I’ve been going to Emma for years and she’s hands down the best of all the technicians I’ve ever encountered. She’s a real master at her craft, and her technique using minimal glue & laser precision has my lashes feeling light & lasting even 5weeks. The salon is beautifully decorated, a cute little oasis of zen vibes. Highly recommend!!

I get so many compliments when I have my lashes done by Betty. I have been coming here off (lashes need a break)and on for several years and my lashes usually last around three weeks before I need a fill. Betty is very gentle and with the music in the background I usually take a quick nap while she is working.

Extremely disappointed with the lashes I got. The appointment lasted just 30 minutes, which should have rang alarm bells. Two days after application large chunks of lashes are missing from my left eye. It looks so bad I am going back to another salon to see if i can get it fixed.

I feel cheated out of my money . They usual charge around 150$ for mink eyelash extensions. I got a Groupon coupon and payed $60. The lashes stayed only for three days. I didn’t wash my face , and didn’t wear makeup. The coupon also encouraged customers to pay full price as a tip. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s a waste of money.

I tried this place twice. Found it on Groupon cuz I was in a pinch. The first girl applied multiple lashes per one of my own which I don’t prefer but couldn’t do anything after the fact. They were too long for my liking & as being a new set I wish she would have advised against such a long length. Second time, they looked very sparse when finished & most have fallen out within 2 weeks. I used to get lashes but took a 3 yr break & my previous experience included way more lashes that would last me 6 weeks before I needed a fill. Compared to that, this place is highly undesirable. They have one girl with positive reviews on their booking site Vagaro but the other operators are subpar.

Posted a good review on Groupon, prior to finding out this place gave me An allergic reaction 24 hours after the extensions were placed. Went to the urgent clinic because I thought I had pink eye. The glue was burning during application and the woman said “it’s normal” but I’ve have extensions before in other places and they’ve been so gentle and pain free: I’ve fallen asleep. Lashes look good, prefer my eyes to feel good; definitely would go elsewhere.

The one and only time I went. They burned the top of my eye lip and half feel off in a couple of hours . If there was a option of 0 stars it would be zero stars.

Wasted my time coming from far and absolutely no understanding or flexibility. They should give at least a few minutes in between appointments. This is LA! She Wouldn’t take me when I showed up 13 minutes late. I explained my eta time got later and later with road closure and traffic light not working. No thank you, not rescheduling and driving far away again. There was absolutely no remorse for the fact that I drove far, she simply said I could come back the next day at 7:30am... really?
