This was my first ever Brazilian and I got my sugaring done by Andrea. She was so friendly and bubbly, and her energy eased my nerves a whole lot lol. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the office is very pretty, and overall my entire experience was very positive. I can’t wait to come back next month for my maintenance sugaring 🥳

I’ve been getting sugared here for more than two years and it’s been amazing! Andrea makes the experience so worry free and relaxing, and she’s very knowledgeable on any skin concerns I have. Zhone is my wax specialist and is absolutely amazing. I was very nervous to try sugaring but she made me feel comfortable and it did not hurt or get irritated like my past experiences with other specialists. You are in great hands with Zhone ❤️

I have been coming here for at least 6 years, and I still get treated like a new queen. Hey beautiful is the greeting you get, and you receive sugar waxing that makes you feel beautiful too! No matter who you get your service from, it is awesome. I will never stop referring this place. They accommodate me so well and never fall short of making me feel comfortable and welcomed. I tried Brazilian sugaring and body contouring for the first time here with Zhone and I haven’t stopped coming since! Customer service is a 10/10 !

Just moved here, First time trying wax this place was super cute, clean and comfy, all the staff were friendly and informative l. They had snacks which was nice. Parking was easy and my waxed was amazing ! Definitely found my new place.

Tia is very rude and a liar, Tia is stating I am mad because it wasn't what I wanted to hear when in reality during our conversation, Tia's demeanor and tone of voice were notably unprofessional. She did not allow me to speak and instead persistently discussed the policy, which contributed to a frustrating experience.Tia claimed that a "credit" was applied to my account, yet I was charged the full price for every visit so there was never no "credit". Tia failed to mention the reason why I choose to reschedule was because my original appointment was with Andrea and I rescheduled the appointment prior to 48 hours and my appointment was changed from Andrea to Tia (worse mistake ever) without my knowledge I received a text 2 hours before my appointment and had her name on it, I immediately called and mentioned my original appointment was with Andrea. Rather than addressing my concerns constructively, Tia engaged in a prolonged back-and-forth, which did not resolve the situation.In my own professional experience as a Tax Professional & Realtor, and Seamoss business owner, I prioritize client satisfaction and strive to listen carefully and find appropriate solutions to go above and beyond for my clients because word of mouth is everything in business. Regrettably, I did not experience this level of service from Tia especially being the owner. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tia does not value her clients especially long term clients. Tia being a business owner you should know better on how to handle certain situations but that explains why your employees seem to leave after a while. Wish you the best and hope your disgusting attitude changes. 🥰 P.S. My friend had a horrible experience with her prior she mentioned she was rough and her waxed hurt more than usual which is another reason why I did not want Tia at all.

I had gotten a luxurious facial by Zhone, I walked out with my skin glowing, feeling smooth, and overall feeling like a new person, it was amazing!! She educated me on my skin needs, now I’m on track to better the health and appearance of my skin. As soon as I walked in it smelt amazing, and they had free complementary snacks. I got home and snapped some pictures!!

I’ve been a customer for a few months now. I usually go to my appointments on time and never missed one. I give good tips as well because I appreciate the staff. However one time, a single time, I was at work (I’m an RN and I work long hours) and I had something come up and I had to re-schedule my appointment. I got sidetracked with an emergency with one of my patients and their office called me to confirm my appointment, I called them back two hours later I told them I wasn’t able to make it that time I need to reschedule, because I was past the “24 hour cancellation window” - mind you by barely two hours, they charged me a 25 dollar cancellation fee plus the initial down payment they took when I scheduled. I honestly always appreciate their time but they were not understanding and we’re not considerate of my own time. I will not go back there again. I put time and effort for the money I make, I will not be robbed the way I was here.
