Excellent laser hair removal services and reasonable prices! I’ve been going to Crystal for a few years now for laser hair removal. She treats her patients very well, has quick responses when scheduling, she’s always on time, and conducts quick and easy appointments. I highly recommended Luxe Body Spa.

From the very moment I had any interaction with Crystal, she has been kind, knowledgeable, funny, and down to earth. She has made the laser hair removal process simple and as enjoyable as it possibly could be (because you know, some areas are a bit more sensitive than others). I went to Crystal per a friends recommendation, which is the best way to find someone of good quality in any industry, and I was certainly not disappointed. I highly recommend Luxe Body Spa and Crystal!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Luxe! Crystal is an amazing technician and will treat you with the utmost respect and kindness. I have had a great experience with Crystal! After one session, I have had to shave 1/3 less than before. I would say that is fantastic after only one session. I am very excited to see what results I have after a few more. The room is clean with table paper on the laying area, sunglasses if you want to wear during treatment, cleaning wipes to sanitize the ice packs after each person uses, and her hands never touch your skin. I feel very comfortable going to her because she really cares about the service provided. Sometimes there is a box or two on the floor near her supplies, but this is a business and is expected. I priced 8 different spas and Luxe was the least expensive. I still had to consultations with Luxe and two others. I knew from the start that Crystal's customer service was the one I'd go with. Man am I happy I did! I've been for 5 laser hair removal treatments and can't say enough great things about her service. She's always been flexible with my crazy schedule. At half the cost of most of the competetion I wish I could give 10 stars.

Is Crystal licensed? The laser she uses is not professional. BEWARE! ALL of my hair has grown back. There are many levels to using a laser and she does not keep track of what level she uses on you. Whatever the client before you used is what she does. Why did ALL Of my hair grow back? SERIOUSLY . This place maybe cheap but whatever Crystal is doing is WRONG. After your treatments you probably spent over $600 plus and left with HAIR growing back faster and why? LASER is meant to REMOVE not grow back in groves. No thank you! This is a real review and do your research before you go in here.

Luxe Body Spa has tremendously been a life saver! I went from Austin Powers (total exaggeration but I am Indian) to a Greek goddess. I was so nervous due to reading all negative reviews about laser treatment in general, until I met Crystal. She took an hour out of her day while pregnant to answer my 50 something questions and concerns. As someone with a Masters in Counseling and who passed her boards, it is important for me to work with others that listen and support my concerns especially if it comes to my appearance and....Crystal did just that. I have never doubted Crystal and her quality of service. Depending on your genes, Laser may not always work... and Crystal is very upfront with you. She values your hard work and doesn’t want you to waste your money. Please contact her and ask her tons of questions about Laser, even if you don’t receive her treatment she will be happy to help.

My wife went to get her services with Crystal. First, she says Crystal is very nice but the overall experience was horrible. She says Crystal's equipment is not safe in terms of sanitary purposes. Further, she doesn't have the knowledge and doesn't know which level to do the laser on. Which leads to ingrown hairs and not a fully hair free area. My wife has issues since she has had laser with Crystal. More ingrown hairs, more bumps on her legs and more hair. The reasoning behind this is because Crystal doesn't heed her clients concerns or keep a log of what she does with each of her clients. One LASER for ALL---->>>> CRAPPY! Not worth the price point even though Luxe Spa is cheaper than any other in town.... in the long run its about QUALITY and SAFETY not money. GO here and expect to be getting low class service with no knowledge of what's really needed for you.

Before going to see Crystal I went to Ideal Image for 2 areas. I didn't know better and thought they were worth the deranged cost. When I wanted another area done I called Ideal Image back and after having kids at that point, I couldn't justify the cost again, even with their "75% off deal." A friend recommended Crystal and I'm so grateful. Were my results good with Ideal Image? Sure. But were they better with Crystal? Heck yeah! Crystal is welcoming and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable in any way. In addition to the service, it's SUPER affordable for the main sessions and any touch ups after. Alyssa is also really great so you can't go wrong either way! There will always be a few negative reviews in any business but I wouldn't hesitate going back to her for any service.

I purchased a groupon for three airbrush spray tans here, and I am so glad I did. The woman, Crystal, is absolutely amazing, personable, quick, and very knowledgeable about spray tanning. It is all appointment based which is so nice because there is never a wait. She customizes the color for your skin tone; in my case, fair skinned. My tan looked so real everywhere, even around my hands and feet, that I couldn't believe it. I received so many compliments. It was a very deep tan too because I asked her to make me pretty dark. It didn't come off splotchy and didn't even start SLIGHTLY fading until 3 days after I showered. I was tan for a good 11 days until I scrubbed it all off to get another one.

Lately I've been there more than once a month! Amazing place, great staff! If you need laser hair removal, Botox or a simple facial, even a spray tan...... These ladies got you covered! Great rates and they really do work with your schedule!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Crystal is the best at what she does. If you want things done right the first time whether it's laser, getting waxed, spray tan, or even injectables and rejuvapen. I haven't tried the rejuvapen pin yet but I can't wait to do it on my face to diminish the wrinkles! You will always leave there feeling better inside and out! I put my word on it. ;)

Got a Groupon for a year's worth of laser hair removal in my underarms area at Luxe Body Spa. The ladies here are so very sweet, friendly, professional, and good at what they do. The provided ice packets, had coffee, and even one time served some warm freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! The laser hair removal worked great, but since I've stopped going there after the Groupon was over, the hair is slowly but surely coming back. I was really comfortable going there though and am considering going there to continue my underarms hair removal as well as other areas.
