Thank you so much! My husband and I are in town for the WWE event and I wanted to find a place for a blowout. These guys were so easy to schedule with (I could do it all online), and I asked if they could also do my makeup (completely last minute) and they made it happen! I would absolutely recommend this salon to folks who live here and those of us who are visiting for events. It was a wonderful experience.

Absolutely blown away by my stylist Shantel! She did an absolutely incredible job I’ve never had my hair feel this healthy!! It was like five therapy sessions in one hour and a half Salon session!! Literally two years of stress off my shoulders!! Thoroughly impressed!

It's always a nightmare in my mind when I need a to find a new place to get a haircut. Most places just want to use clippers on my hair, which leaves me with unmanageable hair that just wants to stand up or go straight out in varying directions. This past Nov. 18th, 2024 I scheduled my first cut at Luxori, while paying close attention to the reaction when I stated I would like a scissor cut, and gave the reason why. I was quickly reassured by the lady on the phone that would not be an issue at Luxori, and there was a kind confidence in her voice that made me feel like she understood I've had problems with this in the past. She followed up with comments along the lines of, "Don't worry," "We'll take care of you..." It was refreshing and reassuring. My appointment was with Issac and while I did mention to him that I wanted a scissor cut, he already knew, and proceeded to give me what was likely the best haircut I've ever received. I Always have to do some final touchups after I get a haircut, then again the next day. Not this time! When I stood in front of the mirror at home assuming I would have to fix one sideburn to match the other, and catch a few stay spots I usually find. I couldn't find anything! I'm so happy I found Luxori, and Issac!

I called last minute and got an appointment right away. When I arrived I was greeted by Isaac, my stylist. He did a great job and has a lot of experience on all hair types, including men. I would highly recommend him and he also speaks Spanish!

I have seen Meli a few times now and I am always so happy with the results!! I have a lot of hair and she still gets it done pretty quickly and it looks beautiful. She has also done my eyebrows and put tinsel in my hair and those were great, too! She’s so kind and talented. Recommend for sure:)

My appointment was with Loren and she was amazing!!! She made me feel so welcome and listened exactly to what I wanted. She even helped me out with a school project that I had to film during the appointment. Such a lovely personality and talented hair stylist! I would recommend her to all of my friends.

Saw Loren for the first time and she was really good! I have curly hair and this was my first curly haircut experience and she did amazing. She made it really comfortable for me to explain what exactly I wanted/ expected and she delivered. She was honest throughout the whole appointment. Would come again

An absolute gem of a place! Sylvia and her team are top notch! We were in town for the T Swift concert and they did a fabulous job giving us blowouts with gorgeous curls- they stayed in all night ! The experience was so fun and light and if I am ever back in the area I will be returning!!!

Five stars is not enough. I’m almost at the lost for words in a positive way customer service is off the roof and I have been in my share of barber chairs and I just met my number one barber in Indianapolis. In fact I feel like it would be disrespectful for a good of a job that he does if I win anywhere else My Wife she’s getting her hair done

Four of us (2 adults and 2 kids) had blowouts at the salon before the Taylor Swift concert. My daughter and I specifically had Rena and Loren and they were both excellent! Great at their craft and such enjoyable personalities too. We loved our time at Luxori as part of out Swiftie girls weekend!

I visited Luxury Hair Salon in downtown Indianapolis for a much needed haircut. My hair was in rough shape, with split ends and its naturally thin texture making it difficult to manage. I was hesitant about trying a shag cut, but my stylist, Loren, assured me it would work perfectly for my hair type and looks great on me and she was absolutely right! Loren’s skill and attention to detail transformed my look, and the result exceeded all my expectations. The cut not only added volume but also gave my hair a fresh, stylish appearance I’ve never had before. If you’re looking for a skilled stylist who truly knows what works best for you, I highly recommend visiting Luxury Hair Salon. You won’t be disappointed!

