Christina did an amazing job on my hair today! I was feeling like I needed a post-partum makeover & she was able to give me just that! Her attention to detail is amazing! Loving the cut & color which is hard for me to find both in one stylist! Look no further ladies and gentlemen - she will take care of you! Also, it was my first time at Lux & I was so impressed with the vibes. Not the typical salon, super cute & airy. They also know how to take care of their clients & provide not just drinks but snacks & BLANKETS?! & I haven't even mentioned they use Kevin Murphy, which is top notch in this industry! Book that appointment, STAT!

Have been going here for years and taking our daughter as well. They have always been so kind and patient with her and understanding in adapting to schedule changes. The salon is very calming, elegant, and so welcoming. When you’re there it is a retreat and always a great experience. When my initial stylist retired the salon had excellent communication and put me with another great stylist. Definitely helped ease my nerves to know I was still in good hands.

Lux machine never lets me down! I am confident that when I go there I'm going to leave looking amazing! It can be difficult to trust a salon when you have a specific hairstyle in mind, but Diana is patient, listens, and nails it, every time!

I can't even begin to tell you all the wonderful things about Lux machine. From the first initial contact Gloria went above and beyond helping me. From getting an appointment that worked for me to answering questions about this crazy new hair journey I'm going through. She spent time recommending products and routines. I've never met someone who was so willing to help me so much with my hair care journey! Diana was my stylist, she sat down and asked me several questions to get a better idea of what I was looking for. She asked what I liked and didn't like in some of my inspiration photos. Diana took the time to understand what I wanted and didn't want while also giving input. I couldn't have asked for a more patient stylist! She explained how the products were applied and what they would help achieve. I could hardly look in the mirror when I walked in and by the end I was smiling.

I have been seeing Diana at Lux for years and prior to her another stylist who moved away. The entire experience is always fabulous - Diana is a great communicator - always asks lots of questions before cut and color to ensure everything is right and I always LOVE my hair! As a bonus she is warm, kind, and funny. Lux is great at the whole experience - always welcoming, great space, free beverages, etc. would highly recommend!

Great experience. I felt welcomed from the moment I entered the salon. I was offered a beverage, snacks, and a warm cozy blanket. Abigail did a wonderful job creating my color for me. The cut is perfect. I usually just tie my hair back but I’m able to style it with no fuss or tears!

I have been going to Lux for YEARS! I have always loved all my stylists there, they are all wonderful. And Gloria and her support staff are A+++ for customer service and taking care of all details. Diana is now my go to stylist and is absolutely the best at what she does. She always listens, provides great and thoughtful answers to my questions and kills it with my cuts and colors. I love going to Lux Machine. It's the only time I set aside time for some self-care and everyone there makes it so easy. The environment is clean, and aesthetically pleasing with lovely touches of plants everywhere. It's a very calming and inviting space. Diana is such a great stylist and colorist. She's so wonderful to talk to but also understands that some days I might not be very chatty and goes with the flow. Diana and I always thoroughly discuss what I would like to do with my hair. Sometimes I don't know what I want to do, but I have full confidence that she will always make me look and feel better. She is great at explaining her process and why she is cutting or styling my hair a certain way. If you are looking for a stylist and a chill space, I highly recommend Diana at Lux Machine. If she isn't available, any of the other stylists will provide you with the best service and make you feel great about your look and yourself!

I’ve been going to LUX Machine for many years and just left after having my medium length hair cut into a cute sassy short cut. Diana is amazing! When I decided I wanted to go short, she did a consultation with me and today before she starting cutting, and throughout the haircut, she took a lot of time to ensure I would love the end result and I do! From the moment you walk in the door at LUX, you feel special and welcomed. They go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need or want while you’re there. I highly recommend the salon. Their attention to detail is incredible.

My mom and I have been going to Lux Machine for years & we love it. My mom has always loved Lacey's work in coloring her hair & I have always loved and stuck with Diana anytime I'm ready for a haircut refresh. This place is great to go to if you're wanting to treat yourself & feel pampered. They offer a variety of drinks & have a snack tray ready for you upon arrival. 10/10 experience

The employees are absolutely AMAZING! I received the sweetest welcoming. I went to Abigail for blonde highlights and a curly cut and she did exactly what I wanted! I definitely recommend coming to LUX. Very happy with my results and experience.
