I have been doing hair removal laser and body sculping with Brenda and Dayna at Luxe Escape, for several months. They are both very professional, sweet, respectful, caring and friendly. Also, I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this place.

Brenda from Luxeecapemiami/ luxeecapepines is by far the best at what she does! Makes you feel at home from the moment you enter the door. She Is very Profesional and answers all your questions. Clean environment that offers a vast selectection of services. I highly recommend them her for all your beauty/wellness needs!

Wasn’t aware that you guys started cancelling appointments if it was rescheduled too many times ! I’ve been coming here since the beginning and to experience that isn’t cool. A heads up about appointment policies would be nice or about keeping my deposit because I rescheduled too many times due to family issues. Definitely won’t be coming here anymore and whoever spoke to me on the phone was rude. Idk if there’s a different owner or something, but to run away loyal customers is a red flag. I’ll find a new lash spot to go to.

Got my lashes done. Love them. I have a few issues with my eyes that caused the lashes to fall off prematurely. Tianna figured out the right formula and techniques to make it work. Her patience and care is unmatched in this industry. Thank you

I absolutely love coming to Luxe escape! I've been getting my lash extensions done here for over 3 months and every appointment has been enjoyable and professional! I must say that this place is one of the best I have been at from the beginning... I had micro-shading eyebrows done on July 17, 2023. They reminded me of my appointments, and answered all my questions over the phone before my appointment. Very professional at all of the times. Tianna was very delightful and I must say great in what she does. She did a great job. She took her time with me. I was very happy with the results. She knew I had concerns from my previous eyebrows being done. I know I will be definitely back for my eyelashes to be done. I have already told my friends and family about Luxe Spa.I have received so many compliments on my eyebrows! ! Tianna I want to say thank you again for taking care of me and you were awesome!!

I noticed this place while walking by and decided to stop by. It’s super clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful to book any session you may need. I decided to try a new service that I’ve never even heard about. It’s great that they have so many services available.

Do not go for Botox. Expensive jabs in your face with absolutely no results. My husband and I both had Botox for our frown lines And neither one of us had any results… absolutely nothing. We have had Botox before with success so this is isolated to this place. Very disappointed with a lot to frown about now!

I literally saw no difference after the treatment. This was my first one ever. I should have realized that it was a very unprofessional business when I saw all the misspellings on their marketing posters, but it was near my home so I thought I’d give it a try. The staff calls the technician by her nickname, which also is concerning and unprofessional. VERY casual atmosphere.

I’ve been receiving laser hair removal treatment at Luxe since December 2021, roughly 11 sessions so far. The main areas of focus are underarms, inner thigh, and brazilian. I’ve seen more than 90% hair reduction on my underarms, barely any hair grows between sessions (5-6 weeks apart). My bikini area has seen significant improvement, both in reduction of hair and hyperpigmentation from shaving. I suffered from frequent ingrown hairs when I used to wax and shave. Haven’t had any ingrowns in months. I’m very pleased with my results and would recommend Luxe to anyone wanting laser hair removal!
