Ladies and gentleman you have got to come in and see Joe Jovan Studios. He takes such delicate care with your hair truly inspiring and I have to tell you I had gotten a silk press before coming to Charlotte NC. It was a waste of money! But I visited the salon before leaving home on July 3rd . It is September 8 and my hair is still popping Worth every penny if you haven’t gotten your hair styled from him, you’re missing out!!! When I’m in town, this is my go to every time.

Listen!!! I love this guy!! He’s not only talented but super awesome. He has the best personality! I was a hot mess for 2022 but seeing him to get my hair done was a highlight during those times. I decided to let him try a sew in. I typically cannot do them as it makes me itch. He listened to me and made sure we used the right hair. His hair is Bomb too! This picture is 3 weeks after the sew in. This is the longest I’ve kept a sew in. Typically it’s 3 days. Sorry this is so long but Joe Jovan deserves his flowers on this one! I absolutely love coming to Joe JoVan. He has been doing my hair for years and I have no complaints. Any color that I've wanted my hair, he has been able to achieve that color and my hair remains healthy with the color. I will typically get blowouts and my hair is always silky straight. He focuses on healthy hair which is always my number one priority when it comes to my hair.

I have never had such an excellent silk press that lasts, and doesn’t damage the curl pattern of my hair. His deep conditioning treatment was everything that my hair needed. I had never had so many compliments given to me about my hair. I will go to him for eternity. I have even been to Atlanta for my hair needs - there is no one like JoJovan . His talent and ease of execution when it comes to hair- he makes it look easy !

I’m so happy that I found a hairstylist that cares about the health of the natural hair. The styles are long lasting, beautiful, and everyone loved my hair. I’ve have been a loyal client for over 10 Years. Joe JoVan started my natural journey over 10 years ago. I remember the first time sitting in his chair with multiple request of color and other style. He is one of the few that provided an legit hair consultation. Joe JoVan provided me with great education and treatments that I would need to Achieve beautiful, vibrant but most of all healthy hair. He has serviced several family members that also loves his work. If I could name things that has and so still keeping me coming back would first be his professionalism. He is very attentive to detail from booking all the way through the styling process. He is the best hands down hair scalp massage specialist. I enjoy the shampoo bowl. No one can compare to his silk press. Baby let me tell you I haven’t met anyone whom can flat iron the most perfect curls. He always make me feel good inside and out. His conversation ( therapy ) are A++ as well. He has taught me over the years how to master pin curls to keep these curls popping. Joe JoVan is a true artist I enjoy sitting in his chair for me new look. I’m not sure if he knows that when Have sat in his chair and asked for a transformation he provides a special gift. Just had my first appointment with Joe JoVan and loved every bit of my experience! The service was great; the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I absolutely LOVE my hair! When my grandmother said to choose him, I knew it was the right choice. With 4C hair, I tend to be pretty skeptical with where I go, but I'm glad I went to him. He was very welcoming and pleasant. He did great work in a reasonable amount of time, which I can really appreciate. I already booked my next appointment and can't wait for it! I'm excited to see the progress and growth my hair will experience with him.
