I love my lashes. The work was done wonderfully. Retention is great. Sirley did a great consult before we started and she was very sweet and professional during the whole appointment. The front desk was very helpful too. We scheduled two appointments in advance per her recommendation. Which is great with my crazy schedule!

Updated Review*** The receptionist was sweet and welcoming, and the space was clean with beautiful decor. I was happy with my brow wax and tint—the results were noticeable and well-done. Initially, I was dissatisfied with my lash lift and tint as I didn’t notice any significant change (see attached photos). However, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They acknowledged the problem, are working on improving their product, and have offered full compensation for the service. Their commitment to customer service has been impressive, and I’m confident they’ll make the necessary adjustments. I’m looking forward to returning for my next visit. For these reasons, I recommend this establishment.

Such a cute place! Beautifully decorated. I told my tech Chidera exactly what I wanted, and she did an amazing job. I feel like I can never go without lashes now.

I’ve been a guest of Lux Lash Lounge for a little over a year now for a lash extensions, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Sirley and Chidera are incredibly talented lash technicians who took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. They were both professional and friendly, making the whole process enjoyable. My lashes look stunning and feel so natural! Additionally, I must mention how lovely the receptionist, Vicky, is. She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency in handling appointments really set the tone for a great visit. Overall, I highly recommend Lux Lash Lounge for anyone looking for beautiful lashes and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

My first experience getting lash extensions was amazing at Lux Lash Lounge. The studio is clean, comforting and beautiful. The staff was amazing!! Sirley was my tech and she awesome! She did a thorough consultation and educated me on what was best, considering this was my first time. My lashes are beautiful!! Next appointment is already booked. I officially found my lash home! To everyone reading this review, if you’re considering getting lash extensions, go to Lux Lash Lounge!! You will be happy.

I absolutely love this lash lounge. I’ve been twice and plan on going back again and again. Jasmine is amazing. This is the first time I’ve had lashes and didn’t want to immediately rip them off. I love that they off partial sets because I like my lashes to look super natural.

Got my lashes done for the very first time, my lash tech was Jaye and she was so lovely. She took her time to understand the look I was going for and talked to me about different options for my extensions. She took her time and was very gentle & patient. All the other staff were very kind and welcoming, as well. Overall a great first experience getting extensions & will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for years! The atmosphere is always clean, pretty and the customer service is amazing.. they are always helpful and sweet.. it’s also an extremely relaxing environment to get lashed.. if your in Brooklyn this is the place to go to get quality lashes and services. Lux Lash is a great addition to the neighborhood. I avoided doing my lashes for so long because I would have to trek to the city or downtown to get my lashes done. Gone are the days! The space was clean, staff friendly and they are very communicative. I’ve had them for less than a week and experienced very minimal shedding. I am impressed!

After reading so many wonderful reviews online, I decided to call Lux Lash Lounge and make an appointment. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days, and was lucky to be able to take advantage of one of their promotions (which, most lash salons don’t offer by the way). My lash technician is Stephanie and she did a fantastic job! She thoroughly explained the difference between the lash styles and what would compliment my face. I decided to go with the hybrid look which is a combination between classic and volume. I am a couple days in and not one lash has fallen out. Overall Lux Lash Lounge is professional, the staff is friendly, and the salon is clean. What more can you ask for!? I highly recommend this lash salon! Just book already!
