I have been going to Lorena for 3 years now. She has learned my nails and knows exactly how to give me a gel manicure that lasts a month! No cracking or chipping, the only reason I can't go longer is because of nail growth otherwise the manicure stays intact. I usually get a regular pedi at the same time and it lasts just as long. Love all the ladies, friendly, warm and accommodating atmosphere.

I overall enjoyed my experience here, they do a very good job of producing what you ask for. However, the nail salon can get quite busy, you may end up waiting for a bit. Otherwise, this is a very good nail salon.

Awful experience. Came to the salon for the manicure. The worker had dirt under her nails. She did not sanitize her hands and was not using gloves. The manicure table was not cleaned properly. I saw some nail trimmings on it. Then she tried using an old filer instead of giving me a new one. I don’t even want to know what else they never clean.

I finally found a great spot in the area:) I had Heather do my pedicure and manicure. She did a fill in for my gel and gave me a great callous removal. I will be coming back for sure.

I have been coming to this salon every two weeks for the last 5 months, end the service is very good and professional. Gaby, Lorena, and Dulce are very friendly, I recommend this salon 100%.

Came here today for the first and the last time. Stay away. The lady over-cut my cuticles and damaged skin on two toes . Two hours after my skin is still bleeding. Never had such a bad experience.

Horrible place to go to you make an and you show up 5 minutes earlier then your time and the girl who is supposed to do your nails just started on another customer and asks you to wait 30 more minutes. Nail salons in Brooklyn come a dime a dozen. You would think with the amount of nail salons you would have better service. Don't waste your time go someplace else.

Last Friday 8/19 had an appointment with ANITA for both ped & mani 1.During my ped...Anita decided to used the same plastic and ped callous jel on my other feet.. 2.I simply asked her to use a new a new piece with fresh new callous jel on my second 3.During my ped. she just having deep conversation with the next nail technician and kept missing some process. not using my tools as well Anita got so upset and out of control...started an huge verbal argument.. The assistant of Loretta and anit start to communicate in Spanish....which is very very disrespectful to me.. However Anita decided not to finish my ped.... This was so embarrassed and painful to endured....to leave with out getting nails done. I honestly felt if Lorretta, the owner was on site....anita wouldn't never have behaved in this manner. I have saw and witnessed that Lorretta is very compassionate towards her clients. I have been going to that Location since before Lorretta ownship.almost 25+ Customers come first I was so sad and disappointed Shanta

My mom and I have been going to Luxe since I was a kid. The staff are very warm and friendly and greet me so nicely every time! I went for the first time in a while since I lived upstate for a bit, and they immediately welcomed me back and asked me how I’ve been. They really care about their clients and I have always left satisfied. I love this salon and go whenever I have the chance!

I thought this place was great. It was my first time at the location and I called randomly after reading their reviews. They took me right away at 3pm and were very pleasant and professional once I arrived. Lorena did my full set and took her timeee (in a good way as in not rushing and wanting me to be happy) to make sure it was precise. My pedicure was also good it was done by a young pregnant woman but I didn’t get her name. Overall I am happy with my service, they were clean and not overly crowded at all for a Saturday especially. They move in motion of their scheduled appointments and use very good and high quality products. I was watching them very closely. I will be back for another appointment and their prices are average for the products that they use.

I use this place as a back up plan when my good salon is busy and every time I come here, they always say they have me booked for the wrong date. I even make them give me a post it paper with the date of my appnt and their signature, they still claim it's the wrong date. The owner said she doesn't care about it, they really don't care about their clients. When they owner doesn't care about the customer, it's a sign to STAY AWAY.... I can't believe I still gave this place my business. I would STAY AWAY from this place. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
