My best friend and I just got a couple’s massage and it was AMAZING. My masseuse found every knot that bothered me. It was so relaxing I’m surprised I didn’t doze off. My friend and I work very different jobs and both our needs were met. Just lovely, relaxing, and friendly environment. We’d like to make a habit of coming back. I had a wonderful experience a Luxe receiving an 80 minute massage from Jesse. I opted for the CBD and exfoliation. I was completely relaxed, and time flew by so quickly. Jesse focused on my back and legs because of a previous spinal cord injury, and the techniques he used provided me much needed relief from chronic sciatic nerve pain. Thank you, Jesse - I will certainly return for continued therapy!

We went to Portland for our anniversary and decided to book a last-minute massage. After trying several places, we found Luxe and texted the number listed online to check availability, as we were booking less than 48 hours in advance. They had only one available time, which was different from what we wanted, but we agreed to it and paid the deposit. Later, we received a call saying that the second therapist had overbooked, and they would need to cancel and refund our couples massage. After a few hours without a refund, I messaged them again. They called back to say they could accommodate us after all, but at a different time, so we agreed to the new time. We arrived 10 minutes early, as requested. However, one therapist showed up just a minute before the appointment without a key, and the second therapist arrived five minutes later to let us in. The location was new and not fully set up—everything that would typically be on the walls was still on the ground, and the massage tables were positioned on opposite ends of the room. The environment felt awkward and rushed, with loud street noise from the busy neighborhood. Despite these issues, the therapists did an excellent job with the massage itself. Definately not the luxurious romantic massage portrayed on their website.

Jesse was wonderful!! I left with my shoulders twice as low as when I came in. He really took care of my problem areas, keeping it firm and at the same time really relaxing. Great massage!!

We went for a couples massage and I got the hot stone option with Nina which was so relaxing! She communicated well about what to expect and checked in with me about pressure and temperature to ensure I was comfortable. The vibe of the place is really pretty and relaxing!

Chelsea at Luxe Massage is the best practitioner I have ever gone to for a massage. I have been stressed with finals and life and had knots in my neck and back and Chelsea got them out and brought relaxation back to my life. I waited too long to get a massage and will definitely be a regular. I can’t recommend her and this business enough.

Everyone we have worked with has been so kind and knowledgeable. I was instantly put at ease, and loved getting to experience hot stone, cupping and stretching in this visit! I can feel the tension gone in my neck. Highly recommend.

Chelsea owner is so unprofessional. She touched my private parts personally and also flirted with my boyfriend. I don’t appreciate her approach; this business needs to shut down. Very much disappointed. Also, she has communicated and texted my boyfriend's number( I have the screenshots). I would run away from this place.

Got a massage here and it was great, we worked with Nina and Chelsea and they checked in about pressure the whole way through, and spoke with me about what I wanted before hand. We were also greeted with wine which was a plus. Recommend!

This was the first couples massage my wife and I had. Let me tell you, we BOTH enjoyed every minute of it. I had the honor to get massaged by Lacey. She was fantastic I'd recommend her to anyone. My wife had Nina. They were both very professional and very communicative with us. Making sure we were ALWAYS comfortable, whether it be with the type of oil used, the pressure, ect. The room we were in made you feel very calm and inviting. Allowing you to relax before you relax. We will definitely be coming back to get another couples massage. Mahalo Lacey and Nina for helping us celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary.

I had a couples massage with my wife and was blessed to have the comfort, patience, experience, strength and so much more from Nina. My spouse and I did the couples massage and they were great. Stephanie and Chelsea were awesome, and very, very welcoming. They were both very communicative with us and our massages were the perfect start to our trip to Portland. Our only regret is only doing 50 minutes. Definitely recommend supporting this small business!
