I had a great experience at Lux today. I went in for the scarlet rf microneedling treatment for enlarged pores and skin tightening. Natalie numbed me prior to the procedure and I had only mild discomfort in a couple spots on my face during the microneedling. Other than that, I really didn’t feel much except the warmth and slight tingling from the wand. The new office location is convenient and beautiful. My esthetician was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely return!

This is an exceptional Spa, professional, timely responses, clear instructions and pleasant surroundings. The staff is medically trained, knowledgeable in many treatments and very importantly has a great aesthetic approach. Can't recommend them more.

I’ve been in the market for lip filler for a while now but have just pushed it off! I had called to ask some questions which led me into a consult with Brianna. Walking into the building everyone was so welcoming & nice which of course helps your anxiety. Brianna got started with me on my consult & she was very informative throughout the whole process. She listened to all my concerns & what end goal I wanted & next thing you know I’m getting numbed. I’m so glad she was the first person to touch my lips with filler.. I had my first ever treatment with Brianna and I had the BEST experience. I also met Ashley, the owner, and she was also amazing! I felt comfortable with Brianna, she discussed my overall goals and put together a plan to help the areas that are most important to me. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Natalie Robinson - she has a gentle touch and is very reassuring, always checking to make sure you’re comfortable with the procedures.
