First of all when you walk into this place the aesthetics and environment is gorgeous and welcoming. Chantel offers you anything and everything to help make you feel comfortable while you wait which for me was not long at all. This was my first experience with a couple of the procedures and I am hooked! My face was glowing after I left from the facial that Chantel gave me as well as other parts of me I didn’t know could glow the way they did after leaving this Spa. I have been looking all over the place for a high frequency machine for my face. She sells everything that women need or want to have. This is the spot.

Great Valentine's package. We had the couples package with an added back facial. My wife and I choose the music throughout the space and was able to select snacks and wine to enjoy during our time. The service was great and very hospitable definitely will come back.

Hope did an incredible job on my eyebrow wax and tint! Her attention to detail in the coloring and the shaping is obvious. Not to mention she’s hilarious, had me laughing the whole time. AND she fit me in last minute.

I got a back facial here and was unfortunately not very happy with my experience. The process was never explained to me (after stating this would be my first time receiving one) and the woman who did my service took multiple phone calls DURING my service. It was very unprofessional and unfortunately I will not return.

I’m glad I didn’t judge a book by its cover this is for sure a hidden gem Ramon has the magic hands I will be back I got the couples massage with facials and foot detox with my daughter and it was a wonderful experience and you can’t beat the price for everything you get trust me you won’t be disappointed I usually don’t do reviews but this was definitely worth reviewing

chantel foster was highly recommended from the kc black owned business group and she did not disappoint! i loved the look and the mood she created for the spa. she also played music during my appointment and asked if there was anything i would like to listen to. i really appreciate this because it makes my time there even more relaxing to listen to music that i like. i got a massage, custom facial and the detox with sauna blanket. this was my first time getting a facial and detox so it was a new experience for me which i enjoyed. the massage was the best part. wished i booked a longer time for it.

Five Stars!: I took my daughter on a spa date for her birthday. We had the most wonderful time at Luxury Beauty Care & Spa! The owner (Chantel) and masseuse (Reggie) were very welcoming, attentive and professional. We both had the deluxe facial, hot stone & deep tissue massages, foot detox, and lash extensions! The snacks, desserts, music and wine were a nice addition to the overall experience. It was the vibes for me! 🥰 We were completely rested and rejuvenated when we left. It felt like a true mini exclusive retreat. My daughter says it was the best part of her birthday! 🎉 I would recommend this spa for anyone. We’ll be returning soon! 😍🤗

I recently got the Deluxe Luxury facial by Ramon and the Volume Full Set Lashes by Chantel. Let me tell you, I have never felt so pampered in my life. From the moment I stepped in the door to when I left it was a great experience. My skin feels and looks healthier than ever. And my lashes are on point and complete my look. Thank you both for making this birthday girl feel and look amazing on my special day! I can’t wait to book my next appointment!

On March 8th I scheduled an appointment for April 4th. I arrived a few minutes early and found the door was locked. I tried knocking and calling, but received no answer. 15min after my scheduled appointment I received a text message from Chantel stating they were closed. I advised I had an appointment for 1pm and she stated my appointment was never accepted. I advised her I understand that accidents happen, but on my end the appointment was received and accepted. I even sent her the confirmation emails and texts. I asked Chantel if my card would still be charged for the appointment since I don't know how their systems work and I had to put a card on file to schedule the appointment. I never received an answer back. I would not recommend this business to anyone

So I scheduled a Brazilian & underarm wax. I booked with RD & when I tell you, this man got every nook & cranny. Whew Chile! I’m sold & I ain’t going no where else😌 Everyone should experience Black Owned Magic… cause I felt welcomed & relaxed. Beautiful setup!

The cancellation policy doesn’t even state what the cancellation fee would be in the event of a cancellation. I will not be rescheduling this appointment. poor communication. I called to push back my appointment for a later time. I emailed and called multiple times with no answer, I finally received a call back just 15 min before my appointment from a completely different number. She told me she would call me back when she checked the schedule. I never received a call back and my card was charged for a service I didn’t receive. It’s very unprofessional to even have a cancellation policy in place with no fee posted.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our deluxe facial and massage to celebrate my birthday. Don’t let the modest entrance fool you—it’s a GEM at the top of those stairs, y’all! Highlights: 1. Extremely clean, and COVID safe! 2. Incredibly warm and welcoming (and V E R Y attractive) staff. 3. Easily the best facial experience I’ve ever had; this included teaching me about why my skin does what it does/what I need to be doing different. 4. Luxury treatment and feel without luxury prices. We absolutely loved Luxury Beauty Care and Spa. Treat yourself or someone who deserves to feel whole! Thank you Charlie and Raman; you are both beautiful souls, and the work you do matters. <3

Wonderful staff ! The location is super convenient! When I arrived I felt like a super star from start to finish. The staff was so friendly. I received a deluxe facial and I was in love the entire time. I’ll definitely be back!!!
