My experience with This Luxe Company was not good they are very irresponsible with the orders I have ordered two bottles one for a present to my daughter and the other for me . I only received One Bottle the other one they giving me all kind of problems that I need to send them a picture what it has to do the picture with the missing Item it is ridiculous

I have never left a negative google review but after a week of consideration, I decided it was the best thing to do. Since I moved to Miami a year ago I have only had Mel cut my hair at Luxe Colour Lounge. I chose Mel because of her amazing work with layers and textured hair that I saw on her instagram. My first cut by her was amazing! Added some layers and movement to my hair, I fell in love. When I returned for my second cut, I asked to freshen up and trim the cut I had, Mel said she remembered me and went to work. My layers weren’t as defined as my last cut and my hair style didn’t quite have the same shape, but it was a good cut. I returned two months later and requested the first cut she gave me back in January. I asked for more layers, more movement, more shape. I even showed her a picture of the first cut she had given me. Again she got to work. With the fresh blowout, my new hair cut looked… okay. I immediately noticed it was MUCH thinner than it had ever been. THERE WAS SO MUCH HAIR ON THE FLOOR. When I left the salon and the humidity hit my hair, the cut was even worse than I imagined. It was not what I asked for, not what she had given to me in the past, and not what I had showed her. She gave me a very alternative hairstyle that I didn’t ask for. I see where she was going with this cut but it’s not MY style or what I had before. I have never made a complaint about a haircut before, but I called the salon the next day and told them I was unhappy with my cut and asked what could be done to make it better to which the person on the phone replied “well, it’s not like we can put the hair back onto your head”. Yes, I know that. As if losing the hair I had spent the last 4 years trying to grow back after I lost it from illness wasn’t bad enough, I was met with sarcasm and skepticism. Like I said earlier, I’ve only gone to this salon since moving to Miami, I drive an hour from North Beach and an hour back, I show up early to my appointments, buy hair products from the salon, and tip generously. I would not recommend this salon, go somewhere your patronage is respected and appreciated. I attached some pictures of my uneven bangs, the small weird tail at the end of my ponytail vs what I asked for/previously had.

The level of service is truly unmatched. They are soooooo knowledgeable. I went from supermarket black dye to a super cute reddish brown. Truly recommend. They are all amazing 🤩

Got a lot of good I formation from Jason and Samuel. They arrived on time for the appointment and educated us on how or water quality is and how it could be better.

Great service and great price but if you work weekdays and can only show on weekends like myself, it is not worth waiting all that time. I cancelled all future appointments because the front desk informed me that with 1 day notice my stylist put in a vacation day after getting called earlier that same day that the appointment was confirmed. I had already waited and had to reschedule on my own cause of personal reason but when I was informed to get rescheduled they told me to wait another 2 months without any sort of priority through no fault of my own. I said screw it and cancelled all future appointments and won't be coming back.

I’ve been coming here for about three years now. Service is great, atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and they even have complimentary snacks. My favorite stylist is Leslee, highly recommend you check her out specially if you have curly/wavy hair and/or if you are looking for fun crazy colors to do. She has worked with my long, tedious curly black hair and has managed to not only cut it right but give me the exact color I wanted. She is very attentive, explains everything you ask, and always makes sure you are both on the same page. Seriously she has been great! I will continue to come here for as long as Leslee is around.

Mel did my babies hair and let me tell you! She ate it up! My daughter had a fear of getting her hair cut because the last time she had one she was left looking like dora. Nothing like her inspo photo. But Mel did my baby right. I will definitely be back!

Good hair is an investment, you get what you pay for and there's nowhere else I'd trust to do my bleaching! They're all great but Lauren is my stylist, so obviously she's my favorite. An absolute genius of hair.

Have been going for close to two years now. Lovely place, lovely staff. I’ve gotten my shag cuts from Mel, Roni, Lauren, and Gabby. You literally can’t go wrong! The building itself is clean and so comfortable and the services are amazing. I always leave feeling great and the confidence a good haircut gives me is priceless. Everyone I’ve ever spoken to at LUXE has been so kind and understanding and willing to help me get precisely the look I want. I have always left happy and I highly recommend LUXE to anyone wanting to get color or a cut. Plus, you can go down a few blocks and get yourself some ice cream after at Fabulous 😳.

Thanks to Lauren, I learned for the first time that hair dying doesn’t have to be a painful process. For years I’ve been told that my scalp is too sensitive and I need to stimulate it with more aggressive rubbing in order to avoid getting migraines during my hair appointments. It turns out that excessive hair pulling, rough hair washing, and water so frigid it feels like it’s burning are not mandatory aspects of a hair dying appointment. I’ve never had a more gentle hair stylist take care of my so-called sensitive head. I didn’t need a migraine pill like a normally do! But beyond Lauren’s gentleness I was blown away by her expertise. I came to her requesting something that isn’t normally done, asking if it was possible to add brown dye to the mix of bright colors (magenta, blue, purple) since I had balayages so many times that my natural brown hair had been bleached almost everywhere and looked extra pale when the neon colours faded. She took time to think about it and came up with a solution that was “breaking a lot of rules” but was achievable for the look I wanted. I couldn’t share here in detail what exactly the plan entailed since it’s something I didn’t fully understand involving the different processes needed for “low” tones / permanent colours vs the neon ones and the risk of bleed. But Lauren really is an expert and when she expressed confidence in getting the unique request done it put me at ease even though it was her first time trying it. The end result was so spectacular that even my parents who have never been the biggest fans of the bright colours were wowed. Lauren expertly applied all the different colours with care so the strands looked evenly intermingled, and blended them seamlessly with the brown tones, which will help the longevity of the style as it grows. I didn’t even have dye stains on my ears or near my forehead like I usually do. For me this was honestly a 10/10 experience, which made the sting of the admittedly very high price tag (about a month’s rent) feel less severe. Hopefully I can keep the colour looking fresh for as long as possible with the shampoo she recommended so I can afford to keep going back to her in the future. While I didn’t do a haircut and can’t comment on that aspect of the final style, I have never been more impressed by a coloring session and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who likes bright colours or wants to try something unconventional with dyes. She’s truly brilliant and the salon staff and clientele had excellent vibes all around.

