Da at Luxsa Spa was amazing! This was my first Thai massage and I did the combo of Thai massage and deep tissue and I don’t know how I’ll ever go back to a regular massage because Thai is not offered in my area. The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. Very clean, great atmosphere. Really easy to get in last minute also.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Luxsa Spa for a massage, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The massage therapist Achara was highly skilled and attentive, the pressure and techniques were perfectly for me. The room was impeccably clean, the linens were fresh, and the soothing music added to the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend their services. I can't wait to return for my next session!

A peaceful place, I booked the hot stone spa on classpass and I came a little early with my appointment. But the front lady is really nice and didn’t let me wait till my booking time, I get my treatment right away. My massager is Nana, she’s nice and polite, the massage felt good, not too painful, really relaxing. It’s my first time trying Thai style massage, I’ll say it’s definitely very different from Chinese style massage, Thai is less painful and more relaxing during the whole process, but the feeling of Muscle been stretched was not lasting as long as the Chinese style massage. Both style are great. I’ll definitely try Thai massage again if I want to have a relaxing time. The only shortcoming for me might be it is a little bit expensive, as a college student I find the price is a little bit too high for my consumption level, but this might be my fault. I tip 20$,cuz I thought the hot stone price is 100$,so I thought 20% should be fair enough. But only later to find out the price for hot stone is 160$ and I only tip 12.5%…I felt so bad, because the massager was doing really great. I’m sorry for being poor🥲

Best Thai massage spa I have seen in New York City. The spa looks great, great service and nice smell when you walked in. If you are looking for traditional Thai massage by Thai therapist. I highly recommended Luxsa Spa located in Midtown close by Grand Central Station and Bryan Park. I definitely come back soon

Definitely felt rushed when I first came in. Accommodating to small request of small area, but does not take request for area to avoid into consideration. I have an implant in my left arm, and I made sure to mentioned it in the consent form, and its location. Masseuse did not take it into consideration whatsoever, but he took the areas that needed attention into consideration like neck and hip. It was amazing, but could’ve been a little better for the price we paid. Will give it another try when I visit the city again with my boyfriend. Definitely a great experience, authentic Thai massage in the middle of New York.

Excellent Thai massage…reminds me of a couples massage in Thailand with my wife several years ago. We both enjoyed the session with Cartoon and Achara. They are both great therapists. Highly recommend Luxsa Spa for a couple’s Thai massage if you are in midtown. We had great experience, thank you. We will definitely be back.

I love the smells of the hotel collection in waiting room. Bael friust tea for welcome drink, clean friendly facilities, door man was supper kind, all around great experience. I walk in with my back and neck pain and I came out feeling better. I had Deep tissue massage with Cartoon and she amazing. Thank you so much! I will definitely come back

I booked this spa on ClassPass for a deep tissue massage (60 min). The masseuse was polite, respectful, and skilled, but the front desk lady was absolutely unprofessional as she repeatedly annoyed me for a tip and tried to get me to give up my seat when I had to use the restroom after my massage session. This interaction soured my entire experience, and when I tipped 17 percent she had the nerve to ask what was wrong. I flat out told her that her attitude was the issue and I would have left a higher tip if she hadn’t repeatedly asked for a tip and made snarky comments about having to remind ClassPass users to leave one. If you are booking through ClassPass, I would beware of coming here if you don’t want to deal with bullshit.

I had an amazing experience at Luxsa Spa! The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing—it felt like an instant escape. The staff were super welcoming, and my therapist did wonders for my sore muscles. The massage was pleasant and the service was nice. It has a cheaper price on Classpass but the front desk will show you a board of suggested high tips. They said the tips was based on the price on their website. For example, an hour massage is $145 on their web so they asked you to tip $28. I personally don’t like to feel the pressure of this non-expected ask. I am willing to pay for good services, especially massage, but I would prefer they had a higher price on Classpass and let me decide the tips freely. Transparency is important. Just consider this if you reserve from Classpass.