Their service is good but the products they sold for me are terrible. I went there for split end treatment and they suggested to buy Lanza products which costed me 73$. But the results were horrible and I am facing lot of hair loss, hair becomes dry and fizzy. I don’t know what to do with these products but I can’t really trash them as it costed me 73$ 😣 Thank you for responding to my feedback☺️.I went there again today and exchanged my old products with keratin products. I really appreciate the way they explained about the hair products and how to apply them. Also I got a complimentary service of conditioning and styling from them ☺️

Best Zero Fade and Fades in Indy. Ask for Jesse, he does amazing Men's haircuts and he's not a one cut fits all, but will cut and style you the way you expect, to your taste, facial type, etc., so you feel the best you. I always feel on my A game after leaving LUXORI. The shampoo is great, their products are what I call "Farm to Salon", more holistic, naturally derived stuff for your routine. The salon is always very clean, smells lovely, is modern but warm and inviting while feeling like an upscale glam salon you see in movies. The views to the monument are phenomenal. Definitely go check them out if you want a great haircut at a nice price from experts in their crafts. Elizabeth did an absolutely wonderful job with my hair! I had been growing out my hair to a considerable length for about two years and had pretty much a one-length clean canvas. My hair is very thick, but she took her time to make sure my hair came out perfect with layers and beautiful curtain bangs. I appreciate all the patience she had with my mass of hair, and I'm very happy with the results. Thank you for everything, Elizabeth!

Elizabeth was amazing! She did such a great job. I don’t live in Indy, I was just visiting, but I’m glad I came to this salon while I was here. My daughter told me she loved my hair and it was glowing! 😂 I wish I had a good before picture but I had dark brown hair originally and Elizabeth did a copper/carmel balayage.

First time at this salon and I was beyond impressed. Great location amazing stylists. I got a full color and cut. Can't wait to start using my new Lanza products. Scheduled to add some hair extensions in with my next appointment. Highly recommend scheduling and checking them out.

I am trying to be as kind as possible but that’s getting me nowhere so I am going to post my experience on here in hopes to reach the owner since the salon is ignoring my texts and phone calls. I had gotten my hair cut by Shantel on August 3rd 2024 and the cut and color was absolutely horrendous. She hid the terrible hair cut by curling it after my appointment was finished but to my surprise when I straightened my hair. I saw the worst haircut imaginable. My 3 year old could’ve cut my hair better than this. I contact a manager (Rena) and she agreed to fix my hair. She took out a lot of the blonde that I had paid $400 for and again, cut my hair uneven! I have been walking around with this hair until yesterday when another salon and stylist fixed their mess. I’m horrified that I spent this much money and $60 in tips to have hair that I absolutely hate. I cannot express this enough, do not go to this salon if you have thick and wavy hair!!! The pictures below are what Shantel Stover and Rena the manager did to my hair. To edit: Since I’ve posted this review the owners have threatened to sue me unless I took all of my negative reviews down. I’ll be sure to post screenshots of the owner threatening me. Also, in the owner response they stated that I “made” them record my hair but when I sent pictures of my hair to the manager to get it fixed, SHE is the one who told me that she wanted to re-dye my hair and make it more even. Still was messed up significantly. Be sure to look at the screenshots below. This place is also somehow hiding their negative reviews; don’t know how but how does a company have ALL 5 stars? Makes no sense.

Shantel is amazing! I had a very hard time finding a stylist to cut, color and style my very natural curly/frizzy hair!! Once I found her, I will never go to anyone else! She knew exactly what I needed and never fails me!! I give her 5 stars!

This salon has the most amazing owners and stylists. I take my twin sons to Issac for their magazine fades he’s so amazing. Definitely designer fades and worth the price. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a fun trendy luxurious salon experience with quality hairstylists. The owners are top notch and everyone gives great customer service. It’s definitely the downtown atmosphere you are looking for and a beautiful salon.

Visited this salon a few weeks back for the first time and my service went great. I didn't get a chance to reschedule while I was there but called a week later and rescheduled. I received good attention, my stylist heard me out, I showed her what I wanted and she delivered exactly what I wanted. I will 10/10 recommend this salon.

Wanted to share with everyone what a true gem Luxori really is! A beautiful salon right in the heart of downtown Indy. I've been a few times and have had highlights, color, and cut services from Shantel and Kathy. Both are very talented and knowledgable about how to manage fine textured hair like mine! Shantel recommended some products to help with my unruly hair. The Lanza products used are wonderful and I've purchased several to use at home. My hair immediately began getting stronger after using them...No more breakage or frizz! I have included some before and after pictures of how damaged my hair used to be and now it's amazing!

Woke up feeling like I needed a refresh, so I called and booked a same day appointment! Got set up with Shantel and she killed it. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for! Will definitely be going back specifically to see Shantel!!
