I ended up here due to a map error. Despite the different name, the staff assured me I was in the right place and proceeded with the bleaching process. However, if you value your hair's health, I strongly advise against getting any color services here. They claimed to be capable of coloring, but their lack of expertise in bleaching and coloring techniques resulted in severe damage to my hair. After the bleaching process, my hair began to break into pieces. Their attempts to rectify the damage only worsened the situation. Now, I face the significant expense of repairing the damage they caused. I'm truly disappointed with the outcome... 🥺

The lady who did the pedicure was nice but the other lady who did the gel manicure was pretty unprofessional in terms of balancing soaking bowl & gel machine kept falling, the steps done were so half and half and manicure was so hurried especially for how much I paid for, I have done better manicures in other places for lesser.

Don't go here. Horrible haircut. Tried hard to tell them, they don't listen..this place used to be good, not anymore. It's business to run from one customer to another, who cares if customer hair is straight or not, who has time to listen and will forcefully do what you are not ok with, and then overcharge you

Eileen was amazing! I had just come from a bad haircut, and as a walk in late in the day on a Saturday afternoon, she took me right in and got me tightened up. She is my new go-to stylist. She has an amazing eye for detail and the price ($20) is awesome. Excellent work by an obviously great stylist and for a reasonable price is unheard of. Or at least I thought so. She is my absolute new favorite barber, although I also recommended her to my wife for a cut, color and highlights. What she did for me on a walk in basis is the reason I will be her loyal client for the foreseeable future. Thank you, Eileen! You are amazing!

Worst experience of my life. One side is way longer than the other one. That's pretty basic in cutting hair - to even up both sides! And the charge is randomly high for no reason. They give more attention to men haircut and time to their regular customers Unnecessary and painful use of razors and irons

Worst experience ever. I went for a medium length layered haircut and end up getting completely different and also made it super short . After the haircut ..This lady took off lot of volume from my hair with a different scissor without even asking me !!! She didn’t communicate at all, ask if its ok or not. I told her dont use straightener on my hair still she is continued i had to tell her please stop.

It is a good Salon overall. My haircut was good, I have had better layers at other places in the city. They did a great job on my boyfriend’s haircut. Overall friendly staff and they hear you out when you ask for a style.
