I’ve been coming here for a couple of months and my experience has been very pleasant! If you want pedicure all the technicians are awsome and very detailed! If you want the best detailed acrylic ask for spider he is the best!

Today's experience was horrible. Driving over I passed a lot of other nail salons that I could've patronized. But instead I decided to come here hoping that I could have the same luxurious experience dating back to when the business opened. Unfortunately this was one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful experiences I've ever experienced. I will not be back.

Luxury Nails Spa does a great job keeping their customers happy. I’ve been going to their spa for more than a year and they have never disappointed. Their nail techs are highly skilled and attentive to details. I really recommend using Spider!!

I love going to this nail spa. However, it’s rather expensive. It would be nice if they had a discount when you do manicure and pedicure at the same visit: I paid $58 for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. Then the tip on top of it.

Amazing pedicure by one of the guys there, however the lady in charge (red streaks in her hair) is super rude. the woman who did my regular manicure did a beyond messy job and when I pointed it out to the woman in charge she tried to tell me that they are supposed to look like that, and called her coworker to tell me the same. I wanted them done over and she refused to have that done, and instead insisted that i just get an extra coat applied. you can see in the pictures i’ve uploaded that the nail polish is streaky and messily applied. never going to this place for a manicure again. the woman in the front is completely unprofessional, rude, and condescending, as if i’ve never gotten a manicure before.

Customer ..please save your time for not doing your nails here. The employees are very rude the lady who did my nails cut me and didn't even say that she was sorry. It look like she was in a hurry to do another client. Then they Kept me waiting to do my toes. Because I just wanted a change of Polish. I finally had to leave and go somewhere else. They give you an attitude and they give you a bad look and talk behind your back with there language. I would never come to this place again. Even if I'm desperate to do my nails I would never recommend them.

For my mom, sister and I this place has been our staple for manis and pedis for over 3 years and we absolutely love it here! Not only is the owner attentive, remembers each one of us every time, but all the staff is friendly. Everyone who works here is skilled and knows their craft, I have never had a single bad experience with anyone here. The wait times without appointments are never too long or unreasonable, which is something I value when I need a last minute session. Plus the operating hours are also incredibly convenient if you work a typical 9-5 or if you have a last minute nail emergency.

I always have an amazing experience every month I go in. They are extremely talented and extremely nice. No matter what they always try their absolute best to fulfill your dream to make it come true!! 10/10 recommend them for anything. If you ask them to come up with their own design they will always surprise you with their talent.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing they are! I do my nails with Nan and he is AMAZING!!!!! He is so detailed and really puts in all his effort to make sure I leave with beautiful nails. Everyone here is so sweet and hardworking. Love coming here!!!! :)

I have been a customer here for a little over a year despite the lack of customer service, they are extremely rude. The last time I went I had dip done. When I went into the machine that cures, I nicked my nail, it happens. Usually a tech will just fix it. I asked the tech to please fix it. She went on to yell at me that it's the way my finger nail is shaped. It absolutely is not, and this lady had done my nails many times in the last year. I showed the owner up front, who also has some my nails many times and she told me the same thing. She refused to help me explain to the tech that it needed to be redone and I basically was ridiculed in front of everyone about my the shape of my nail. Embarrassing, so I paid and left. 3 days later all my nails polish chipped off. The place is not only garbage, the staff treats you like garbage. The product the use is garbage.

I love this place! I travel so far to get my nails done because they do it better than anyone in my area, it’s worth the drive. They always take their time and do a great job matching my inspiration photos.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible. I went in for a Dip Manicure and 4 nails chipped off the next day. I also waited 30 mins when I had an appointment.

I’ve been coming to Luxury for years and I am always happy with the service. They do a really good job with both manicures and pedicures. They also accept walk ins which is super nice if you have a busy schedule, and I’ve had a lot of the techs already and they are all great! I definitely recommend checking them out :)

Nice place and clean but they don’t do the pedicure right, just realized after 3 days the lady didn’t clean my toes well enough and still see the color before, they also use very cheap nail polish bc it never lasts, plus it is very uncomfortable they keep talking bad about the customers between them in any thing you say or do they’ll start talking and look at you. Not coming back here never again.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I had a gel manicure done on Thursday 7/6/23 and today 7/8/23 it is already ruined. They are not professional, and they do not clean the nails. $80.00 went down the drain for a very lazy and unprofessional job. The place deserves less than a star. 👎🏾
