Visiting from out of town. I showed up 15 minutes early and the staff was accommodating and took me right in. The staff was attentive and good selection of gel colors. The tech who helped me was thorough and my nails look great! Took longer than expected for the appointment. Overall satisfied!

Went in for a brow wax while on vacation. The person waxed but did not pluck my brows to clean them up afterward. She also ripped off a piece of my skin during the wax then tried to blame me for “having sensitive skin” when I brought it to her attention. The cut continued to hurt all night; I just woke up and my face looks like this. Whatever you do, don’t go here.

My first time going there was yesterday morning as soon as they opened! When I tell you as soon as me and my niece walked through the door it was nothing but great customer service! And they give you two glasses of wine on the house! I was relaxed! Lol! If I could give them a 10 I would! Definitely satisfied! 🥰

Nice salon but I see why it has a lower rating. Three stars just because of the lady that did my pedicure and I found the prices reasonable. Pedicure technician did a wonderful job, I loved it. Even paid very detailed attention to painting my nails with non gel polish. But when I'm doing a pedicure I absolutely hate manicures being done at the same time for this very reason. The person doing my gel nails was rushing through doing my cuticles, nicked one finger and almost nicked the middle finger. When you're doing any nail set you need to be sitting down under good lighting and paying attention to what you're doing to nails and the nail bed. Seems like the type of shop that like to get you in and out but I didn't appreciate even getting an apology for cutting the skin. I hope it doesn't cause an infection in the next few days. That same technician need to check the quality of her work after she's done. She should have seen that the top coat on my thumb was not totally coated, I corrected it before I left. Definitely felt like the technician was rushing through this.

I called the same day to make a 6:30 appointment (they close at 7pm) and was happily greeted by staff when I arrived. I got a gel French manicure and was not disappointed with the gel polish or the cuticle with and hand/forearm massage. And only $40 before the tip:). Super convenient for hotel guests via skywalks (Marriott and Hilton)!

This nail salon has consistently been my go-to place in Atlanta. Henry is always patient, kind, and meticulous. He gives me exactly what I want even when I don't know what I'm looking for. My nails usually turns out beautiful and last forever.

Everyone was very friendly, quick to serve, and did a wonderful job. Loved my nails!! To help speed these at the end of the day the team worked together to get us (3) done efficiently. Nice and clean, great atmosphere.

they’re all right, i called and the lady was rude i asked how much was for a fill in, she goes $42 once i get there she is like oh no $42 square shape with your almond nails will be $52 and im like okay if you cut them and she’s $47, they don’t speak english well i since the beginning they were rude and not clear on the prices, i don’t recommend them, they got to work on their costumer service

Went in for a manicure with regular poilsh and was pushed to get gel multiple times as a upsell. Told that the color I chose out was too dark, and pushed for a change in color. When he was told no, he did a very poor job putting on the polish. Very upsetting as I have had much better from here.

On April 24th, 2024 I went to this location for my graduation nails. Now that they’ve grown out i’m ready to soak them off and get a new set. Only to realize during the soak off that MMA MONOMER was used on my acrylic nails. This substance has been ILLEGAL since 1974 after studies came out displaying the harmful effects. THIS LOCATION USES MMA MONOMER: BEWARE.

We must definitely pay attention to the comments that people leave here, I didn't do it and I wanted to give the place a chance, serious mistake, I felt literally stolen, they gave me the worst service I have ever taken, it seems that I painted my nails a 5-year-old boy, it was so horrible that I asked him politely to please see how they were, despite recognizing it and changing it was the same, I'm very sorry about this because it is a very uncomfortable situation for me, additional that before entering I asked the prices and for simple feet and a manicure they told me $90 but when I went to the cashier it was $116 I told him why? Then I charge $111 for the disaster they did to me.

I'm not a nail snob but this was Quite possibly the worst gel manicure and pedicure I've ever had. When I left the salon I noticed later that day the heels of my feet looked like they hadn't been touched. And Within one week of getting the gel manicure two nails has broken and another two had cracked. I had to get an entire new set while on vacation. Save your coins folks.

The staff was very kind and friendly however they didn’t know how to do Gel X ombré and that’s what I requested when I walked in. Had I been informed I would have either gotten something different or went somewhere else. They tried to figure it out and unfortunately I was left with a subpar and overpriced set of nails for something I routinely get elsewhere. Again the staff was very kind and if you are looking for just a polish and are waiting downtown I would go. For anything more, (I consider an ombré a small step above French) you may need to go elsewhere

As a Flight Attendant, I have had pedicures in many cities.On a layover in Atlanta i went to Luxury Nails & Spa. I will say it's the best pedicure I have every had.Jin my nail tech did a excellent job..I highly recommend this place.

This is my favorite nailshop to go to. Everyone in there is really nice. Ryan does a great job on my manicures each time I go. They aren’t overpriced like other places in Atlanta, which is why I love to come here. And they serve wine with manicures and pedicures. 10/10
