UPDATE: The owner is attempting to discredit the authenticity of the experience by categorizing it as a 'false review/profile,' despite the lack of truth in such characterization. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. As a customer, I expected a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and open communication throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below these expectations. During my visit, I had made it clear to the stylist that I required the knots on my wig to be bleached and wig to be trimmed and styled. However, to my disappointment, I discovered that this crucial step was completely neglected. This oversight has compromised the overall quality and appearance of the wig, rendering it unsatisfactory. Furthermore, I was taken aback when the stylist informed me that she had partied the night before, which apparently resulted in her inability to perform the necessary maintenance tasks prior to installing the wig. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business's commitment to providing excellent service. Additionally, after conveying my concerns and expressing my willingness to return and try a higher quality hair piece regardless of the price, I received no response from the stylist or anyone from your establishment. This lack of communication is discouraging and has left me feeling disregarded as a customer. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of professionalism demonstrated by your stylist. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the service and attention promised, especially when dealing with a service as personal and important as hair styling. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and receive the quality of service they are promised. I sincerely hope that you will take this complaint seriously. Thank you. Ebony was amazing! She highlighted my short natural hair. She listened to my request, had me in and out within an hour, and did not charge me an arm and a leg. I’ve been to other stylists who wanted me to practically do my hair before I arrived and then did not style my hair afterwards without an additional charge (sent me home with wet hair). Ebony did not do that; I will definitely be back!

Nice place and people. I paid the price for a feed in ponytail style that I didn't get due to difficulty with my hair. I got 2 layers for $260 Instead which should have been a cheaper price but it will be the first and the last time I'll ever make a mistake like that again.

Update* To God awful experience at this salon with Sharon. I booked an appointment on accident through style seat at this salon. Being I had such a awful experience before I was hesitant but so grateful to have returned. Angel my stylist, was just that. An ANGEL. I hated the hair I bought on Amazon. (Do not but hair from Amazon) and she drove all the way home to get me a better quality hair. I felt faint after not eating (my fault) and she brought me chips and water. So kind. She also offered to dye the hair when I returned the gray color I really wanted. My hair looks phenomenal, the extensions look like my real hair to the point I can’t tell where my hair ends or begins. Friends and family all assumed it was mine! Yes!! She was so kind, beautiful and professional. She trimmed my ends so quickly I didn’t even realize she did it. She’s very gentle to any of those other tender headed girls and very fast. It was such a joy meeting her and her children. Reminder! Doooooon’t go to Sharon! Go to Angel!!!!!! (I warned you) Don’t forget to eat when getting your hair done and Don’t buy Amazon “human hair” with only one review! Lol Such a great experience and really amazing how one persons kindness and professionalism can really change a bad experience into a good one! Thank you Chris, who washed my hair who has hands of Gold and to Angel! Worst experience I’ve ever had! Sharon was so unprofessional! The stylist started cursing at me because I wanted to comb my own hair out instead of letting her rip through my hair with her brush. She was rude and belittling. It was so awkward and uncomfortable. I could feel the uncomfortableness in the room as the other stylist and clients just sat silent as she told me to just deal with it when I said she was hurting me. She kept saying she knew what she was doing but was completely unaware of the fact that it wasn’t a personal attack. My hair was tangled and I’m extremely tender headed. The treatment done should have not been done without my hair being fully combed out. I feel nothing but sorry for this stylist and even gave her a tip because all I could do was feel sorry for her. How sad you must be inside to treat another person that way. I told her it hurt and she literally said “girl you better deal with it” Thank God I’m saved. I am a grown woman and a paying customer. Not your “girl” or your friend. I’ve been here before and had such a pleasant experience with both women I had previously. They were both so gentle and kind. Such a disappointment. I will never step in that salon again. So very sad. After she calmed her nerves she apologized and even asked me not to post on Yelp. I hold people accountable. We deserve better. As a people and especially as women of color. So very sad.

Horrible experience! My stylist rushed the job my hair came so bad. Complete waste of money. I was way over charged to begin with! I was charged $280 for a sew in. Really unprofessional, I didn’t get any discount even though I was completely unhappy with how it turned out. She did not care about the sloppy work she did.

Most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a salon getting any type of braiding or weaving done was charged double what I was told before she started would pay after the service and then one of the braids was done wrong and they wanted to still charge me only three days after another $100 just to fix it. Never go here in your life for extensions prices are crazy and service is discusting!

First time with salon and my stylist was Ebony. She did a marvelous job. I received a short cut and she was fast and professional. The whole experience was lovely. Everyone was polite and the establishment was clean and adhering to the safety guidelines by the cdc. I would definitely go back in the future

got "goddess locs" by Orchid Williams or beautybyyorkie. Her communication skills were terrible! She said she was going to get the hair the week of my appointment (her words) then she was 'on vacation' after ghosting me for a week, when she could of just said that. Since, I was late to my appointment, I understood why she was stand off ish, but when she started my hair she was already doing it different then the picture, [that was on her own instagram], but I I let it go because again I was late; however, 1. she didn't fix the braid she did wrong, which may be a California thing honestly but like wth. 2. I had a promotion meeting that I TOLD HER about before the service and after and she still did a horrible job. When I left, I texted her it was great THEN I woke up the next day and 50% of the braids unraveled! So before my meeting I had to put the braids in a bun, so that all my pieces of hair in the locs wasn't shown. I take full responsibility by not doing my research in her work, but still if she couldn't do the style then JUST SAY THAT. Over $200 is what I paid for the hairstyle for what my usually hairstylist, who was out of town, charges $165 and does a GREAT JOB. As soon as I noticed she wasn't braiding, but just twisting the lock hair I knew It was going to go left, again that's why I mostly blame myself. I hated feeling super prepared for my meeting but my hair looked HORRIBLE. Next time, tell me you dont know how to do it the right way or switch the style. You even put two braids into one, rushed the process (still felt like forever) and charged me $35 for hair, when I honestly didn't know you were going to just be buying the free trees hair and not any braiding hair too. $35??? Ugh. I wish you the best, but your braiding technique is lazy. How would my hair stay in place if you just twisted the loc hair around it and glued it at the bottom? What about where my hair is? Just be honest next time, tell me what you are good at and I would've got that style.

I was given an appointment time, date, and confirmation text message. I rush out of work, arrived; the doors were locked and someone answered to say everyone was gone for the day. I responded to the confirmation text with what happened also called the next day 4xs and no answer, unable to leave voicemail due to mailbox being full. First impressions leaves everlasting memories of character and professionalism.

My experience was horrible ! Just left from there. Very unprofessional. Yesterday I was scheduled an appointment with ebony for a wash,trim, and weave install with closure. her assistant done part of what I wanted which was only washing and blow drying could have done that at home honestly. the rest I had to wait because after at least an hour of waiting to get a weave done by ebony she had an emergency. So I was told that she’ll call me the next day around the same time my appointment was never did so Next day comes first of all I call the shop numerous of times no answer so I just popped up around 10ish. Ebony was doing someone else’s hair. I felt like I should have been serviced first or get called something since I already had to appointment prior and just left my head washed and blow dried not even braided smh. Waited half a day and still didn’t get serviced didn’t update me or anything about the wait so I just left the shop. I felt tried. Will never enter that shop again . Very UNPROFESSIONAL
