I went in for my consultation for lip filler yesterday and just went ahead and got it done by Rachel. She’s an amazing injector and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and numb . I thought it was going to hurt but all I felt was a few pinches in the more tender areas . My expectations were far exceeded !!

at the recommendation of a good friend, i’ve been going to luxe lounge for the past few months for a laser hair package, and i couldn’t be happier with how it’s going and the quality of care. rachel is amazing—she’s so knowledgeable, kind, non judgemental, and professional. she makes the process very comfortable. all the girls at the front desk are super sweet and helpful too. the laser has been so effective so far, and the whole experience has been great. highly recommend :)

I recently scheduled a consultation with Luxe Lounge Med Spa and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I entered, the staff was incredibly professional and friendly, ensuring I felt comfortable and even offering a beverage. The consultation itself mirrored this inviting experience. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. About a month later, I returned for threads and Botox, where I was taken care of by Jenny. Once again, I received the utmost professional service. There was no rush during my visit; Jenny thoroughly explained each step of the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel right at home. The service quality, attention to detail, and pricing at Luxe Lounge Med Spa are truly top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional care and expertise in aesthetic treatments!

This is my 3rd medspa in Lexington in 24 years. Loved my other two but my loyalty to Luxe Lounge is because they check all the boxes! I started doing facials and skincare for acne. At the other medspas, I got the same treatment every month for years. At Luxe, it is based on the issues I am having and the services are tailored to that. It is more customized and Sarah P. is one of the biggest medspa geeks I know. She loves to talk skin, products, and find solutions or remedies. She makes it her personal mission to fix my issues, and she always checks in on me the next day after my service. I am able to be very honest with her and tell her my other deeper health related issues impacting my skin. I also love that all facials come with a dermaplane, allowing the treatments to penetrate deeper into my pores. This is a HUGE benefit! Why don’t all medspas do this? And lastly, I initially made the switch because Botox doesn’t work on me. I have built a resistance. At my previous medspa I was spending tons of money on Botox and it wasn’t working. I came to Luxe and Rachel P. switched me to another product and the impact has been unbelievable. She worked in neurology so she is deeply experienced, very insightful, and doesn’t fall into the habit of only suggesting Botox. She injects the product that specifically works better for that person. It is never fun dropping the money on these services. We all want to be naturally clear skinned and beautiful. Reality is, I have to have to have these services or I stay broken out, even in my mid 40s. I am not a fancy person or wealthy, and these women do not make me feel inferior or embarrassed about my skin or the fact that I show up for my facial in my dog walking work clothes. These medspas can be overwhelming and intimidating but I have loved all of these women-loving women.

I definitely recommend this place to anyone hesitant. Super simple to book, with lots of information and if you have any other questions they text you directly. All of the women I’ve met working here have been so lovely and all so easy to talk to. I had the pleasure of Alyssa and Rachel to provide my services. I loved my results! Go! It’s worth it!

I walked into this spa with high hopes and even higher eyebrows (from an injector who is super sweet but her aim is, well, "off"). The Universe led me to Luxe Lounge and I will forever be grateful. The front reception area is clean and modern and the receptionists are welcoming. Alyssa was my injector and she explained exactly what I needed and offered cost effective solutions. She is full of knowledge and had a non-judgmental view of the previous work I had done. I felt comfortable with her and I'm looking better than I have in a long time. And, my brows are looking so much better! Go see her. Seriously.

This place is super amazing and I love the staff there. They are super friendly and helpful. Ashley does great work when it comes to waxing! I was nervous my first time but she helped me through it and took my mind off of what she was doing. That's why I returned again.

Highly recommend Luxe Lounge for Botox and filler! The atmosphere is so relaxing and professional. I’ve had great results so far with Alyssa and have had no swelling/bruising whatsoever with any of the treatments I have had. Definitely the best in Lex!

If you want to be treated with warm hospitality, compassion and attentiveness go to Luxe Lounge MedSpa! When I walked it I was greeted with warm smiles and laughter in the building. They are very attentive with their time and keep a very organized schedule. Definitely will be going back and will be recommending this place to many friends.

I have gone to Jenny twice for lip filler and she has completely transformed my itty bitty lips! I trust her 110% and won’t go anywhere else! The whole staff is incredible. They are always so friendly and always there to answer any questions you might have 😊 12/10 recommend!!!

As soon as you walk into Luxe Lounge you are treated with smiling faces and hospitality. Their staff is so sweet and accommodating. I get services from Alyssa and she is absolutely amazing. She takes time to listen to what you want, offers suggestions, considers budget, and explains everything. I always know she will give me the right advice for me and not just for a sale. She truly cares for her patients and wants them to feel and look their best. She is a wealth of knowledge and extremely talented at what she does. I have referred at least 6 people to Luxe Lounge to see Alyssa and every single one of them have become a client of hers. The best in Lex!

I had a wonderful consultation 2 weeks ago. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Jenny took time explaining the benefits of injectables and my best options for long term improvement. I decided to join their membership and rewards program, to take advantage of availble discounts, which makes their services even more affordable. My first sculptra and tox appointment was yesterday. As with the first visit the staff was welcoming and as sweet as can be. Jenny is amazing! She explains the process every step of the way and is so gentle. You can't go wrong at Luxe!

I love going to Luxe. I am an introverted person with a bit of social anxiety. I never feel awkward and always feel welcome at Luxe, the front desk receptionist was also extremely friendly. I like that my provider is honest with me and tells me what wont work and what will.. even of it saves me money. Love Luxe!!

I will continue to bring my friends and family in! Ive been to a few other medspas around Lexington before finding them and I promise this is the best one in town! They’re all so sweet and have made sure I am comfortable during every step, especially when trying something new. I wont go anywhere else!! I always see Alyssa but they’re all incredible and recommend them in a heartbeat😊

LOVED both of my experiences with Lux Lounge – the staff is AWESOME, so friendly & they really take the time to answer any questions / explain all details you need to know! I've had a lip flip done and then lip filler done at Lux Lounge and have LOVED my results from both. Will certainly be back and would def recommend them. They have a great Instagram too with before & after pics which reassured me they were a good fit for what I wanted!

First time going to Luxe and it was AMAZING. The front desk staff was kind and attentive. When I got to my room, Rachel asked me questions and got all my medical history. I felt she was thorough and asked me several times if I had any questions regarding my procedure. Two days after my procedure, staff checked in to see how I was. I have been to several med-spas and I have to say, I’m sad I’m just now finding Luxe. The banking system along with the amazing staff make Luxe the best in Lex in my opinion!

They meet you where you are on your skin journey - from a facial on a treat yourself day to addressing skin concerns. Never felt pushed to try or buy a product afterward but when I decided they were happy to provide recommendations based on what I can keep up with at home. Great staff. Great experience every time! 10/10!
