I had a fantastic experience at this salon! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My stylist gave me the perfect haircut, really listening to what I wanted and delivering exactly that. The salon itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a great haircut!

I did a blonde balayage as my first time bleaching my hair and even though my hair was super dark my hairstylist Elizabeth did an awesome job! As well as all the staff, they were very helpful and friendly and made my first experience the best! Thank you Luxe Hair Salon!

Let me be clear: WHENEVER I'm in AZ for an event I go to Luxe Hair salon. The staff and stylist's are super friendly and welcoming. I brought my My whole family to this hair salon for all our beauty needs. Great prices for the quality of haircut and color used was top notch. Ty luxe hair salon!!!

I did not have a good experience here. I came in for an all over color (blonde). My roots were grown out pretty bad. I asked her to fix that and i was okay with going a couple shades darker to avoid bleach, but still wanted to be as light as possible. The first session, it came out light brown with an orange tint. We agreed this is not what i asked for, so she did another go over. This time it came out dark brown!!! After 5 hours in this salon, i gave up, paid and still tipped for the service (since its christmas) but now i have to spend hundreds more to fix my hair and get back to blonde. Please listen to your clients when they tell you what they want, and please get some more experience doing blonde. Edit: i have read the response and im disappointed. You didnt understand what I asked for. I mentioned having thoughts of going darker, but ultimately I chose a shade of blonde and even pointed to it in front of both of you- which you said wouldn't need bleach to achieve. However, your attempt made me a light, brassy brown and you agreed it did not look good. You both discussed in spanish in front of me and said something I didn't understand. I said "lighter, right?" And you shook your head yes and went at it.. That's why you tried to avoid showing me the color after the second round until someone told you to show me. I don't like causing scenes or making people feel bad after hours of working on my hair, so I didn't say anything and still tipped you $30 for spending 5 hours on my hair and again- its christmas. But I never agreed to go this dark, not once. I said a darker shade of blonde to avoid bleach. You even made a comment that darker hair would compliment my facial features more and i shook my head and said no, i just didnt like the way dark colors looked on me. Now I HAVE to use bleach to lift this back up and go back to blonde. Now that I've sat with this color and i know the process I have to go through to get where I want, I'm upset and feel the need to leave this review.

After receiving horrible service and my service not being completed, my appointment was scheduled two more additional times where my time was wasted driving to the salon and nothing being accomplished with my hair. Today, my third appointment scheduled for the same service I’ve been trying to get done for over a month, they tell me they can’t find my appointment after I received a confirmation on 10/04 confirming my 10am appointment on 10/06. I was told my hair would not be done today for the third time. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. In response to the comment left on the post, The original appointment I sat there for a hour and the stylist hadn’t even completed the strand test. I did have plans to go to Sedona after my appointment which did not start on time. The second appointment I was schedule for service and due to agreeing the color would be a mess to deal with I rescheduled the appointment. If you knew your stylist had appointments booked you should have done your due diligence and communicated that to those scheduled. You should have reached out to reschedule or make a new appointment. Your lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and you have no regard for people’s time and money spent to even commute to you. I hope you get it together in the future.

I had an appointment with Elizabeth yesterday and had a great experience. They offer complimentary coffee and the salon is decorated very nicely. I received a wash, hair cut and blow dry. Elizabeth understood exactly how I wanted my hair and gave me beautiful results. I will be returning!

I went in without any idea of what I wanted to do with my long grown out hair. I knew I wanted to lop 4 - 5 inches off and gave Jose no other direction. When he spun me around I was so pleasantly surprised I believe I actually said Oh Wow!!! So Cute! All the stylists were friendly... Definitely will be back

Got a partial balayage and cut from Stephanie and I absolutely love it. She was so thoughtful during the whole process and kept me updated on every step she was doing. She did not try to hurry the process at all and have me hair that I love. Will definitely be going to her again!

Booked an appointment weeks before with my friend and I for 10 AM. We had booked it for full head highlights. We were the first clients there, and the last to leave (around 4:30 PM). My friend was done around 2-3 ish. I have super curly thick hair so I assumed I would take longer. I have gotten highlights years ago and it did not take anywhere near as long as it did during this visit. The max was about 2 hours when I had them done someplace else years ago. The girls were super busy with other clients in between our sessions. I do have to say the stylist that did my hair was very friendly. She was newer at doing hair I could tell by the questions she kept asking the other stylist. My highlights are nothing like what I had asked for. My curly thick hair is super fried and I have a few different shades of gold and blonde going on. Paid over $300 including a tip because the poor girl who did my hair was with me all day long- literally. She was less experienced so I get it but the other stylist being the owner of the salon I would have expected her to guide her more. I’m not happy with my hair for the amount that I had paid.

Elizabeth did an amazing job on my A line cut. I am very satisfied and happy with my hair cut I did not have to fuss with her at all my hair is very thick and hard to manage but she did an excellent job I will definitely be recommending her to family and friends. Every time I come here I feel listened to and welcomed. I don’t get haircuts often, but this is always the place I will come to because they always exceed my expectations. I usually have trouble with hair cuts due to my thick and long hair, but they always cater to my hair although it seems to be time consuming occasionally with no complaints whatsoever. All and all, this hair salon always exceeds expectations from the hair cuts to the blow outs as well as their tremendous service to their customers!!

I just moved here & was stressed about having to find a new hair stylist + lash tech so I felt immediate relief when I found Ellie at this salon. I also have a very tight schedule so I truly appreciate the flexible hours + weekend availability. My first time here! I was looking for a salon that was open Sundays and Luxe Hair Salon popped up on Google! The website made it simple to book an appointment online and even sent me a text and email confirmation. Elizabeth was very sweet and did an awesome job on cutting and styling my hair. There are so many women's hair salons in phoenix and I didn't want the nearest or cheapest I wanted the BEST. I was so happy when I found LUXE HAIR SALON. It's always good when you can go in having a vision of what you want your hair to look and feel like, and when you come out it's exactly how you pictured it! She totally delivered. Liz exclusively works on my hair now and she is just what I was looking for my hair; a truly talented, professional who cares about her clients. Some of the staff speak spanish too, which makes me feel at home.
