I went to this nail spa on November 11, 2024 at 11:00. There were 2 nail techs.One was doing a pedicure the other was sitting behind the counter. The one sitting behind the counter did everything he could dissuade me from getting my nails done. He kept telling me that it was going to be a while.When I asked him he would not give me an answer. He said that the only had the one attended working. He finally told me it would be over an hour. There was only one other customer in the whole place. I am very disappointed. It's like they don't care about the customers or even want to make money. Why even open if you're going to turn customers away. I'm not sure if I'll be back 😕

I’ve been getting my nails professionally serviced for about thirty years, and Ryan has given me the best manicure and pedicure of my life, twice. He definitely has a loyal customer. I stand by my review of Ryan. However, I’ve recently returned after trying a couple of other salons. Luxury Nails is the most expensive out of four that I’ve tried. The last two visits, my nail techs were very obviously new to the industry. The tech today cut my cuticles on three different nails on my right hand. Until I said “ouch” a third time rather loudly, he acted as if he didn’t realize the instruments he was using were rather sharp & capable of cutting into the cuticle. I’m reluctant to return to the salon & pay these prices to be the “experimental customer” for a newbie.

Pros - convenient location. Friendly staff. Good color selection. Cons - Too pricey (more expensive than others), uneven polish on both of us & uneven filing. Several of my nails look crooked & look grown out already.

Never had my nails this wide. I explained to the man I need them more narrow I have skinny fingers. And the cubicles were drowned with polish I told him to clean it up. These nails were for my brothers wedding this is not acceptable. The guy kept saying how pretty I was and not knowing a damn thing about nails. The way he filed them they’re uneven and pointy on the side. Literally got this done Saturday and they look like this. I’m disappointed Update: I went back to the salon the following Monday morning and stated to the manager that the man did my nails all wrong. It’s like whenever you’re unhappy about a service you’re the bad guy but I spent my money on this!! And I spoke up the day of service!! I forgot the ladies name but she redid my nails. she did a really good job for a simple full set and sat me down after my initial complaint once I arrived. Looking at their response to my review insinuating that it could’ve been another nail salon shows me their lack of accountability. Yeah it’s a business and yeah you’re not going to remember a client who isn’t a regular. But I know damn well they don’t want to claim those nails in the picture because it’s a HOT MESS. I will never return again.

Today wasn’t a good experience for me at Luxury Nails. This is my third or fourth time here and by far the worst. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes almost 3 hours for my man and I to be serviced and this was my first time bringing him along. So this was embarrassing. I witnessed a couple come and go for pedicures. My boyfriend ate dinner in the car. At the start of my pedicure the nail technician disappeared to go do another woman’s nails. Without saying a thing. I was highly disturbed. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to select a pedicure. My feet sat in the water for 20 minutes before another nail tech came. We came in for jelly pedicures and my boyfriend didn’t receive his jelly experience but since they already seem overwhelmed he didn’t want to ask. I like my results and I may visit again but never without an appointment. I’ve been here for 2 and 1/2 hours and only my 3rd nail is painted .

After many years of several nail salons I have finally found my spot at Luxury Nails Spa....they are very patient and kind people...take the time to do a very beautiful job....they make sure I am thoroughly satisfied before I walk out the door....thank you for caring and treating me with respect...I will refer you to everyone I know...

I have been going there for over a year. I love everyone there but am faithful to Ryan he gives the best pedi and my nails always look good and very clean no extra acrylic/gel. My nails never break nor does my polish chip. I also get my eyebrows waxed and Vanessa and Darcie are the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Count them 10⭐️’s

I have been going to Luxury Nails for quite some time and have never had any issues. Ryan does impeccable work and I always ask for him when setting up an appointment. I have had to go back for some repairs from time to time due to something that I did while working at home and was always able to get in for an emergency repair. I would recommend Luxury Nails, Dunn Ave to anyone.

I took my 12 year old niece here for us both to get our nails painted with gel polish and have pedis. The total was $208. Getting gel over regular polish apparently added $80 to our total, which seems excessive. I was surprised at the amount. They also charged extra they said because she was a child. They also said she had a mani done but used no lotion, no massage on her hands or arms at all. She got the #1 basic pedi. I got charged for a mani when all I got was lotion put on my arm from wrist to elbow. No massage of hand or arm at all. My pedi was ok. I got the #2 package for $35. Then I was sticker shocked at the register. I feel I was overcharged for mani’s that didn’t happen, and I questioned the charges at the register but they confirmed them and I wasn’t going to argue about it. I will just never ever go back.

Luxury Nails have done an excellent job on my feet and hands. They have a wonderful staff, they are kind and make feel comfortable while I'm there. Been going there for over 3 years and never had a problem with anyone. I highly recommend the service. 5 STARTS!!!

Never again... I asked for the $35 pedi with gel (which was supposed to be $10) how does it cost me $55? Then my daughter asked for a design that had butterflies on 2 fingers per hand and 1 rhinestone on 2 fingers each hand, I asked how much and paid and went to go get my other child from school and come back and my child has 1 butterfly on each hand. How is that what she asked for and what I paid for..? Had I not paid before the design and had to pick up my other child I wouldn't have paid at all. Never again....

People at luxury nails are always very kind and professional. I don’t get here often, but when I come, they do an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for manicures and pedicures.

Terrible just Terrible. When I walked in I was informed they did know how long my wait would be and stop speaking with me. I waiting about 4 minutes thinking an employee would say something, but they never did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION EVER.

The only reason I’m rating a two star instead of one is because the staff is super friendly and kind. However, it took almost 2 1/2 hours just for dip/powder nails. The girl got the product all over my cuticles and picked the wrong color out. I decided not to say something about the color as it wasn’t a huge deal. I did not notice the cuticle issue until after leaving though unfortunately. I was so ready to get out of there after sitting for so long. This shop is also very dirty. They just don’t seem to take pride in it at all as there’s dust and dirty mail equipment all over. I was also charged $50….why? The most I’ve ever been charged for dip is $35 without a mani and I definitely did not get a mani. I tried to look up pricing but there was none. Unfortunately I will not be returning. UPDATE (5 days post review)- My hair is already getting caught under the dip where the girl decided to put it all over my cuticles. If the owner sees this and cares enough I would appreciate be contacted for a $50 refund. I’ve never been more unhappy with a set of nails.

I went to this place for years I went and received a pedicure Tuesday and the pedicure that I received was horrible I paid $55 plus $25 for gel polish and when I got home I realized I ruff my feet are it doesn't even look like anyon touched my feet I am highly disappointed in this place not to mention I tip the guy who did my feet this is just horrible at trying to speak with the manager is not a thing
