Received great service. The staff were polite and courteous. Beverages and snacks were offered as I waited for services. Went in for a pedicure provided by Vivian. Vivian was very attentive at listening to my requests and offering suggestions. She did such a great job that I requested a manicure and brow service. Great atmosphere.

i really tried to love this place but the quality is so inconsistent and feels rushed each time. none of the nails even look close to perfect and why are they different sizes and shapes??? i swear they just throw anyone in a chair and call them a nail artist. i will be pursuing other places from now on and encourage you all to do the same.

Stopped by to inquire if they had time for a pedicure. The guy stood there looking from his phone to the appointment schedule for a few minutes to then ask “have you been to our other location” to which I responded I would take my business elsewhere. He followed me to the parking lot saying “ma’am we can get you in but it will be a while” I told him not to bother as he didn’t have the time to say that earlier as he expected me to drive across town to their other location”. I advised I would spend my money elsewhere. What a shame.

I had just moved to the area and had went to a nail salon that did me dirty…. One week later, I find myself needing a fill in already. This salon was highly recommended to me, so I gave them a try. CHLOE was AMAZING and did my nails how I’ve been wanting them done for months, but always end up leaving unsatisfied. She took her time and made sure I was happy with every aspect of my nails! I will also say, the prices were GREAT! This was the cheapest dip fill I’ve had yet! Lastly, I was there LESS THAN ONE HOUR! I typically dread going due to always being there for 2+hrs! I was amazed it hadn’t even been one hour. Highly recommend luxury nails!!!

My first time here and it was a great experience. Quinn the Manager was very friendly & made sure every single customer was happy. I would recommend, especially for larger parties.

Nice folks for sure. Mother came for a fill on her acrylics. Nail tech used no acrylic powder but still charged her the price for a fill in. I got a pedicure and she got my calluses effectively. However, she over filed my toe nails causing pain and redness afterwards. I just don’t know why she continued to file my short ass toe nails. :( They look good though.

I got a pedicure and gel manicure, and it was the best experience. I’ll be requesting Tony every time I come back!! He was very thorough, took his time and did an amazing job! And a great deal $70 total for mani/pedi!

Loved the whole experience, I was greeted at the door, asked if I knew what I wanted? I did it's what the bride requested, I was introduced to kim, i showed her 4 pictures the bride was okay with, I had her choose, she looked at my hands and suggested pointed nails, which I've never tried before, I liked the ombre style so she did that, and asked if she could do a flower on my finger fingers, I said she was the artist and that would be fine. It came out so pretty, I'm obsessed!!

When I moved here in December 2023 I found this salon and I couldn’t be happier! I have been getting my nails done over 30 years and I am very impressed with this salon! Staff is friendly, it’s clean and the prices are reasonable!

Definitely recommend Luxury Nails and ask for Tony when you call to schedule your appointment. He does a great job - my gel manicure still looked nice after over 3 weeks. He takes time and pays attention to clean up the nail bed so that the gel polish will last.

I am 100% satisfied. Lilly has done my eyebrows twice now and she is the best I’ve seen since coming to Lynchburg two years ago! The facial waxing services are really affordable and the pedicures are reasonably priced as well. Even my man likes coming to this place. They have male and female employees.

I walked in around 4:30 and asked for an appointment around 6. I was quickly accommodated. I really appreciate the fact I was seated for my pedicure very close to appointment even though there were walk-ins waiting. I have had to wait in other establishments behind walk-in even with an appointment. Thank you for a great experience.
