I have been seeing Jennifer for lashes for a year now and she is not only amazing at what she does but she is the most accommodating owner and super sweet! She is an exemplary example of a hard working female owned and operated small business. If you need your lashes done she will bend over backwards to get you in and you will be 100% happy with her work! Absolutely recommend her!

Absolutely DEPLORABLE customer service here! I spoke with the owner’s husband, Luis, prior to even booking to confirm that if I scheduled two different time slots for my mother and I, that we’d still be able to be serviced together and essentially have our services condensed into one. Luis advised that was perfectly fine and that we’d BOTH be able to get our (2) facials done and 2 (lash lifts). I then text him later in the evening to let him know that I had moved forward with booking and that the two time slots were really the one, for both of us, for a total of 4 services - no reply was received. To cover all bases, my mom called the following morning of our appointment to ensure the information was correctly conveyed to the estheticians to prevent any confusion on their end, to which Luis assured her was done. Once we arrived and told the two estheticians that we were here for our TWO facials and TWO lash lifts, they instantly were in a state of confusion and panic. Luis had put on their books that were were only two facials and one last lift booked, at staggered times to make matters even worse. One esthetician was not trained in lash lifts and the other didn’t have enough time to do both of ours, causing us to leave without receiving ANY service. Before leaving, the two ladies called the owner herself to explain the issue and try to find a way to rectify this. The owner could not have been any more nonchalant and unconcerned about the negative experience two paying customers had - she blatantly said that she just “isn’t getting much answer / info from her husband” and left it at that, with no recourse. She didn’t have the forethought of to reach out to me to even at least pretend to be sorry about her husband’s incompetence with scheduling. As a side note, the establishment itself is extremely hot and stuffy and isn’t at all a place that I’d like to receive services from so it actually worked out. Lastly, the two estheticians (Kelly and Jasmine, I believe) were so very sweet and were profusely apologetic even though this error was NO fault of their own! They demonstrated a substantial amount of customer service, which is ironic considering the OWNER and her husband didn’t exude an ounce!

I don't ever write reviews, but my experience here was particularly bad. I have long lashes and told the tech that I needed them lifted a certain way (out vs curled) or else they'd touch my eyelids and bend awkwardly. She curled them in and I didn't like how they turned out. I texted her pictures and she told me to come back the next day and she'd fix them. I went back and she made them 10x worse, and even burned the ends of my lashes with too much product. I cried when I got home. I would not recommend going here for lashes. Customer service is also poor.

Great service by the entire staff from booking to the actual service ! Jasmine was amazing w my facial - never have I been so relaxed and yet I know she cleaned it super good . I left glowing ! Highly recommended

I had the pleasure of receiving a Luxe Facial from the highly skilled Cristy, and I must say, it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I settled into the treatment chair, I felt a sense of tranquility wash over me. Cristy's expertise and attention to detail were evident in every gentle touch and precise movement as she worked her magic on my face. The results were remarkable - my skin felt incredibly supple, and radiated a healthy, hydrated glow. Without a doubt, I will be scheduling another visit with Cristy in the near future.

I love coming to this spa!! The staff is very welcoming and kind! I have my facials done with Kelly Brown, and she is amazing!! She is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent service and recommendations for ongoing skincare! The experience is fabulous!!

As a mature 65 year old I have had my share of facials and from experience I can definitely see and feel the difference in this treatment received by Christy. She was a doll with knowledge and professionalism. Would recommend and I would return for additional treatments.

First time to Luxe Day Spa and I will return as I want to try there facial. Seda took good care of me. It was awhile since I last wax as I could not fine someone who has good hands 😉🙂. She was gentle, told me what to expect and that next time will not hurt as much. The place is clean, easy to find and good parkin (in the rear of house).

I really enjoyed my experience at Luxe Day spa. The staff and the ambiance were amazing. I booked an anti- aging facial for my mother and I received a chemical peel. My skin was glowing instantly after. Jazmyn did my facial she was the sweetest! She thoroughly explained what was going on my face after each layer of the peel and ensured I was comfortable. Christy did my mother’s and my mother said she enjoyed her facial as well and that Christy put a plethora of products on her face leaving her with glowing skin and money well spent. Would definitely recommend visiting again. 10/10 experience.

I received a Luxe Facial from Jazmyn yesterday and it was wonderful! I was able to completely relax and felt very comfortable with her working on my face. My skin was so smooth and hydrated when we were finished. I will definitely be seeing Jazmyn again!

Jazmyn did my lash lift and I enjoyed every minute and am very satisfied with the results. She was a complete sweetheart from the beginning and made sure to check if I was comfortable quite a few times during the appointment, which I appreciated because I am a bit more shy and don’t usually say when I am not comfortable. I also made a small request on how I like my lashes done and she completely nailed it! Jazmyn provided very good service, calming and a friendly environment. Overall I highly recommend. Thank you!

My first experience in sugaring and Seda made me feel so comfortable, I love the attention and especially the result, my bikini looks amazing, she also does a very good job on my eyebrows, Seda is the best, If you want to have a good experience I hardly recommend to see her!!

Priscilla is the absolute best at sugar waxing. After my first appointment with her 6 weeks ago, there was no way I was ever going back to regular waxing again. It leaves the skin much less irritated and its smoother and more hydrated. So here I am at my second appointment. She takes her time, and truly cares about her customers amd their needs and wants. If you want sugar waxing PRISCILLA IS YOUR GIRL. She really is the best. 😘

Really disappointed in my facial. I got the signature facial. It was supposed to be 55 minutes. I was given 35 mins. She did no extractions and when I asked her to do so she declined and said my face was clear. The reason I came was for the extractions because I needed them. I guess she didn’t want to stay for the full appointment on a Friday evening. I will not be coming back.

These people don’t know what they’re doing, online they advertise they do lasering treatments and the entire time my friend was there asking the girl all the information about lasers and how she got her training and then did a complete different and painful service. Do not recommend, make sure you’re given the right info and don’t let them just do a treatment when they’re not sure what you’re asking for.

Would not recommend at all. I was so excited I talked to the receptionist/ owner about lasers and how excited I was and booked it, to the lady doing my treatment I talked about lasers the whole time asking her how she got into lasers. There’s no lasers which would’ve been fine but nobody told me and I just sat through a $200 itchy burning stinging vagacial for nothing because you have to go multiple times. Misinformation and a waste of time.
