I received the body nourish and polish treatment. The results were great, however the experience itself was not enjoyable. This was my first time at Luxe and I instantly felt relaxed upon walking in, however once I was brought back to the treatment room the relaxation stopped. The music was so loud and I was never asked if it was okay, and it was not appropriate spa music to say the least. I was not asked if I was comfortable or warm, which I was neither. The treatment provider left the room a few times to get supplies that were forgotten, the cord to the body polisher was dragged across my face, body and got stuck between my toes and at one point I noticed that the door to the room was left open which made me uncomfortable. I was so excited to relax but found myself wishing for it to be over as soon as possible. Not to mention this is a pricey service and it just seemed that the provider was lacking experience overall.

The difference between a facial and being blessed with someone who CARES for your skin. Monique left no stone unturned during my treatment. Will travel from out of state again just to return to Luxe Face and Boarder. Thank you!

I've gotten a facial twice with Kaylee now and both times were awesome, I highly recommend. She greeted me enthusiastically, gave clear instructions and walked me through step by step how she evaluated my skin and determined the best products and services for my individual needs. We talked products I should consider. I never felt that she was pushy or trying to upsell anything. The owner Monique seems very attentive and accommodating. I plan to explore some of the other services they offer as well.

The spa has a very nice ambience and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful brow waxing appointment with Kaylie. She was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She takes her time to make sure that her work is detailed, precise, and painless. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the massage I received from Jude, he was very professional and polite and he made me feel very comfortable. I will be coming back more often due to me being a truck driver and having arthritis all over my body❤️

The facility is great, loved the ambiance, the decor and the staff. Love my eyelashes that were done by Brandi- 5 stars for eyelashes. As for my brows - seeing the shape prior to tint would have allowed me to give feedback, we missed that step, I wasn’t super thrilled at the thickness of the shape but overall can live with them. 4/5 stars only because scheduling was difficult. I am getting married and wanted to find a place that did everything. This place did, but scheduling all of it independently with different techs was too much with trying to coordinate their appointment times and entering all of the information twice was a bit redundant. I also had to pay in 2 separate transactions and tipping separately. A more streamlined process would make this 5 stars for me. I’m also an Operations consultant so efficiency probably means more to me than the average customer.

When I initially started coming to the Spa I had many imperfections in my skin and with her recommended treatments customized for my skin issue it has successfully fixed my concerns. EVERY service that I've received at this establishment (eyelash extentions from Brandi; waxing from Kaylee; facial from Monique; massages from their gentleman) has been the epitome of luxurious and classy! The atmosphere, personnel, decor, music, and complimentary refreshments are just a slice of the decadence provided by Monique's entrepreneural vision! I love it here!

I absolutely adore Monique and her beautiful salon. I received a Glo Girl Facial with a microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and hydro jelly face mask add on. I came in with dull, overprocessed skin and left with a glow like never before. Next up is a series of microneedling! I am definitely a forever customer!!! Update: I always have such an amazing experience here with Monique! My favorite service of hers is any facial she takes her time to learn your skin and always goes above and beyond to make sure you leave glowing and educated. No one facial is the same for each client she definitely tailors it to what you need and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg! I’m currently getting rounds of MICRONEEDLING on round 3 now and my skin is absolutely glowing. She’s one the best and I’ve had plenty of facial experiences in my life so much so that I drive from Clearwater just to see her! She comes highly recommended by myself and everyone that I have referred to! You won’t regret your visit!

I go to the spa to get my lashes done. This the first time that I have ever gotten my lashes done...following my 2 older sisters lead. Brandi is absolutely WONDERFUL!! The atmosphere is soothing, relaxing, calming and welcoming. I will admit I take a nap EVERYTIME I get my lashes done, that's just how comfortable it is there. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and accommodating. Immediately after the warm welcome there is ALWAYS the question "May I get you anything?" Luxe Face and Body Spa is customer service is bar none! I HIGHLY recommend it.

I have come here twice with my sisters for facials and we all have enjoyed out experience. I have come alone for eyelash extensions, and the esthetician was very accommodating with me having a flight to catch hours later, and they turned out great. I will be returning in the future.

I recently treated myself to a self-care day and booked my first appointment at Luxe. I scheduled a package that included a Brazilian wax, facial, and massage, and I added an extra service (underarm detox). The staff were warm and welcoming. The spa was clean and had a relaxing, inviting atmosphere. I’m quite particular about my services (as I should be), and I’ll definitely be coming back to Luxe for my self-care needs. Eniya did my Brazilian wax—she was so sweet, quick, and made the process as painless as possible. Misha handled my facial and underarm detox. She was fantastic, taking the time to explain how I could achieve my skincare goals. My massage was with Jude, who was very attentive and ensured I felt comfortable the entire time. It was exactly the relaxation I needed. Overall, Luxe provided an outstanding experience, and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Listen ! After 45yrs I finally did something about my skin. I live in Sarasota, Fl and drive all the way to Luxe for my skincare. It was hard finding someone in my area that specializes in African American skincare/DPN REMOVAL. So after doing a bit of research I stumbled upon Luxe on Instagram and let me tell you from the moment I booked the appointment to the moment I walked into the spa Monique and her team were professional. She made me feel at home and she encouraged me with her kind words throughout the procedure. After just one visit my skin, my confidence has changed for the better.
