I went in for a pedicure and it was amazing, the place is very nice and elegantly designed. My tech was careful and attentive, I felt welcomed and the staff was very professional and courteous to my needs. Prices are very reasonable and the time that I spent in there was less than an hour tops. I just moved to Lynchburg and the other shops I went to did not do as good of a job as I would hoped but I will def be returning!

2nd visit to Luxury Nail Spa II and had another great experience. It’s very clean and organized. Kevin did my nails again and he did great! He was very meticulous and took his time in doing the design love how they turned out out! Highly recommend this place.

I was recommended this place by a friend and she told me to use a specific nail tech so I called and made an appointment. I show up to my appointment only to be told that the person who I had an appointment with called out sick, so I rescheduled and show up for my second appointment and I was told the same thing, she was out sick. I know they have my number because I watched them write it down, but i received no call or text letting me know that my tech wasn’t in. I live 25 minutes away from this place and drove there twice just to walk away with my nails not done. I’m very disappointed. You should have a system to inform people if their tech calls out so people don’t waste their time or gas.

Ok I can say I am very pleased with my nails I finally got someone to do my nails the length I want and I love them! Thanks luxury nails, and spa!!! I will be back for my fill-in!!!

They were so nice. They offered me a bottle of water or a soda. They walk with me to sit me at a seat. It’s very nice and clean in there.

I don’t know how this salon has almost 5 stars. It was one of my worst pedicure experiences. The only positive thing I can say is the massage chairs are nice (hence 1 star). Called ahead of time for a pedicure for my friend and myself. They said they could accommodate us immediately and it was 1hr 45min before close. We arrived within 10min of calling. They immediately started my pedicure. The water wasn’t warm and I asked for more hot water. The employee huffed and added more cold water instead of hot. He continued working on my feet and all the while my friend is sitting in the chair beside me with no water to even soak her feet. My nail tech filed my heels for less than 10 seconds, left hot towels on for less than a minute, and massaged me with hot stones for less than the timer he set. YES, HE SET A TIMER and the timer never went off so he finished before the time I was supposed to ask. I had to ask for more hot water two more times and he again added cold water. I also asked for him to file my heels more as they were rougher than when I arrived and he refused to do it. By the time he started applying my toe nail paint, another tech finally went over to start on my friends pedicure which at this point she no longer wanted due to the wait and poor service. I will never return here as this is the worse $60 pedicure I’ve ever had. Please avoid at all costs.

The only “luxury” here is their new chairs. Called ahead for 2 pedicures and they said they could take us now. My friend got seated and started right away and I waited for another tech to get to me. Wasn’t started soaking, just sitting in the dry massage bowl, waiting. My friend’s pedicure was almost over before I was approached to start mine so I just said no thank you. Her pedicure wasn’t great either, very low effort. I don’t know what the store dynamics are but they have someone working the counter and doing nothing else. Don’t tell people you can accommodate a party of 2 when you can’t.

Highly recommend! I have been coming to Luxury Nails for several years (Forest Rd and the new one now on Timberlake) and am always pleased. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and always make sure that I am happy with their work. Their equipment and salon is always super clean! I generally make an appointment as they are very busy on the weekends when I visit. My gel nails and pedicures are always immaculate. If you want a beautiful set of nails… Come here!

I got a pedicure today and Michael was awesome! Super attentive, payed close attention to detail, and gave an awesome leg/foot massage! He even put my shoes on for me and did any last minute touch ups needed after the shoes went on. Highly recommend :) Facility was really clean and massage chairs are super nice!

I love luxury nails 2!!! they have great customer service, and are so welcoming!! the whole staff is so amazing! i’ve had a few of the nail techs do my nails, and they come out perfect every time. they are so clean and so careful to detail!! i am new to lynchburg and LUXURY NAILS 2 will be the only place i go to get nails!! and they offer free drinks, so kind ✨✨✨✨✨

The lady who did my nails was the sweetest person I have had the privilege of doing them . She was slower which I appreciated & very thorough . I will be back to have her do my nails . Prices are $10.00 more than my old place it was worth it . 🙂

This is my second time at this (the 2nd) location and just like the last time....it was perfect. My only suggestion would be to schedule an appointment, especially if you know who you want to service you.

i got my green/black nails done by the lovely nail artist by the name of swello! she was so talented and kind and lovely to talk to!! she was an incredible listener. i love the environment of the spa and i would definitely recommend this experience to anyone of any age/gender! it was a little pricey, but i guess that is to be expected. plus, i am having a little self care/treat myself day so i didn’t mind too much. you definitely get what you pay for - excellent nails and wonderful service! will definitely be returning. thanks so much again!!

Luxury nails is by far the best nail salon in Lynchburg. If you’re lucky enough to get Michael for a pedicure, that will be the best pedicure of your life!!!!