Before I came to Luxe, I had multiple unfortunate experiences at hair salons, to the point where I almost buzzed all my hair off and gave up. I avoided hair salons for months to let my hair grow long enough for my next cut. Luckily, I found this place after a google search, looking for who in Miami could possibly give me the modern mullet I wanted. Since my first appointment, I have been getting my haircuts with Gabby. She is an amazing stylist!! Gabby always listens to my ideas, she’s open to my concerns, offers great advice, and has a very friendly and professional attitude. I feel very comfortable and trust her with my hair. Having that trust with my stylist is essential to me because I have always struggled with embracing my hair and finding a style that works for me. She is very precise with her scissors and clippers, washes my hair and scalp gently yet thoroughly, and blow dries my hair without me feeling like my scalp is on fire. Her tools and work station are always clean and tidy. It’s almost been a year that I’ve been coming and I am more impressed with her work every time!! My hair grows really fast ,which is why I tend to come back often, but at the end of the day what really keeps me coming back is that I know I’m gonna be treated right and I’m gonna look great by the end of the session. I would say that compared to my past experiences, the experience I’m getting here is definitely worth the price. The staff is very professional and kind. The moment you walk in, the person at the front desk offers you a beverage and a snack. I never walk out of the salon without receiving a compliment. The salon has a very welcoming environment and feels very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend :)

Definitely worth the price. I only come here for coloring, cutting, & waxing. They wont do anything if it requires damaging your hair which I appreciate.

I came here for the first time this weekend for a cut and style. I have incredibly thick and long hair, and it's always been difficult for me to find someone willing to take on doing my hair. However, LUXE was a great experience from the jump. Reception was amazing and super kind, it felt way less scary. Gaby was who did my hair, and I immediately knew I was in good hands. She left my hair feeling healthy, bouncy, and I loved the style. I immediately booked my next appointment! Highly recommend.

Luxe is full of courteous and professional staff, I have experienced a couple of their stylists like Dayana and Ivana, and I have to say their work is great! They take their time and work on your hair to achieve the desired results without jeopardizing the health of your hair. I have been coming here for almost 10 years now and I wouldn’t dare do my hair anywhere else.

The experience was very underwhelming. I went into to change my color. I was flexible and said, if they can get it as light as possible, but any tone would be fine. They cut my hair WAY too short and half of it wasn’t light, it was practically black. Plus it was $400, when I was told it shouldn’t be more than $250, they’re lucky I got paid that week because I for sure don’t have that amount to just waste since in the end I didn’t get anything close to what I asked for. That change in price really took me, and had me not wanting to return. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they have deep pockets.

I normally don't write google reviews but Luxe Colour Lounge is AMAZING. All the women in my family come here and we are obsessed! Dyana is amazing at cutting my hair. I show her photos of the look I am going for and without fail she always makes it EXACTLY how I want it- the length, the way the layers frame my face- she is the queen of subtlety. With her, I can always count on coming out of that salon feeling confident. Similarly, Desiree refreshed my balayage (that I got done elsewhere) about six months ago and she did an equally AMAZING job. She understood exactly the hue I wanted and delivered it in a way that framed my face and skin perfectly. Even when I lacked the right words to describe the exact color I wanted, she asked me other questions to get a better idea of what I wanted, and it worked. Communicating with my hairstylist is always easy here and getting my hair done is something I look forward to.

If you have curly or textured hair of any type, don’t come here and don’t get your hair cut by Mel. I asked for a simple mullet with my hair just shorter on the sides. I brought pictures of what I wanted and told her I didn’t want a lot of length off. She took thinning shears and hacked at my hair taking too much length off everywhere. Completely ruining my curl pattern. She damaged my hair. I was stunned as she said “it’s like carving a statue” as she hacked at my hair with scissors. She didn’t pay any mind to how my hair would curl up. Here’s what my hair looks like now vs what it looked like a hour before the appointment. I also showed her how my hair curls up with its cut just bit shorter (third picture) And here’s one of the photos I showed her of what I wanted. Now my hairs not curling up and it’s a frizzy mess. I’m embarrassed to leave to house like this. I’m very heart broken about my hair since I had Trichotillomania for more than 7 years and was bald for most of that time. I was too scared to leave the house without something covering my head. Looking at my hair now, it reminds me of when I had pulled nearly all my hair out. I’m gonna have to go back to wearing stuff on my head till it grows back and that guts me.

If you have curly, wavy, or textured hair do not go with mel. Find an artist that actually specializes in those hair textures and works to enhance it. She ran thinning shears through my hair when I specifically didn't want to cut off any length, and it left me looking with significantly less hair, when my hair is already pretty thin, and it ruined my curl pattern in all of those areas. After this experience I actually learned how to cut my hair myself to avoid going through this situation ever again.
