Had a great experience with Ivy for a pedicure but unfortunately had two pedicures booked, one for myself and one for my friend and my friend never got seen. No one came over to let her know that there weren’t enough technicians until after they were done with my pedicure. We both had appointments but two other people were being seen when we showed up so she was left without getting a pedicure done. Happy with the service that was done but disappointed that she wasn’t even offered a discount next time or offered another time to come back.

This was my first time going here, and I’ll never go anywhere else in the Berkshires! I was shocked to learn it had been open for a while, as I had so many disappointing experiences at other places in town. I’ve found my place! 😊💅

Wonderful salon. Accommodating, clean, extensive selection of polish, I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Thanos is wonderful as well as the owner. Knows you by name when you walk in, on time, and nice, friendly, atmosphere. Will always be my go to place from now on!

DON'T COME HERE AS IT IS WWWWWAAAAAAYYY OVER PRICED!!! I got charged an extra $30 for them to shape an cut my nails. Umm...if i am getting my nails done that should be part of the original $45 cost. Who goes to a nail salon and DOESN'T get their nails trimmed and shaped?? Don't get almond shaped either... That's considered a "special shape". Want to have your nails cut shorter? That's is also considered a "special length". Want to have a chrome look? That is also extra. So only go to this salon if your nails are already shaped, cut and probably already painted too. Kim also had her Airpods in and was on her phone the whole time...nothing like looking at a wall and not talking for the whole appointment while your girl is talking on the phone the whole time....THS PLACE IS A JOKE AND A WASTE OF MOINEY!!!

Great experience. Loved that I could book online. Most salons in the area don't offer that. I got a gel mani pedi. Seven was excellent. Very skilled. The foot/hand massage was better than other salons I've visited. Loved the environment. Friendly staff. Soft, non-lyrical Christmas music played. And on a giant screen there were beautiful rotating pictures of Dubai. I was really able to relax and enjoy. Definitely going back.

Had an appointment with Thanos, he was so polite, respectful, and hilarious. He does top notch work and in a very timely fashion. Will be booking all of my future nail appointments with him!

I have been going to Luxury Nails for a couple of years now . I love that it doesn't smell like a nail salon when you walk in . It's clean ,friendly and when you make an appointment time , they stick to it . Ask for Ivy or Julie . They are my go to girls .

I only give less then 5 stars because i was told $67 when i went and paid for my acrylic set with polish, looked at my card activity and found out the price was adjusted to almost $81!!! Absolutely baffled and really disappointed that happened. Nails came out great and i even tipped very well. Honestly dont think that’s even allowed to charge someone then change the price after they leave

I was very disappointed in the way I was treated. After my pedicure I was left alone to get down from the chair and get my own socks and sneakers and put them on. I asked for help from the young lady who did my pedicure and she refused to help and said "You do it yourself!!". The pedicure was ok but I will never go back there.

Kim is the best!! After moving to the area eecently and looking for a new nail salon, I am so pleased with Luxury and Kim! My nails always look so good and they have become so much healthier. Highly recommend this nail salon.

Consistently great service. Jennifer and her team of professionals are wonderful. I just do the basic guy mani/pedi to keep things looking good. So important for your foot health too. More guy should check this out. Very relaxing. Super nice people. Highly recommended.

Zero stars . Do not recommend. Unfriendly female staff trying to aggressively upsell full set when not asked for or wanted . Unhelpful staff in helping to pick a color . Ineffective manager in resolving a bad experience. Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE

I never review businesses, but Luxury Nail I feel I must. I booked a manicure on line. Arrived on time and was SCOLDED because " I should have read her acceptance message sent to me." How ??? I was on my way!!! There was no appointment to be had! THIS AFTER A 45 MINUTE DRIVE- WE ARE IN THE BERKSHIRES, AFTERALL😊. I was "warned" next time better to phone appointment. No worries! Next time, I phone in and requesed an appointment for manicure and pedicure, I arrived 7 minutes late, as there was an accident and all the bridges are being repaired... she informed me I was late and she had given my appointment away. I explained I tried calling but there was no reception when I tried. I feel that she should have been more patient as I have been her client since she opened up her business. I have referred all of my friends to her ! No worries.. It ended up being a fortunate gift of life!!! as I got my best mani/pedi ever in Lee @Lucky Nails where I used to go before her. Happy to return.. much closer; much better quality; much more professional and above all, VERY FRIENDLY environment !!!!😃. THANK YOU Luxury Nails and thank you Lucky Nails!!! ALL IS GREAT!!‼️💕💕💕

This nail salon has a calmness about it which I find most relaxing. Appointments are taken as scheduled. I typically get a mani/pedi with Gel polish. Seven was my talented manicurist today. Thank you
