wasn’t rude at all when I asked her to fix a few things. Will definitely be back just for her! If you’re looking for a new nail salon, this is a place to go.

I came directly after work and was able to walk in for an appointment. Dan suggested a new gel technique- which was quick and he applied his artistic skills with a cute Valentine’s design! Absolutely love them and I’ll be back as a regular!

Updated Review for 2025: I’ve been going to this nail salon for over a year, and it’s by far the best one I’ve ever been to! I typically get gel manicures, and they always last an impressive 3-4 weeks without chipping. The quality is unmatched, and my nails always look fantastic. One of my favorite things about this salon is their talented team of nail techs. They’re incredible at nail art and have an amazing ability to match any color perfectly—even when I bring in reference photos for inspiration. They always nail the look I’m going for (pun intended), and I leave thrilled with the results every time. I’ve loved all the manicures I’ve gotten here, but my recent Christmas nails might just be my new favorite. I can’t recommend this salon enough!

Customer service and experience all around was amazing! Super friendly, and accommodated 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child) for 2 gel pedicures and 1 regular pedicure. Timing of service was good and pricing was affordable 👌🏼

I could tell by the reviews and great pictures that this place was good and I was RIGHT! I had the collagen detox pedicure, and it was so lovely and relaxing. The young man who worked on me was very kind and asked how everything was as he was going along. He did a great gel manicure on my hands too!! Would recommend to come here!!

I treated myself to a mani-pedi, and the technician took incredible care of me the entire time. He dedicated a full hour to my hands and another hour to my feet, ensuring every detail was perfect — from cuticle care to a flawless polish. The level of attention and care was truly impressive. The atmosphere at the salon was equally wonderful. It was calm, soothing, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated, with perfectly manicured hands and feet. My daughter treated me to a acrylic set and pedicure. This was my first time here. We had an appointment and was sat immediately. They were very sanitary and ensure they were giving us the look we were going for. I got something different for my acrylic set and I love how it turned out.

There’s a serious cleanliness issue at this salon. I almost left before my appointment started because the station was so dirty. I had an appointment and I sat and waited at my station at least 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. No one said anything to me and the tech who did my nails never said her name or anything. She didn’t ask me what shape I wanted or if I liked my color. My nails hurt for DAYS after my service and one of my cuticles was bleeding when I left. I felt really, really mislead by the reviews. One of my nails is already chipped. Just overall a really bad experience. I tried to contact before leaving a review with no success.
