Let's start off by saying I had the worst experience with this shop. The owner is a scam artist. I paid 800 dollars for Brazilian links. I noticed the hair was tangled really bad. I contacted the owner regarding this matter she instructed me to put oil on the hair. I sent photos to her phone asking her to resolve the issue. She left my text messages on read and stopped responding to me all together. Very poor customer service and a true rip off... Please don't go here if you want quality service.

This place is VERY unprofessional. When you try to call the shop the number is disconnected. The owner is rude and leaves your messages on read. After you’ve spend money they’re not accommodating and willing to fix mistakes. The hair that they use is HORRIBLE! Trust me the bad outweighs the good unfortunately

This place has the nicest people working there. They did and amazing job on my hair and my son's hair. Absolutely would recommend to everyone.

The owner carol is very rude and not professional at all first i called to set an appointment she haven't answer few times so i went to the instagram and Dm her after few days she answered and we set an appointment she asked me to send 200$ deposit to buy the hair and after a week and half will see me i waited more than a month she didn't even buy the hair and she said the deliver was late but i believe she didn't order it i can tell after month and half she texted she received it. i went to get it done i asked for curly hair she didn't show me the hair and started to put on right away in less that 40 min got it done and wet it with my hair and i left. after my hair dried it looked so much different than the hair she added on i got upset and texted her to let her know it's didn't match my hair type and looks very bad she was very rude to me and then she blocked me. very very very bad experience i dont recommende this place ever. dont go please you will waste your money it's like i dropped 900$ in the floor.

Una muy mala experiencia, por favor no vaya. A ese lugar, no son profesionales!! El día de ayer fui a cortarme las puntas y me dejaron casi pelona! Después de tener mi pelo muy bello, el día de ayer me lo dañaron y les dije que por favor hicieran algo, y no sabían cómo resolver les tuve que decir que me pusiera extensiones, no me pidieron ni una disculpa, su excusa de Carolina la dueña solo me dijo “es sábado y tenemos mucho trabajo” ella me dijo que si me pondría las extensiones pero que no me iba a cobrar nada! Y dijo que asta el día jueves podía ponerlas, yo no podía esperar! Me dio un ataque de anciedad por su culpa, soy una persona que me tengo que medicar, Carolina me vio llorando el lugar estaba muy lleno, regresé a ponerme las extensiones cuando terminó, mando a su otra trabajadora a decirme que eran $300 dólares!!!!! Yo no quería discutir entonces les di el dinero y solo me quedé callada, les mandé mensaje le dije que no era profesional y no cumplió su palabra, ella tiene que ser una persona de soluciones y no problemas! Y lo peor me puso extensiones usadas horribles! No sé cómo puede confiar en ella! No me pidieron perdón ni nada, y todavía me dijo que ella está embarazada y que el tiempo que tenía para comer me lo dio a mí que por mi culpa no comió, soy mesera y aveces me e quitado el pan de la boca para atender a mis clientes y jamás e puesto de excusa eso para atender mal a mis clientes. No fue ni tal de decirme tienes razón te regreso el dinero o algo! De verdad no vayan es un pésimo trabajo

I have had a total of 3 appts here. The first appt, the owner, Carol, was an hour late showing up. Her excuse was “oh I’m sorry I have a flat tire.” When I told her I had driven 1.5 hours, she magically showed up, in her SUV. My second appt was at 1 pm 6 weeks later. When I arrived, she had quadruple booked herself. I waited 2 hours before she ever put me in a chair. The third appt I drove the 1.5 hours (the day before my dads funeral) and her shop was closed. She didn’t bother to cancel or reschedule my appt and apparently she was out of the country on a vacation. I had this appt booked for 6 weeks. No call. No text. Nothing. This little girl is extremely unprofessional and I am willing to bet she is doing this to other people as well. When I left the salon the second time, she had over processed my hair and it had a heavy ash tinge to it giving it the allusion of green. She doesn’t know how to run a business or do color. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

The worst experience. Very unprofessional. Three people touched my hair in one visit, they barely used any hair product. I had to tell the girl who rinsed my conditioner to use cold water to seal in the moisture because she was going to rinse it hot. They took well over an hour to rinse my mother's dye out of her hair. They didn't even comb her hair through before putting the dye in, which means the dye didn't saturate all her strands of hair.. They also couldn't speak English so they kept calling on the owner. Then they didnt even have a hand held mirror for me to see the back of my hair for it to be trimmed. It was not a luxury experience at all and they will talk about you in their native language as if you don't understand. If you're looking for a salon that will maintain the health of your hair this place is not it. They focus on microlinks and color. And my hair smelt burnt like someone else mentioned in a review. Also didn't see a nail tech. To do my nails. I was so upset I didn't even ask to get them done and just walked out. After the poor service I will never return or recommend this establishment.
