I booked my mom a facial at their Charlottesville location, she raved about her consultation with Amber, and how classy she felt when she left. She had amazing compliments about her experience, I am getting gift cards for all friends and family. Thank you for an amazing experience and taking care of my mom.

I had Ishwari do a facial and it was amazing. The spa was highly accommodating to my busy schedule and the consultation was extremely informative. As a bonus, the interior is gorgeous and general service is great. I would definitely recommend for any treatments provided!

From Short pump store - I have complained for months about my 25,000 contract and needing to speak to someone higher than operations manager . I was told days ago I would hear from corporate. Proceeded to make contact again with OM with no contact back . They have failed to hold their end of the contract . This will be handled appropriately unless someone from this business can call me !!! This store is such a push and fake store . I definitely have not had 25,000 dollar service in any way let alone any over the top procedures. I’m appalled by the service and no response from this company . I have no real receipt except a picture they took of my phone and bank page of a wire transfer of 25,000 as to not understanding why it couldn’t be run in a computer . They never should have allowed this to happen and should have asked me to return the next day - I had signed the contract already. Too fast too pushy and felt railroaded . My receipt is my bank account screen shot snapped with their phone of my accounts and transfer codes . No pamphlet or anything to tell me about what I purchased . Signed in Nov 23 and I’m supposed to at least have 1 massage every month . I have had one !!!! They can’t get one to work there . They cancel and switch my appointments constantly and then try to blame me with , oh I see you changed this or canceled that . You never blame the customer . Especially one that spent 25,000 in your company . Services have not met the contract and would like this to be addressed before I have to take further issue , but I’m left with no other option at this point . I wouldn’t go to this spa period . I’ll gladly pay for my services given - but will defiantly try and get back most of my money since it’s been a breach of contract !!!! Very unnerving and distasteful service from this company !!!

They will hold you to a contract that they never provide and reschedule, cancel your appointments last minute with no notice. Then they will utilize no refund, how is that possible 🤔, they will also use a third party financial company where you are in a financial agreement immediately because Luxura. They calculate what you are interested in, advise they will put a packet together but the whole time they are automatically financing service that have not been rendered nor scheduled for full amount, how is that possible to bill ahead. So when they start canceling and rescheduling and providing poor customer service, they utilize NO REFUND POLICY 🤔. They are deceitful and scamming consumers with a No Refund policy for a contract that non void because they never provided it for your review and finalizing they could be billing me for anything. I signed in the office because that was a draft per Summer at Short Pump location, and i would get final electronically to my email on file. They are forcing the financial company to Adhere to their cancelation and no refund policy and the consumers to a contract that was never received nor finalized by them so now you as a consumer is stuck paying for service not rendered and billed ahead without consent. For everyone that has been in a situation like this please respond, let's fight back the right way an start a Class Act lawsuit. Last step in trying to mediate with Luxura, I have contact everyone now involved down to the owner by email Kira on 8/9/2024. Hopefully she will respond and understand an let me get credit back for services not rendered and agree that consumers shouldn't be held to No refund if I don't have the draft nor final contract to say No refund. Noone verbally agrees to pay over 5000.00 ahead of time. Eugenia

I am so excited with my results using Luxura Spa. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was professional and explained and answered all my questions. I plan to continue to use this location for all my upcoming treatments and my spa experiences.
