Today was my first time at Luxe Appeal Studios, and Zaneta did an excellent job on my hair!! She was really friendly, professional, and an amazing at what she does! I got a haircut and silk press and I LOVE my hair, and will be back!! Happy customer here!! 🥰

I did a walked in for a silk press and was immediately sat down. My first experience in a salon exceeding my expectations! The ladies here are very friendly and professional. The environment was calm and welcoming. I was in and out the chair. My hair feels so healthy and it looks better than it ever has before! I asked for a light trim and that’s exactly what she gave me! Going on day 4 my silk press is still flowing in the wind, not even this Arizona heat could puff it up lol. Thank you guys so much I’ll definitely be coming back for maintenance!

I got a silk press and trim. Zaneta's silk presses are the bomb. A lot of stylist just use flat irons for silk presses, but she pulled out a pressing comb too. My hair was so silky afterwards and lasted for 2 weeks. She was very professional and on time. She has a client in me as long as I’m in AZ.

Honestly, I found this salon about 3-4 months ago and it’s been such an amazing experience my hair feels and looks amazing every time ! I never leave the chair disappointed both Zaneta and Ms San are very professional lovely ladies that do such a beautiful job with my hair!

Always a great experience when I go to Luxe. Zaneta does my silk press flawless every single time. Good vibes, good music and a good show or movie playing to add to the ambiance. Since moving from Detroit my expectations are high when it comes to hair and she delivers. The only person I go to!

I booked an appointment a month in advance for a traditional sew in. When I booked the appointment it stated a $50 deposit was due and that the service was $200. The description stated shampoo and condition was included, however my personal preference is that I do that on my own. I arrived on time for my appointment and Zaneta informed me Alexis was not there and hadn’t been there for a while. However they would still squeeze me in and get me out in a responsible time frame. Because Alexis was suppose to reach out to her clients and cancel. Ms. Sans braided me down and was very professional. Zaneta began to do the actual sew in and asked me a few times where I purchased my bundles so I showed her the vendor. Once FINISHED she informed me that she has a $50 fee for clients that choose to not use her bundles. So the total was still $200. Overall I felt like someone at your shop illustrated unprofessionalism and although Zaneta made an effort to correct that, she then turned around to present unprofessionalism by not mentioning the $50 in the beginning when she was asking where I got my bundles from til after she already completed my hair. My second time getting my hair done at this shop both times my hair came out nice. Just wish they would do business better than this.

I had my braids done by Alexis today and she did not disappoint. She was professional and gave my hair the best care while educating me on quality hair care between appointments. Great music, great conversation and great people. This was my first experience and Luxe Appeal Studios was great, it was like kicking back with family. Blessings to these Queens!

I agree with Maria Love 💯.. This place is very unprofessional. Tanya got some bad energy. She didn't even ask me what color I wanted she just assumed I wanted black. She is not friendly and I will never go back to that salon. They were saying very inappropriate things out loud in front of me and others customers. They lost a customer !!

I sent in to get a hair cut and the lady said she didn't have anyone to do it. I asked her if she was open the very next day on a Sunday and she said yes she week be there at 9am so I told said I will be they're at 9:30am. Well guess what, she never showed up. I wasted my time for a service I couldn't get. I'm very disappointed..

I'm really skeptical when it comes to my hair and have a new people do it but the owner of the shop was the one who did my hair I don't even want to pronounce her name to mess it up but she wasn't amazing her staff was friendly the atmosphere was just welcoming definitely will be back from my 2 week maintenance. I watched another young lady do a silk Press and a cut and it was beautiful.

Tanya and I messaged back and forth starting on 04/13/22 to do my hair for my WEDDING which is a WEEK away , I asked her multiple times what the pricing for the hair was and she proceeded to play games about not disclosing the price stating we would talk about it at the time of the service. I get into the salon today 04/15/22 and she barely said hi to me before I asked about the hair. She didn’t have the hair, another girl did who had much better attitude. They didn’t have the length I wanted or the closure at the salon. At this point I’m getting frustrated and told her “This is why I asked ahead of time what the pricing of the hair was and what kind of hair you had available”. She then tried to argue I asked her late the night before. I read the messages out loud to her and asked her if it was her I speaking to of her not telling me the hair prices PRIOR to my appointment. They quoted me over $600 for the hair NOT including the closure. Then tried to be judgmental that I was looking on Amazon for hair LAST MINUTE considering my wedding is NEXT WEEK. I asked multiple times the price and if she had it in stock to avoid this. She told me the cost for the install was $165 OVER MESSENGER then in the salon tried to say $180 then $200. This salon saw an opportunity (my wedding) and thought they could take advantage of me with wack prices on the spot and I would pay it. This was my first and last time doing business with them. All of them should be ashamed of themselves trying to do this to a bride a week before her wedding. Karma is B, and I hope she shows up pretty for these girls. UPDATE: There was no delay in response time as your stylist knew exactly what she was doing by not telling me the price of the hair. In the messages I asked about the pricing for BOTH services and was told $165. I was not linked to the website at all. I only received a confirmation email and had no idea it was at a salon, let alone anyone else’s. The owner only responded to my comment to save face because everything I have said has screenshots with dates to match. Save your time, money and blood pressure and look elsewhere.

Tanya is the best. She keeps my hair healthy and beautiful. She is a sweet person and I enjoy her flexibility in meeting my appointment needs. She is the only person I will ever let touch my hair. She has growing hands. My hair is beautiful and the shop is always welcoming and clean. I love my stylist Tanya ❤️ She is the best!!!!

This is my first time getting a silk press. I literally was calling all around trying to find a hair salon that would take me same day without an appointment for a party I had to go to. Not only was 1 impressed, 2 this Salome exceeded my expectations. Very welcome very calming environment they did a great job making me feel welcome. Ms. San was the one who was working on my head and let me tell you… popppin all my friends a family ask me where I went ! This will definitely be my regular go to 💯

I booked Zaneta for a hair color change, a trim, and a silk press and baybay...it came out poppin’! I’ve never altered my hair chemically with dye before and I wanted a new change, so I went for a midnight blue themed look. Zaneta and her staff made me feel comfortable and at ease color treating my hair, I didn’t even realize I was there all day lol. Changing your hair color from an already dark shade to another dark color is not a quick process! I love the results and can’t wait for my next appointment!

I went to this salon once last year, booked one of there stylest that had years of experience. I explained that I was natural, wanted my hair straightened, and was concerned about damage. The stylest had no idea if flat iron or pressing comb was best to avoid damage.... instead of telling me what would be best to avoid damage she asked me to decide?? I said pressing comb. I got heat damage in the back of my hair! It did look great but my hair was damaged, she didn't know how to straighten my hair without damaging it. But my hair did look good. There was also a weird vibe, I was asked multiple times if I had been there before after saying no. I guess I looked like someone else..

Went to Ms. Sand for silk press after being natural for 3 yrs.Hair was beautiful. But got bad heat damage and my hair will not revert back to natural.
