I had my first hydrafacial this week with Heather, and it was amazing. I’ve struggled with acne my whole teen/adult life and Laura got me some good skincare recommendations a few months ago. This facial made everything even better! I have sensitive acne prone skin so I figured I’d have a red face afterwards, but this is how it turned out. I’ve never felt so good and confident without foundation and concealer. Thanks Lux n’ Lavish 😊

I absolutely loved my experience! Natalie is so nice and helpful. She allowed me to ask several questions before choosing the perfect treatment. I really appreciate it she gave me instructions on how to care for my face after my treatment. My face has never felt better! It was so relaxing. I will definitely go back again.

My husband gifted me a facial for our 31 year anniversary. The gal rescheduled the day before due to illness. Upon entering for my facial as soon as the door closed she started up selling a new hydro facial. Since this was a gift I was prepared to enter and just enjoy a relaxing stress free experience. I had no idea what the difference was between what my husband purchased and what this “new better facial” was. At any rate my 1-1/2 hour scheduled facial increased in price, lasted only a 1/2 hour( the website shows this facial is an hour long…) and she asked me for a tip at the end. I will never go back and sadly this has cost her 3 additional customers. My husband sent an email to the owner and her replied justified the actions of her employee fully.

I literally cannot say enough good things about Natalie and lux n lavish!! I was so skeptical going in at first. I have been messed over left and right from other businesses, but with Natalie that fear has completely gone away! She is so sweet and comforting and is so knowledgeable at what she does. If I ever have any questions she explains everything so thoroughly and helps point me in the right direction towards my care. I get every thing from microneedling, eyebrow waxing and tinting, and Botox and facials from her and I have absolutely loved my results and no longer fear showing my skin, and for once I feel confident going out without makeup or having to hide my face. Going to lux n lavish with Natalie has made me feel beautiful inside and out! I would give me stars if I could. Again I can't say enough good things about Natalie and lux n lavish. Laura is THE BEST! I’ve been seeing her since January. I’ve had facials, brows, microneedling, chemical peels, and botox services done by her. She is beyond friendly and sweet, not to mention so knowledgeable in esthetics. She was pivotal in my skincare journey and helped me so much with my complexion. Also, I’ve had Botox done many times, at many different places, and she’s giving me my favorite toxin results!! Laura is the best esthetician I have ever met! I come from out of state to see her because I haven’t found someone that even comes close to making me feel as comfortable or beautiful! She is an amazing communicator and her knowledge amazes me every time! She always explains why the services I select are beneficial for me! She also took the time to put together a skin care routine that was specific to me and my skin type (and my budget)! I have never had better skin!
