Fui a retocarme el rubio y salĆ de allĆ” con el cabello negro daƱado y frito no recomendarĆa Para nada este lugar. Todo colorista profesional sabe q a ninguna rubia deben aplicarle tinte negro y yo en ningĆŗn momento pedĆ que me oscurecieran el cabello. Pague para que me lo daƱaran šy si pudiera dar 0 Estrellas lo harĆa, no son nada profesionales. Dejo fotos de cĆ³mo lo tenia antes y como me lo Dejaron. Juzguen por ustedes mismos.

WARNING LONG POST! Booked with Shauna and followed her instructions after I read her new client page. I sent her pictures like she had asked me to. I even showed up 5 min before my appointment like she had requested. When I got there I wasnāt welcomed no one even said a word, which isnāt a big deal but when I finally got in her chair I asked her if she remembered the inspo pic that I sent her because I had something different because I didnāt want to go as short anymore. She said āI get so many pictures I donāt even rememberā. I should have left right then but I gave her the benefit of the doubt Iām sure she gets so many pictures how could she possibly remember. I tried to show her my inspo pictures, because I have curly hair and well not everyone is fluent in curly hair but at least say that but she didnāt she in fact expressed how she put her curly products in her hair even though she had her hair straightened. But she didnāt even look at the inspo pictures and proceeded to tell me I canāt change my curl pattern, but all I wanted was more volume to my hair because my curls are super heavy on the bottom. My hair has no layers she cut my bangs with a part in the middle, they arenāt even good bangs they are choppy and uneven. She didnāt diffuse my hair all the way and sent me on my way with wet hair. She has a booking option where you can book for her to just focus on you instead of working on other clients at the same time which costs more, Iām not saying she left me to work on someone else, but could be the reason why she didnāt finish my hair nor do a good job on it to begin with. Maybe not include that option because it seems you need more focus because Iām upset my hair looks awful and Iām not even one to pick but literally Iāll post a picture of my bangs straight and me leaving wet Iām just so upset my hair looks so ugly and she didnāt even care to be like hey Iām not comfortable with trying this cut on you. THATS ALL YOU HAD TO SAY! I tried to straighten my bang to see if it would look any better and itās worse!

I went here for the 1st time yesterday and I loved it! Shauna did a great job on my hair, and really made sure she was doing what I wanted. The salon was very nice and clean, Iāll definitely be coming back!

For the love of God!! Do not let this woman do your hair!!!!!! My hair is fried and saying that the color is uneven is an understatement My hair was not damaged. That's a lie. After I left there, I washed my hair and it turned into a brillo pad. I've had my hair bleached several times and that has NEVER happened. I take care of my hair extremely well .It is a bad sign when owners make excuses. My hair was orange, gold and blotchy all over. I won't even get into the cut. I was going to leave that part out because that was the latter, but as I was having a consultation at a reputable salon yesterday, she described it as a "mullet".

Great place great atmosphere great stylists!!! I just wanted to update my review. I went there just today and Shauna is amazing! She's sweet and fun to talk to. Full of hair knowledge and not to mention very talented!!! She fast and through at the same time. I would give her a 10 out of 10

Iāve been going to Taylor for over 2 years now. I had been searching for a stylist for a while and I found Taylor on Facebook and made an appointment. Sheās answered all of my 5 million questions and I have never left unhappy. I highly recommend Taylor.

Shauna was very friendly from start to finish. There was a small miscommunication between us initially but I left with my hair beautifully toned and much better off than when I came in. If youāre looking for a great lift/bleach while maintaining the integrity of your hair, Shauna is definitely a good bet

I texted Amy Barker during my visit to South Bend, after reading her reviews online. I was limited on time (just passing through for a couple of weeks) & thankfully, she had availability for the day I needed. She was super personable (without being over the top), was attentive, listened to what I wanted & absolutely knocked it out of the park! She layered my long hair, blended my choppy bangs & gave me the best bayalage color I've ever gotten. On top of that, she was totally reasonable in her prices. This was absolutely THE best hair appt I've had in YEARS!! Highly recommend. Thanks so much, Amy! š
